This place is awesome! The roller coasters, Harry Potter, the list goes on! Perfect place for adults, great for the kiddos, this place is huge. Do yourself a favor and buy the Express passes, it's more than worth it!

I love this place. I go at least once every 2 years. The Harry Potter rides are worth the trip. Then there is the mummy, men in Black, the Rock n roll rollercoaster, the Hulk. There is a new restaurant where the NBA cafe used to be, that is amazing. It's The toothsome chocolate emporium and savory feast kitchen, worth grabbing lunch or dinner.

The greatest place ever!!!!!!!!! A great theme park for kids of all ages!!!!! I don t recommend Hollywood rip ride rocket though. That ride doesn t secure you in your seat properly. It will cause you to hit your head a lot. It is especially bad if you are thinner.

Very cool park, nice theme and interesting slides. One small downside: the virtual line system leads to strange situations where no one is on the slide or in the waiting line and still you are not allowed to ride it because there is a 45 minute 'virtual line' of people that are somewhere else in the park. Very hard to explain to kids.

Everything was great. Loved all everything Harry Potter. Sad I got caught in the rain but nobody can control the weather. Lol. Their guest services was a little slow but its understandable. What I am upset about was how many people wear their mask under their nose or on their chin and can keep the required distance. I understand the park can control random people and I heard employees call them out so I know they are doing their jobs but people don't seem to take it seriously enough.

There is a reason we pick this place and Universal Studios as a place to visit every May. The rides are amazing! The whole park has something for every member of my family to enjoy! The park is so clean and impressive. The staff are so friendly and treat you like they want your trip to be special. Even when my 12 year old wanted to ride the bigger rides, there was still plenty for me to take my younger two to do. We were in the park for 5 days, and we had such a blast! Express Passes are a must!

The amount of detail that has been put into each attraction far surpassed our expectations. We had the 1-day 2-park pass but didn't see nearly as much as we'd wanted so plan for multiple days!

The layout and detail was incredible, and I appreciate their express pass option and single riders lines. But the rides are not very accommodating for larger guests. Which I get the safety aspect and also appreciate. But compared to Disney World, the options for larger guests are limited. And they had little to no dietary options through out the park, also something Disney World has on them.

Best vacation destination we have ever been! Super clean park, very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Pricing seems high until you go and see what they have to offer! Highly recommend! The wife and I are considering moving just for the park!

Love this place. People say Disney is the happiest place on earth, but that is no longer the case, as they have a tie for first place. There is so much to do at Universal, tons of great rides, great shows, and places to eat. Go enjoy yourself and ride until you can't anymore!

Extremely disappointed in how universal is handling the reopening. The face mask policy is lax, and there was NO policing or correction of offenders. They were offering face painting, hair braiding, and henna ratios. How is that practicing social distancing. I felt uncomfortable the entire day. Maybe Universal is struggling to make a profit during this time because their patrons feel unsafe, unprotected, and uncomfortable. Safety over fun and/or comfort should always be the motto. I don't think that was being practiced.

I love all the rides here. You have to get the fast pass so that you are able to get on all the rides The 3D rides are just awesome. Be ready to walk ALOT. Very fun, fun, fun place to be at.

My partner and I waited in line for over 3 hours to be pulled out of the line right at the end to be told you are to big for this ride. A number of members of staff walked past us without a word. We were so very embaressed and instead of going shopping we just left the park. Very upset that we spent so much for our day out only to be humiliated by staff. The question is why was there no means of telling us the problem at the start of the que instead of after over 3 hours. A pair of heart broken people. A sad day for us both.

I can't imagine being packed in like sardines like the pre-Covid days after visiting the park with all the Covid restrictions in place! Great use of cleaning methods, social distancing and limiting attendance. Great ride options for all family members, good variety of shops and dining open and read to help you. Would highly recommend going during Covid restrictions, probably not as high of reccomendation during non-Covid times unless you planned really well and got a smoking hot deal on express passes.

Need more rides we had been on every ride in islands by 12 noon and that was without a fast pass! Just don t feel value for money here at all compared to other parks in Orlando. In California Universal Studios has all these rides in one park but here you ve divided it up into two and charge extortionate entrance fees. At least give value for money and get some more rides built!! In Universal studios they are all 3D rides which are very repetitive there are very few actual rollercoaster/ motion rides which is very disappointing. Harry Potter is good though.

This park was nice and clean but overpriced for the quality and amount of present staff members to provide information. I feel like the rides and attractions could be updated and the parades more organized. The people throwing the beads off of the floats in the parade, hit me directly in the eye and it's due to the manner it was allowed to be thrown. I encountered multiple people with no answers and that was discouraging.

Just like its sister Park, so long as you go in understanding it's a tourist trap with high prices in a lot of spectacle with no substance it's a thoroughly enjoyable if pricey vacation.

Very clean experience. Crew members at Men in Black shop were awesome at finding action figures for us. Gregory served us our drinks at the Leaky Calderon and was very attentive. Overall all the crew members were awesome. Loved the new borne supremacy stunt show. Very impressive.

One of the best parks in Orlando, the Hulk rollercoaster is amazing, and if you go almost to the close timing won't be big lines and you can go more than once. The best rollercoaster is the motorcycle of Harry Potter

I haven t been here since 2014 for my birthday. I was getting to see the Diagon Alley and everything being built. So it was a real treat to get to see it completed and to also get to try the park hop with the Hogwarts Express! We did a 4 day park hop deal at both parks. We were fortunate enough on our last day to get to ride the new Hagrid s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure. It opened only a day before our arrival. We ended up waiting in line for 6 hours, mainly because of popularity, but the weather had a huge impact as well. The ride was so worth the wait!!! The staff at both parks were wonderful!!! I loved the refill cup for $15.99 and each day after it was only $8.99. We got our moneys worth. There were machines at almost every turn, except in Hogsmeade, so you didn t have to go searching or wait in line forever to refill it. The rides were great! I especially have to brag on their child swap system! It made it so easy to ride a ride without having to worry about your small child (or someone that couldn t ride the ride). You just tell the workers that you are child swapping when you get to the end of the line where you are about to get on the ride, they then send the non-riders to a room with a ticket, and the ones riding at the moment continue to the ride. When the riders get off the ride they go back to the child swap room and either swap out with their party or exit. There has to be someone 15 or older that has to stay with the child(ren). There is no worker to monitor. At two of the Harry Potter rides, they had Harry Potter movies playing in the child swap rooms which was awesome! The parks were very clean! I can t wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I visited universal studio and is...

My boyfriend and I visited universal studio and island of adventure for 2 days during Christmas. Some rides and shows were quite fascinating and beyond our imagination. However, between those rides were 35-155 min standing in the queues. EXPRESS LANES which offers chances to "get to the Fun Faster", as noted in the website, cost ~ $100 per person per park per day. We didn't purchase express. Instead, we spent a lot of time observing and coming up with a hypothesis of how the park plays behavior science and hide 50% of the truth to HURT the experience of normal visitors. Here are our findings: "Get to the Fun Faster" for express holders means "Get to the Fun MUCH Slower" for normal visitors. We did some quick math to estimate "how much slower".

Assuming there are 600 visitors waiting for a ride, which takes 10 visitors per minute. If you just reach the end of the queue, here is your waiting time:
1) If everybody has normal access, it takes 600/10 = 60 minutes
2) If 10% (60) of visitors have express access, 90% (540) have normal access, and our coordinating staff is kind enough to let 5 express and 5 normal would board the ride every minute:
2a) If you have express, it takes you 60/5 = 12 minutes
2b) If you JUST have normal, it takes you 540/5 = 108 minutes !!!!!!
(Does it sounds familiar? 105 minutes waiting time for Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure?)

Sometimes the coordinating staff favors express. Let's say they let 7 express and 3 normal in per minute (BTW, we did observe 9 express and 1 normal in some rides). What are the waiting time now?
If you have express, it takes you 60/7 = 9 minutes
If you JUST have normal, it takes you ... 540/3 = 180 minutes !!!!!!

No offense to whomever purchased express. After all, who stays calm when they see in the big screen that Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts takes 155 minutes waiting time? The strong psychological hint, the fear that the whole day would be wasted in queue, the expectations of kids and loved ones, and the glowing ads everywhere with the savior information "Get to the Fun Faster"...where the slowness is created by the faster express in the beginning. Ironically, a snake bites into its own tail.

Is the 155 minutes really 155 minutes? As we calculated above, the staff can easily manipulate it, or the system could be exaggerating to create more fear. Behavior science, a magic spell without Harry Potter's wand.

In our own observation, whenever the normal line is long, the staffs tend to go 50-50; whenever the normal line is short, the staffs tend to go 5% normal and 95% express (Eg for Kang & Kodos' Twirl 'n' Hurl, the staff always empty express lane before letting any normal lane visitors in. It had been 25 minutes waiting to start with. After 10 min, it was still 25 minutes. After another 5 minutes, the waiting became 15 minutes, before some normal lane vistors got furious and stormed out the queue)

There was never a note saying "express ticket holders might largely increase your waiting time and hurt your experience" before purchasing the normal ticket. Fair exchange doesn't apply here. You don't get what you pay for. You can only get a ticket with hidden uncertain caveat.

When airline companies offer free checked bags as COMPENSATION when there is not enough space for economy class flyers, what does the park do when their policies hurt normal visitors for real? Send them express ads hoping to EARN MORE MONEY. Even the express holders got ripped off little by little. The more express cards the park sells, the worse experience express holders have. In the end, everybody has express, and we are back to 60 minutes waiting time. Only the park earns MUCH MUCH MORE.

In short, universal parks hide the waiting time CAVEATS, trick visitors into additional PAYMENTS and PUNISH whoever does not obey. We won't go there again:)

Toothsome Chocolate Emporium always deliver! The food is just so mouthwatering delicious everytime I come here to try something new on the menu! I have allergy issues and the chef always comes out to make sure my meal will be perfectly good and right for me! Always looking forward coming to dine here! Can't wait for my next meal...

I can only speak of my experience thus far. Staying at Endless Summer the rooms are lacking a microwave even though our booking agent through Universal stated there would be one. The hotel restaurant does not have food allergy information regarding the food they sell. The pool area lacks a hot tub, I guess I m just disappointed in our experience. This is our second trip in 3yrs. My recommendation stay at one of the other resorts you ll be happier.

Not long waits when we went on Sunday, was able to visit 2 parks on one day. If buying souvenirs get them in the area that the item is from versus getting them on way out because it will save you a couple of dollars for each ite.
