Reasonable prices do not justify more than average service and dishes. New but unprofessional server overwhelmed. Even at the end of the service the tables were not cleared and the waiter was shooting pigeons with his product to clean the birds that invaded the tables to compete for bread. RESTAURANT TO SHIP ABSOLUTELY I booked an 18 person table by phone for my son's 14th birthday, I went there on the birthday day in the morning as we had planned with the person I had on the phone to see where we were going to be installed and pay a deposit. And guess what? The manager (aggressive, rude and arrogant) told me with great coldness that it would not be possible and that they were not taking large tables. I then try to explain that it was the big day of my son's birthday that we were only a few hours away from the scheduled meeting time with my guests who were all due to go to this address. This boss always so cold and execrable said to me in all simplicity " Listen Madam, there are plenty of other restaurants around ". She messed up my son's birthday and I walked out of the restaurant shocked at what she had just told me. I should have read the reviews before booking. Good luck to those who come through the door.
Cocktails and mussels fried with delicious curry nothing to say good value for money very quickly served, friendly and professional. I really like the decoration, we feel very comfortable
Unfortunately I am obliged to put a star otherwise obviously I would not have put some. Pitiful home, the manager (I guess) has limited aggressed to not let my niece sit on the sofa 3 years. Arrived by chance in this restaurant on the Old Port of La Ciotat and wonderful experience. Hearty home-made dishes, restaurant completely renovated, very nice staff and unbeatable value for money. We will come back!
Really topissime as usual. Mandatory stop as soon as you go down on the Ciotat Little advice do not wait to stop there because it is fast full. We went for 19h to be sure to have a table or book. The decor has been redone is sleek but very pretty I love the portrait of these oriental women. The kitchen always as good and ditto For the reception.
Order couscous and tagine as good as each other! Very good quality vegetables and meat, careful and warm service despite the delivery time! As well as in the restaurant with the view less ... thank you very much we had a great time!

Restaurant we wanted to go to. Very disappointed we arrived at 8 p.m. I order a mechouia and I wait 30 minutes before the waitress takes it to me. We ordered 2 tagines 1 tagine Marrakech and 1 tagine Berber, then the tagine Marrakech full of oil mas of taste the tagine Berber no taste no spices no tasteless salt more we were served for tagines at 9pm and when we had asked for the bill they were quick in 5mn c was set and we left. So where to start ? The reception was unpleasant, more than 2 hours waiting. To have no flavors in our dishes! And to top it off, in one of our plates the salad was not washed so we found two small surprises (insects)! And the manager or the boss or I do not know what! We are lying when we show him insects and dare to tell us that we brought them back! And in the end we all had the urge to vomit. To conclude that I do not advise you to go eat at this restaurant because you could find other surprises.
The best thing about this place is the owners and all those who work. Kindness, courtesy and attention are welcome. The dishes are delicious and served impeccably. Doses also abundant. Attention should also be paid to the needs of families with children. The view of the harbor is splendid. I always come back with great pleasure. I recommend it !!

Whenever I go down to La Ciotat, I eat in this restaurant. I'm never on top of it, whether it's couscous or tagines. The prices are not too expensive so it's perfect. The boss is smiling and takes the time to chat with customers so it deserves 5 stars

The service is very friendly and the place has many decoration details that make it pleasant; more than just a place to eat at a good price. It is worth waiting for the time to prepare the dishes (we are in the middle of August) We will be back

Nice restaurant with recent decoration. We ate there two sweet lamb tajines salted prunes, pineapples, copious and fragrant fines. A real treat. The prices on the map are most correct. Our server was very efficient, which was not the case for all. Only complaint, no wine at the proposed pitcher. We will be glad to come back.

Decent place in the row of restaurants at the harbour. The moules frites were fine and a good portion, the brick was pretty good but also pretty small. Friendly and attentive staff. Not overprized.

Very few people so far waiting! We could not sit on the bench because we had a 7 year old with us! It is unacceptable ! Regarding semolina it was served in a very small bowl! For two tajine! A truly magnificent setting, refined decor and friendly service. A wide variety of oriental dishes that will satisfy a lot of people. Reasonable price overall. We've seen kitchens that shine clean that's very rare these days. We will be back for sure
This restaurant is a shame, well I do not know if the term restaurant is appropriate for this place! The mussels come out empty (only shells) or cold !! The cutlery is gross !! Top restaurant. I stop there several times a year as soon as I have been going south for more than 2 years ... Friendly place. Top staff. Kitchen no complaints. Everything is very good. I love. This place has become my favorite restaurant. It feels good, like home ... You can go there with your eyes closed. The manager is adorable & very kind.
The 08/13/2020 I made a call at 1:30 p.m. to reserve a table for six that night for 8 p.m. The gentleman takes my reservation without understanding my name and asks me to come at 7:30 pm because otherwise my table will not be on the terrace. We accept. In the evening, we introduce ourselves and explain that we have booked for six people; the gentleman does not ask for the name and tells us that there are no more places outside and therefore to go inside. We accept, it is 7:50 pm ... we waited at least 30 minutes before someone came to take our order. Then we started eating after 9:15 pm, after a total wait of over an hour and a half. The food is good, not exceptional though. When paying, we ask to pay separately and by credit card (credit card is accepted by the restaurant and with covid measures, contactless is preferable). The lady refuses at first and then tells us that it's up to us to figure it out while getting nervous and we just have to do it with the ticket. I pass the waiters who talk to us without knowing us and the obnoxious tone of the cashier, the clear disagreement between the staff and the mismanagement of orders and restaurant space ... a mess. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
I can not unfortunately note the quality of the meal, because we did not even let us settle, we were strictly forbidden to install our 3 year old daughter on their couch ... why? No reason has been given! So we left the restaurant immediately.

The food is good (for briks, tajines) but it is very poorly served, a little professionalism would not hurt (no excuse for that). The wait is long, the waiters / their lost, the boss not always pleasant ... We serve you cans; sodas in whiskey glasses, plastic bottles ... like in a snack bar but at the price of a restaurant ... A restaurant establishment without restaurant values. They would not be the only ones to offer this type of food, it would certainly not be so crowded. A good hearer!
Meal very average, the quality is not at the rendezvous. Price drinks too excessive 4 euros a Coke in a can and not even in a glass bottle as in all restaurants. The boss is much more friendly with people in her community even if we have been welcomed properly.
