The best experience ever! If you're a Harry Potter fan as me you'll love it!
I strongly recommend get a ticket who includes Hogwarts Express as many times as you want so you can enjoy both parks and have the complete Magic experience possible.
A lot of attractions for the Harry Potter followers, but allowing smoking cigarette was minus.
We're 55+ and it's been a long time since we've been to Universal Studios. We had a fun day. My favorite was the Jimmy Fallon attraction.
I love coming here. They need to change the mask regulation, so that we dont have to wear while outdoors and walking through the park.
This has been one of the best water parks I have been to. We went August 3rd 2019. The rides were fun and the park was huge. Tapu Tapu worked great. The good rides had a long wait but there were other rides that were ride now. The time flew by so the wait was nothing. The food is pricey but that is expected at a water park or any park. My daughter had a blast and so did I. Will be back next year.
This is completely suitable for children 10 plus yrs.of age. Movie bluffs such as myself need to visit atleast once.
We barely scratched the surface of everything Universal has to offer. My wife absolutely loved the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and I greatly enjoyed Jurassic Park. I wish we could've stayed longer!! We will be back, Universal!
This place is awesome and way more fun than Disney world combined. There is so much more entertainment, you don't have to wait on rides as long, you can get an express pass for the whole day, they have assistant pass for people with disabilities for which kinda works like an express pass. So no wait for rides as much, way more food options and friendlier staff with security to help you around the park. There are even more and better characters walking around that don't mind a picture with you. I'm telling you save your money and come here because Disney world is NOT the happiest place on earth compared to here. People are so much more happy and kind at this place even the customers towards one another.

Fun place, but some rides broken down, staff doesn't give you all same message about the rides.
Went back for 2nd day, still staff doesn't give consistent message about the rides, they make guests get confused. Management needs to figure out how to properly train their staff.
Also, Hagrid Motor ride broken down again. And, this time already 3 hours.

The best they have a swimming pool and arcade and restaurant so great for me.

We had a great day at Universal, I visited with a friend the first week of february and had a blast! Everyone was so friendly, the food was good considering it's a theme park and we got to ride several times our favorite attractions. We definitively recommend to visit the park if you're in Orlando, and you can save money if you buy special offers that include the 3 parks and visit more than one day.

has really stepped up its game in the past few years. The harry potter themed areas are some of the most immersive, impressive and magical parts of any theme park i ve ever been to. truly a spectacular place!
Wonderful for families like mine with younger kids and teens. Younger ones were happily occupied in Suess Landing. Wait times in Universal were a lot shorter then Disney. This was a major win for my kids who do not have the patience to wait in hour and half lines for a short ride. Teens all headed off to Harry Potter section And at the end of the day everyone was still happy. Going into the park was much nicer then Disney . The y x ray your bags which doesbmake the line go faster. The ticket entry is linked to your finger print same as Disney but they do not have the youngest children fingerprints which relived me because that does not work well for young kids. Overall I would opt for Universal over Disney if I had to choose because there is more for all ages at Universal and the employees were very friendly.
My children loved Universal. The Cabana Bay Beach resort was an amazing value and the Islands was just plain fun. The amount of rides and attractions at IoA I feel far surpasses the Magic Kingdom or any park at Disney. Moreover my 10 year old twin daughters and 6 year old son had a blast in Harry Potter land. We are planning another vacation there within 6 to 8 months.
Wizarding World of Harry Potter was amazing. Definitely my favorite part. I loved every moment of every memory we made here. I've been 3 times. Can't wait to go back!
So much fun to be had. Most of the staffing seems to have a good time while working, the only ones that didn't are surprisingly the ones who clapped at the end of rides.
But there are lots of options for everyone, adults, kids, small kids, and even pregnant mothers. Will definitely be back!
Great job Universal! Good enforcement of face masks. Lots of visual disinfecting going on and floor markers are thoughtfully placed. Other than that, so much fun!!!
Great stay at a park hotel, City Walk and both parks within walking distance!
Hollywood Drive In Golf is expensive but it has two fun courses that you can play at day or night. The staff was really friendly and the course was in great shape. The line was long but we really did not have to wait too long. The courses have good challenging holes you are sure to get a few hole in ones.
Great day out, thoroughly enjoyed visiting, we spent 2 weeks in Florida and have a two week pass, we came back three times I think, long ques though, but other than that fab day out.
Really don't have their stuff together yet, masks required and social distancing is working , but the extra services like photos and meal plans is not up to speed yet.
Too many lines, loooong lines... But very good/cool rollercoasters

We had a very fun trip with the kids. With everything going on we are very happy with my daughter's very first visit to Universal Studios!!
Our favorite place. The only thing wrong with this visit is they had so much construction going on still in areas. That is a bummer on the experience. Still overall top notch with entertainment.
It was really fun and everyone was very nice. The parades were very cool and inclusive. This is really normal but i just thought it be good for you to know it is very crowded there but it's still maneuverable

In many ways, better than Disney.
The rides, certainly, are overall much better. In universal studios, the whole thing is better - theming and all.
Great brands, good use of IP, superior fast pass systems etc all made our trip very enjoyable.
Downsides? Islands of adventure's theming doesn't hang together well. Random small areas of theme that are disconnected from each other and not effectively held together. Also, a small park if quiet.

Universal Studios is awesome. If you haven't been your in for a treat. There's tons of entertainment from thrill seeking rides, mouth watering eats and pocket emptying shopping. I recommend buying a season premiere pass if you are a FL local and plan on going at least three times in a year. It will pay for itself with the , parking , express pass and discount perks!
Went for Halloween Horror Nights. We had a blast except for waiting in the lines. We decided not to buy the fast pass. Depending who was working the lines to let people through determined the wait times. The wait time posted was pretty accurate for all the haunted houses except for "Stranger Things". There was a guy that would let 50-100 people with fast passes through and then 10-15 w/o the pass. I told him this system wasn't working and he just walked off (great customer service). When I spoke to another employee she said it was on a ratio but she couldn't disclose what that ratio was. The guy that let so many people with fast passes through couldn't tell how many people he sent through because he was to busy talking with his coworkers that were all standing around doing nothing. We knew it was going to be a 75 min wait (what they posted) but it ended up taking over 2 hours. When a girl with a fast pass stated, "that wasn't bad that only took 15 mins", it set several people off.
Don't get me wrong if you want to pay the extra $100-$300 + for a fast pass I believe you should get in quicker than the others but a 50-100 fast pass people to 10 of the other was a bit extreme.....especially when it was not scary at all.
Other than that WE HAD A BLAST!!!

One of the best places to visit in the world if you love movies. Huge place with so many attractions. Had a great time and can never forget my experience here. Would love to visit this place again. The place was awesome, specially the rides and roller coasters.
Watch out at the ticket booths they try to sell you on their specials of the day. Most of the time you can get a better deal online.
Many rides you need to store things in free lockers. Ask a park person for a locker ticket at the start of the line. You ll need to scan a barcode on it to open a locker. You CAN bring your phone but secure it on the ride. If it drops you re not getting it back.
Whether you re a roller coaster fanatic or just want to be entertained, many of their attractions are for all ages and it s about the experience. They rely heavily on 3D screens and the cars you sit in will shake tilt turn and even blow wind and possibly mist in your direction to make you feel like you re in the screen. It s very believable and hugely entertaining.
Great park. Nicely laid out. They have several areas that are shaded. Wait times were shorter than at Disney.
Very well organized place with various amenities... Indoor pool, restaurants, and living quarters are few of many services they offer. Shuttle to universal studios parks are available most of the time... Good place to stay!
Loved every minute of it! Can't believe it's ending in 2 days! The place was packed out by noon but I had early admission and single rider so I was done by 9:30. Rode everything in Universal everything. Didn't wait over 10 minutes on anything. Loved it!

Really fun park but at the same time really expansive. You should go there if you are willing to take a few days off from you school/work.
I LOVE going to universal! I have the annual pass and go multiple times a year. It is a kid friendly park and has a variety of thing to do for everyone. This park makes you feel like your in the movies and I enjoy every time I go. I recommend these two theme parks to anyone visiting Orlando.
When I was 21 years old I went here and the Cat in the Hat refused to give me a hug.
It was a great experience for our first family vacation. The access to the Universal Studios parks are easily accessible from the hotels by the free shuttle. It is evident that the resorts choose the most qualified and professional staff for customer interactions. Its expected that anything around the resorts will be more expensive than what you would pay without the Universal name but it is completely worth it. I was apprehensive taking my family on our first vacation but I would do it over again in a heartbeat.

We had the VIP Experience for two days and was amazing, Douglas was our VIP Host and make the experience the Best for me and my family !! Certainly we will do it again. !!!
Fun for the whole family but there are some rides that are a little more mature than others(THE CURSE IS REAL YOU GOTTA GET OUT OF HERE!) some of the rides try to scare you off and if you don't like drops then there are lots of other things to entertain you like some 3D rides, restaurants, and Kiddie rides;) This place is for the hardcore and the timid. This is how to have fun with the whole family!
This is our first time at Universal Studios I love the fact that the lines were short there was a lot of places to sit and of course the one time purchase of the free refills will definitely come back
We had a wonderful time. We rode almost all the available rides and took a vantage of lots of different places to eat. A real must see experience. This was my first visit to a theme park like this. Remember your very best walking shoes,And make sure that there something that you can get wet.
With the introduction of Disney+, Disney has really stepped up it's game. Not sure how they got the rights to Minions. Kudos. Five stars.
I definitely recommend the express pass. Totally worth every penny and we got to go on ever ride plus the horror houses. This is a good option for those of you that plan on doing more than one park a day. We managed to do all of Disney World plus Universals in one day. 9am to 2am.
Absolutely my favorite theme park to visit. I wish the parks were opened later and I wish free parking started earlier. That aside, this park has a very good mix of extreme thrills with its coasters and mild family friendly rides. There is nothing this park can't offer. I used to be scared of coasters--until I rode the incredible hulk coaster. Now I ride it at least twice a day when I get there. Overall best theme park in America.
Super fun amusement park. So much to do so make sure you give yourself enough time to explore the park. Also, buying the fast passes (express passes) were SUPER WORTH IT!! Expensive, but worth it!
Lots of fun for Halloween Horror Nights. This year however the prices seemed to jump tremendously compared to last year, especially for the Express Pass. I recommend getting the $18 refill cup because it also includes Icee drinks. The scare houses this year also weren't my favorite themes, but that's my personal opinion.
This place is just too perfect granted the food is a bit expensive.. But everything is great and fun for the family.. I will like to add i have been to Disney parks and my family and i have decided that when we come back in October we will go only to Universal studio's Park.. They are better have more for us adrenaline loving adults.. By this i mean we have made Universal studios OUR oficial family park and we will not go anywhere else..
Horrible experience. Ive been coming here for 10 years. Attractions are great however customer service is very disappointing. Don't expect a 5 star service. It's definitely NOT you get what you pay for. I dealt with Barry in customer service. Very insensitive. Hopefully you all have a better experience than I did. Definitely won't be coming back, not worth the money.
It's a lot to see...to see it all it'll take 2 days but it is great place to visit. I'll be back to see the rest of the park. Word of advice...wear some good shoes and be prepared to walk a lot
Annual passholder here. I love the park but honestly the lack of interest in people with babys amaze me. They make you do a 2 hours line and they don't allow you enter with stroller. By the time you are out of the attraction your are done for the day. Universal should make a better plan for family swap. Fell free to response with an explanation Universal.

Great holiday from.16th Sep 2019 to 1st Oct 2019 very hot no rain at all stayed in new hotel Surf side suites and inn, in International drive, part of the Unversal hotels, hotel itself is a lovely place. Pool great, food rubbish though, 9$ for one slice of pizza. Take plenty of cash, will need it. If get taxi from hotel to Disney, will cost you at least $25 each way. The bus takes longer the hopper, but much cheaper
Wonderful park! Wonderful guest service! We got stuck on Men in Black (our favorite ride of the trip) Us, along with another lady spoke with a manager there named Kelsey. She was amazing! She handled an extremely crazy lady with empathy and professionalism even when this lady was screaming in her face. She talked with us after and was so enthusiastic and passionate that we couldn't help but leave smiling. Thank you!

Love Universal but the walk to get to Diagon Alley is crazy long. I feel really bad for anyone that has difficulty walking because the distance really is insane. Once you get there the place is very cool, and I'd give the attractions 5 stars the layout of the park is really the challenge.

VERY FUN PLACE.There is a lot of walking around but do not worry there are plenty of places to rest and smoking areas.Only thing not so great is the pizza place over there its frozen pizza reheated and the place doesn't smell clean and way over priced!I forgot the name but I remember the floor tiles are black and white.You will be disappointed.Visit Harry Potters areas..The best shops and area there! Especially at night its beautiful and there is a light show on the castle.
I love these parks. So much fun. The annual passes are worth it. Most bathrooms are decent for as so many people using them.
Harry Potter world was great. Park is clean and well kept, a great place to take kids.
I love universal, like most theme parks the prices are outrageous for food and drinks but the variety of rides they have is phenomenal. There is something for kids and adults of all ages. The Harry Potter portion of the park is the best things I have experienced and anyone going has to ride the Hogwarts Express from one park to the other. It s so worth it!!
Had the most amazing time at the parks! Due to covid masks are required throughout the park. They have also put other safety measures into place including 6 feet spacing in lines and hand sanitizer before and after you ride the rides. This creates longer wait times so I would recommend buying express passes which considerably decreases wait times esp if you are trying to visit 2 parks in one day. We went on a Saturday and it was packed! Most rides were doing virtual lines and express. All in all it was a great experience.

If I could live here and work at Hogwarts it would be a dream come true. It's my happy place what else can I say. And getting the discounts on certain items and places you eat with the annual passes is definitely a bonus.
A much smaller park than Magic Kingdom. We visited on a Wednesday and it was perfect. The longest line was about a 30 min wait...which seemed to fly by quickly. No need to purchase the fast pass...If you're going during the week. Many food options, shows, exciting rides, photo opportunities...spend the entire day and enjoy happy hour at the City Walk (3-6pm depending on the restaurant).
In town for Universal's Halloween Horror Nights! My friends and I go every year, the house are always amazing. Make sure you come for at least 2 nights so you have enough tine to do everything.
Great place to hangout if you are in the mood for a little get together. Grab some food, visit one of the clubs, take a boat to the hotel, watch a movie, etc. There's always something you can do to have fun!
It was so much fun. Two days was more than enough time for both parks.

Had a blast. Staff at the parks and Loews royal pacific are so friendly. Little disappointed in the room decor and view. The rooms are really typical hotel rooms. It virtually us of trees right at our window.
Fun experience for our kids. Express pass is a must. Four stars because of the 10 rides we did, 6 of them were basically the same thing. Riding in a car, 3d/4d effects, and some simple story. What happened to good old fashioned roller coasters? There are only 3-4 of them between both of the main parks.
Fantastic experience. So much to see and do. Plenty of fun things to see, eat and buy, feed your senses and don t forget to indulge yourself in the Harry Potter experience
There was lots of fun things to do there and lots of food for lunch we went to the hard Rock Cafe and I highly recommend it!
