Ripped off. Just a lying, deceiving, dishonest bunch like any other freight broker, politician or rattlesnake in the same category. I solicited a load, they agreed to give it to me. When received load confirmation, there are instructions that coincide with the description of a blind shipment, although not explicitly said, AND: a penalty of $75 if those instructions weren't followed.
As most companies, a put them on notice that we charge $100 to do a blind shipment. They received the notice and didn't disregard the charges.
At time to collect, they refused to pay the extra $100 of course.
