Great station always helpful, great food and drink choices. Always clean.
I use the Hi speed train service from Ashford Int into London on a regular basis. Yes, it costs me more than the regular stopping train but it is worth every penny. 38 mins into St Pancras just enough time to read e-mails or better still pop into the Station Cafe for a takeaway coffee and perhaps a bacon sandwich or croissant to enjoy on your journey. Staff on the train and at the station are really helpful on the journey. Keep up the good work.
Stopped for cup of tea while meeting a fried travelling to London
I do not recommend setting this place as a meetup location. however this is a great place to pick up a quick snack or even jam on the piano in the station.
beautiful train / underground interchange station, full of shops and restaurants ... a real shopping center
Tourists often play here, one of their favorite stations
The modern day Delphic oracle. Meet folk from all over the planet....if you like to know whst's going on ?
Nicely signed with directions. Easy flow between trains and underground.
The best way to travel from city to city without airport transfers and charges
All right, just too many fashion-oriented stores for my taste, but otherwise, flawless.
The two pianos are relatively well tuned and do not seem damaged, which is a sign of the maintenance of the place for my taste.
Great for the Eurostar! Across the street to the metro.
Very big station, it has restaurants which we can grab before starting the travel...this station looks like airport
Very big and cleab station but the sign boards are very rare so it makes it a bit confusing to find the right train... it was not like that before but for a reason or another they were removed unfortunately...
If you now arrive 26 minutes before departure you have to pay 30 euros to go through!
Very busy place but well organised. Ive been using fast train from London to Kent 38min only amazing.
From the outside the building is impressive, I think it is the most beautiful station in London.
The station is impeccably clean both on the platforms and in its shopping mall, for the number of passengers who pass a big thumbs up.
Top place to eat and drink whilst passing through or waiting for your train going home/Europe.
From the public upright piano, to the detailed sculpture near the exit, the station is filled in marvels and symbols.
Inefficient staff. Waited over an hour in a line I was sent to to get my eurail pass activated and they wouldn't do it till the day I was catching the train. Very slow service one guy was swapping computer chairs in preference to tending to customers
I reguarly use this station coming from Ebbsfleet, fast trains get you into london in 15mins. The station is huge but well signposted and has the Eurostar to France going from here as well as other national places in the UK. Lots of shops and places to eat and drink. Make sure you check out the amazing staures on the top floor
This is a very impressive train and tube station. It has been very well designed and has a huge amount of shops inside to visit.
There are also clean toilets which are free.
There are a number of coffee shops and bakery stores to buy drinks and food.
It is large and you would think you will get lost but there are plenty of clear signs to direct you. They are all in English though.
The train station is very lovely.
Great design and it's very easy to navigate
Never leave with a golf bag. From Paris you pay nothing, and for the return 30 pounds for the same bag (which has not changed size) The good heads of payers that we are Frenchies . Highly brexit
Very well organized train station. You have to go through airport style security before boarding, so be sure to alot at least an hour before boarding. Wheelchair accommodations are available with a lift to the platform and walk up ramp to trains.
A clean, airy station that is easy to navigate, with helpful and friendly staff.
Fast and very nice/new looking on board. Takes about 2 hours from London to Paris. Security line was long so plan to arrive an hour or more before your train departs.
Google has the wrong location. Make sure to get there 45+ min ahead or they will close the line.
Fantastic and fast train that takes you London to Paris in two hours. Wide passage and reasonably comfortable seats. Announcement is not clear and mobile phone charging facility is limited.
This station in a mini airport. Once you arrive from Paris or from another point in the UK you can make an internal connection with the subways. From the outside it has an incredible architecture.
Such a beautiful station, really makes being delayed feel worth it when you re inside the beautiful open arch structure in my opinion the best station in London, there s nothing not to like. It s a shame people think St Pancras and Kings Cross are the same station because the tube serves Kings Cross. If you ask me St Pancras doesn t deserve to be overshadowed by Kings Cross, come on is there even a contest.
I missed my first timing from london to leicester but they let me go on the next timing.
Stunning architecture and art. The stores are on the pricier side but the atmosphere is unique and inspiring. Sometimes people play on a piano and everything is flooded by light. Definitely a must visit for a trip to London.
Please review the rental contract for the Continental Bar as their cleanliness and hygiene performance is totally unacceptable
Nice train station with a lot of rail tracks. I went from St Pancras to Paris by Eurostar and it was great.
Such a nice station.
Beautiful inside as it is outside.
Things move fairly well in regards of getting tickets and getting on the train.
The huge sculpture of the kissing couple is a real joy to see in person.
Quite nice, centrally located, but need more direction of entry.
Very good quality cabins and quick journey, would gladly do again
Amazing train station with everything you need and more.
I just love the airy architecture with it's clean design & excellent combination of old & new.
The free pianos add greatly to the pleasant atmosphere of this station
Smooth handling for boarding on an international train and waiting for a drink in the adjacent shopping center
Set in a beautiful building, very clean with good signage and clean bathrooms. Many food and shopping options as well.
Excellent train location, easy to get to from any means of transportation. We arrived by the tube and were able to grab lunch before catching our train. Trash receptacles are far and few between and you have to pay for the bathrooms sometimes! For those that are germ conscious : beware.
Huge train station, well organized and with helpful staff
The high Victorian railway station is the most photogenic station in London, and the only with international connections. The shop includes a sufficient number and value of upscale shops to double as a shopping centre. Excellent tube connections to no fewer than six lines. Beautiful atmosphere with seasonal decorations and open pianos. Incredible glass semi-cylindrical ceiling, giant 19th-century clock, and postmodern Meeting Place statue make this an excellent station to welcome travellers to London. Or to bid them farewell.
Beautiful train station with modern technology amenities & wonderful staff at baggage , security & immigration.
Beautiful train station, the Christmas decorations are amazing. Lots of cafes and shops inside.
Those arriving by Eurostar must arrive at the station 1 hour and 30 minutes before. You must arrive at least one hour in advance.
Procedures The gate closes 30 minutes before departure and the train leaves without delay on time.
We recommend that you print the ticket in advance and board it with it.
At the same time as checking your baggage, you will go through the procedure for entering France. So it's a little slow.
If you go through the check-in procedure and check-in procedure, there is a simple duty-free shop. There you can shake off the remaining pounds.
In general the railway station is good, clean, lots of shops but toilets are really bad and dirty, since it's a very important point while traveling I'm giving 2 stars
I haven't used the trains here, came only for sightseeing but it's the most beautiful station I have ever seen. Full of small, cute shops. Recommend to see.
Unless you know the layout, it's not easy to use as a meet-up destination - too many avenues to get lost in. However as a departure point, I really like it.
The food hall is great and there are some excellent coffee houses. The toilets are generally clean but queues are common.
A tip; be crystal clear which part of the station you want, it's very easy to "lose" the platforms or end up at King's Cross. If you're not sure - ask.
This station has good connections with the central and other parts of London. You can get almost everywhere, it is also international! But it could have information point more visible in the central part! Or even several of them, as it is so important, when in a hurry. Many shops, always original Christmas Trees and the piano for the lovers of music! Have a nice trip!
Very nice place to wait for the train with drinks and very good food.
