I have been in business for over 18 years shipping freight to and from my warehouse. I've used a lot of freight brokers and most of them I've been able to depend on them, HOWEVER, DSV Road, is the worst, poorest organized, most careless freight broker I have ever done business with. After making arrangements with a DSV Road freight broker in Vero Beach, Florida, Brian Smith, I had nothing but problems. My freight wasn't picked up. I found out later that there were no arrangements made in the first place. I was sent a BOL the week before and expected the truck to be there Monday morning but the flatbed trailer never arrived. I called Brian Smith, agent for DSV Road about every 15 minutes on Monday March 6th, but he never called back. By 1:00 after waiting 4 hours, I could only leave without my freight being picked up. I called the next day, still left messages, and Wednesday still no return call. I'll never use DSV Road ever again and you shouldn't either. I had talked the "VP" and he gave me the impression that he couldn't have cared less. Didn't care. he said he ships 1,000 trucks a day.
