I've never had any problems with this pharmacy. Always on time with delivery, nurse calls and checks on how things are. Unless they close I will not change pharmacies
I have been using this company for years. They have been wonderful.
ACS took over my pharmacy that closed and sent out a letter stating it would be a "seamless transition". It has been anything but. They claim to have not received any records from my old pharmacy. I have called 5 times with the information and each time I call ACS says, "We don't have any notes on you." Then they claim they have left multiple messages for my doctor's office to obtain the prescription. My doctor's nurse tells me no one ever called. My nurse is now switching all her patients to a different pharmacy. ACS's loss...the prescription I use is really expensive!

I have never encountered a business so difficult to do business with. In fairness, they later explained that they are only following FDA rules. The 1st time the FDA mandated questions and cautions are OK - but the same ones over and over again - are about as effective as the flight attendant speech at the beginning of every flight. The people Do try to be nice. So this is probably the same at every specialty pharmacy. I DO understand the power of these drugs.
Specialty Pharmacy is terrible to deal with...Patient with Brain Cancer has been trying to get their medication for almost a month...Pharmacy and Benefits can't get their act together....hope she doesn't die
Advantcare Scripps has been taking care of my son for over nine years now shipments always come in a timely manner and if there s ever been in the insurance issues they were handled promptly.
ACS has been wonderful for me. I take a specialized drug and they call every month to see if I have enough. (I think) they also check me for side effects. I think they're great!
