We have been pass holders for over a year now, and sadly just made the difficult decision to not renew my wife and son's annual passes. My daughter and I moved down to Florida from Michigan a few months after my wife and son did, so we have through September before our passes expire.At that point, we also plan to let those passes expire. As teachers, we were on a tight budget anyways, but we loved Universal and Islands of Adventures, so we made it work for our family. Our teen son is deaf, and there are unfortunately not as many things that get him 'excited' lately, but going to the Universal parks always seemed to make him laugh and smile a ton. We had always loved the Universal Orlando Parks, and felt like the staff at Universal treated us very well, however, things really seemed to fall apart after the Covid shutdown. We have not been treated very well on the phone, there has been a lot of confusion with our passes and new expiration dates, and we are just extremely disappointed at how things have been handled with our passes and the auto renewal. I'm not sure if the staff at Universal Orlando are simply just getting burnt out from all the calls, or if they just don't really care about their pass holders, but it was pretty disheartening for us to have to be treated the way we have been these last couple months :(.
