Good theme park for the family. The younger kids in the extended family like it. It has added new attractions like most parks in the area.

The theme parks are always lively filled with people I was able to ride all their rides with a short wait time it was one of their not so busy days
I love this place its so nice and beautiful, definitely recommend coming
Great place with great experiences for all. Cool design work on all the rides and shows. Would be a 5 if they had more rollercoasters
They always on same positive vibes with decent price!
Great food and plenty to do for all ages! Stay on property. It is well worth the money!
Went for two days. Had lots of fun. The rides were great. Employees nice to talk with as well. Enjoyable for the whole family.
I like more this park than the other ones... good time
Expensive but fun! The kids and I did a park hopper so we could take the Hogwarts Express between areas. The Harry Potter rides had really long lines, so we just walked through Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley and enjoyed the sights. Park staff was helpful and polite even though it was hot & crowded. I like how there are areas for young kids as well as us older kids . Food is expensive, as was expected, but if you stay nearby you can get a parking pass that will let you leave and come back if you want to. The costume characters were fun to meet - especially the SpongeBob fish on roller skates. They made it a point to interact with guests (in some cases in really funny ways).
Their new Covid procedures are great. We ve gone twice and both over two weeks ago, so we know we aren t sick which we were concerned about.
Harry Potter oriented trip for us this time, and all were not disappointed. Even got to experience their French Quarter's 2019 Mardi Gras.
It doesn't matter how many times you go, it's always like the first time. Great shows, great food, awesome rides, you'll find something for everyone. Our family loves Universal Orlando.
The precautions theyve taken for the covid stuff worked well for us. Rides are fun. my only complaint is all the harry potter, the mummy, and the jimmy fallon rides have a 40inch waist restriction. Also good luck if you want to ride the Hagrids motorbike one the online queue is filled up all day.
Great restaurants and fun activities for the kids. I took my family here for food and games. My expectations were exceeded.
FAVORITE PLACE!!! I go like 9 times a year. I recommend getting the Preferred annual pass. Worth every penny. Also, shout out to Carrie Marie in Guest Services from Santa Rosa, California. She's so nice & helpful!!!
On a sad note, they took away Terminator 2: 3D Experience.
This trip was my most favorite trip ever. This city has so much to do and I will definitely be planning a trip in the upcoming summer's!
Volcano Bay is amazing way better than Disney skip Disney go to volcano Bay
It's a great place for a family vacation! They have rides for little children and more thrilling adrenaline pumping rides for the adults and teens!
This theme park was amazing. Great employees who seem to love their jobs. Bathrooms were always sanitary and clean. Food was decent for a theme park. Drink deals make getting a souvenir cup worth the money. Not once in 10 days did I feel like I was being extorted of my hard earned money, which has happened at other parks.
Went for Harry potter world, butterbeer yum, had the best day and I'm nearly 60, nice to find heaps of parking, friendly staff to help direct us
Love the atmosphere and some of the rides they are working on getting rid of some of the 3D rides which in my opinion is a very good thing. The minion ride is way better now. Still need some work on the video on the fast and the furious ride. Diagon Ally is still the best place to visit in the whole park.
fabulous time spent at universal studios today the staff is nice the rides are great and they're doing some really exciting things with the Harry Potter
One of the most beautiful and exciting experiences of my life !!!
Universal was great. Island of adventure not so much. Long wait for express and single rider. Food was actually pretty good
We're season ticket holders that come down from CT. Worth the trip. One tip, bring a water bottle. Another, don't forget sun block, the sun is strong. Third tip, stay on site at one of the premium resorts, the express passes are worth it. Last tip, park hoppers are very helpful.
Love this place, kids did also. The Transformers ride and the Harry Potter Gringotts ride are awesome! We haven't done the other side of the park yet but I hear its awesome too! Oh and the butter beer drink and ice cream are very good!
Even though they had to go the extra mile to secure our health, I am still extremely satisfied with there service!
We are season pass holders. We try to go at least four times a year. This year has been challenging with covid. But even with that the staff at universal are great. They really go out of there way.
Cool attractions. Especially the Harry Potter themed portions. Pricey for what it is and only three or four rides that I would consider "rollercoasters".
It truly is a place in which brings a smile to so many people. Get an express pass. More money but it is worth it to bypass the queues.
The best attention to detail at any theme park on the planet.
It was An Amazing day until the nasty clouds started coming in, cause I wasn't able to ride Rip ride rocket coaster on my way out but other than that, I enjoyed my day
It's a child at heart place. Food was great!!! Very crowded tho.
Wonderful place! It got me back to childhood and favorite movies for hours! I got there for Horror Nights and it was fantastic: horror movie sets, zombies on the streets (scary yet respectful), incredible rides. The sound all over the place gives an extra immersion feeling and you are always on a movie. Excellent rides and shows (the projection on the water was epic!)
Wonderful place to visit and stay the location is the best. I will definitely go back.
Love this place, although I left my wallet on the bench and all my money was stolen...
There food is some of the best food ive ever have in my entire life. I recommend Three Broomsticks and and Red Oven pizza. There rides are always so fun And hulk is the most fun this Ive ever done in my life. If I had to go to an amusement park it would definitely be Universal.
We are Premier Passholders and every time we head to US/IOA is a great adventure.
Always stop by when were at Disney for at least a drink and a bite to eat! We enjoy walking around and seeing the many shoppes and restaurants if not going in the theme park! Highly recommend!
Overall, a very enjoyable experience at the parks over a two night event with the Orlando Informer meetup group. A few bumps however detracted from the experience. The meetup had unlimited food, snack, and drink after a certain time but many stalls closed early, limiting options later in the night. Also, we booked a nearby Airbnb and walked to the park, but on the second night, we were not allowed to exit the park from the side entrance that led to the road we were staying off of, and instead had to walk through the entire parking garage, up the wrong way down one way streets, and across several busy highway-like streets, adding over a mile to our walk before emerging where we wanted to exit...which was about 100 feet from where we were an hour before. After spending all afternoon and evening walking the park, this added unnecessary stress and danger really put a damper on the stay.
Amazing place to have fun with you family and kids a lot fun to spend all day
Amazing experience exceeded all expectations. Took the vip tour well worth the money and our guide was super knowledgeable about the park, rides, and movies.
It's hads awesome rooms , clean views of beautiful florida and it's magical . Really close by to Orlando Universal , 5 to 4 mins. .l recommend familys come and visit the cabana bay beach resort .
Did a great job with the vivid opening slot of areas open with lots of room and places to cool off. Made everyday enjoyable. Staff was incredible for such a tough time
Universal is fantastic. Totally worth the money. Waiting times are reasonable especially if you use single Rider lines. City Walk itself is a treat to walk through. Loved being there.
Meh? Even in the down season, the rides aren't worth the wait and the rule about butterbeer not being able to have the cream left off is a good example of many where they care about their bottom line more than the people trying to have a good time at their park. There's better all around them in Florida.
I did not like this park. There are only 1 or 2 attractive rides in each section. It's a lot of simulator "rides", and not coasters and such. It is a corporate sponsored exhibit to walk through. Line cutting is an immense problem, but to be fair, so is the passivity of the people standing in line being cut. Had I found the option, I would have alerted park officials.
I did think Mardi Gra was cool. I wanted to buy the food pass, but couldn't find the prices or where to buy the pass. I also appreciated the soda and popcorn options.
This was, beyond a doubt the highlight of our recent trip to Orlando. Park was clean and not very crowded. Minimal wait times for all of the attractions. The city walk area was a great way to end our day with a large selection of restaurants and unique shopping options. Will definitely return on our next visit to town.
Good food, and fun rides. Harry Potter land is very well done. We ran out of things to do by mid afternoon.
Universal Studios is great. It's not Disney World, so it doesn't quite have that magic, but it's still lots of fun. One of the most amazing places in the world. Universal can be a fun park for all ages. Most of the rides, specially the 3D & 4D rides, make you feel part of the movie.
I dont do rides like I did in my younger years but walking around, checking out the scenery and eating of course makes it worth while for me. I love Hogwarts and Hogsmead areas and you have to try a butterbeer while you are there.
Good day, park has lost a lot of character, change with the times yes, but taken to many good rides and shows away. Dont like the arcade games. Not what UNIVERSAL is about.
RideeGreat amusement park. Harry Potter world is a ton of fun. Make sure to buy tickets to both parts of the park. The hurry Potter amusement rides are in both parks. Leave early the parks are very large and take time to go through. It is also smart to get an express pass. This get you on much faster and allows you to enjoy the park without having to wait as long in the lines. Some of the other fun rides to experience are the minions and the Incredible Hulk. We tried to do the park in one day. We did not get to everything. But it was a great day.Other pro tips if you want to get on the rides faster you can go as a single rider. At the entrance of the park are several restaurants. It makes it quick and easy to grab a bite either for lunch or dinner. I wish the park state open a little longer. It is enjoyable at night as well.As part of the Potter experience you can purchase a wand. There are several spots within the Harry Potter world that allow you to use the wand to unlock different mysteries. It is a fun experience especially for younger children. That makes them feel as if they are part of the story. The surroundings are wonderful. The tension to detail in each of the theme rides is phenomenal. Makes you feel like you are part of the story.I definitely enjoyed my time at universal studios and can't wait to come back and enjoy it again.Make sure to take your entire family. You will have a great time .
First time here. We only did the one park. Price is ridiculous and there honestly isn t a lot to do ride wise. More simulation rides than anything. We had fun but glad I got it out of my system. Food is also high in the park.
Just avoid this place until the draconian policies are gone. Do you want to try to enter a virtual queue that has no times? Or maybe get food somewhere after waiting one hour? Or maybe there is no virtual queue and the line is 100 min long at best? Come here then!!
One of the best amusement parks I've been to. Harry potter Potter is awesome! Rides are great for all ages. And you HAVE to try butter beer!
Had a great time... DO NOT GO DURING GRAD NIGHT it just detracts from your time at the park and forget getting anything done in CityWalk. Also. Early hours are only for Harry Potter so that 8am hulk ride you had in mind.... Nope.
Love it! Universal Studios is always worth a trip! Their 4D rides are so good, it feels like you're on a conventional roller coaster. The new Fast and Furious ride isn't anything special, I definitely wouldn't queue more than 5 minutes for it, but the Jimmy Fallon ride more than makes up for it.
Universal is an A+ park with their thrill rides, a huge variety of kid rides, shows, very good food, clean parks, security, and just that overall wow factor. They have been updating then park over the past 10 years and now offer, in my opinion, a better value and more action than Disney.
Though the Jimmy Fallon ride is ridiculous
i miss this theme park i've done so many cool stuff there and i miss halloween horror nights too .
Everyone was super nice and helped us make the experience very pleasant!
Very cool park but so expensive, my girlfriend and I paid over $250 for 1 day. Parking alone is $26. The Harry Potter area is amazing
I LOVE this place!! So much fun, so much to do and the rides are AMAZING!! You have to check it out!
It was , the forenors dont know how to walk and my feet where killing me the Harry Potter train didn't work and the lines were ridiculous but overall I had alot of fun with my mom talking
Now this is some grade A material right here. One of the best places for vacations
One of the best experiences in the world 100 recommended
We had a fantastic time at universal. It had been years since the last time we went but going with kids again made it so much fun!
Wonderful place to go with family and friends. There are attractions that can appeal to everyone. The staff at the parks are very cordial. The restaurants provide a variety of dishes that are satisfying. Whatever you can't find on the maps a staff member will eagerly point out.
I work there of course i think it's the greatest...lol
A great place to be if you re after the universal studio tour. You re a boat ride away from it which itself is very fun
Another fantastic day at the best resort in the world. Visited the Cinema. Wow. This is complete luxury. The seat recline. So much leg room. The screen is to die for.
Universal is the best park ever, I went there for the very first time in November 2019 and I m counting the days to coming back. Everything was amazing, I felt myself like a child again.
Absolutely loved loved this place! The restaurants were solid and not as overpriced as you'd expect. Still not cheap, but it could be much worse. Room was awesome, people were amazing and I look forward to the next trip to Orlando now.
The line times were off for the attractions. We were supposed to wait 45 minutes for "Us" and it ended up being over two hours. I'd highly recommend getting the express pass and using the elevators when you can.
I cannot rate Universal any higher? Perfect 10, for sure.
My employer, Express Employment Professionals, rented a part of the park, half hour or so prior to closing, for its employees. Universal thought of EVERYTHING, service-wise, to accommodate so many people! They had a team member every couple of FEET to insure we knew where to go, keeping us somewhat together & catering to our every request.
That was deff one of the BEST venues EVER, servicing so many, so incredibly well. (& personal!)
Great job, kudos to Management & Crew Members. No work
This place was glorious amazing service and great views.
We had a great time here after our wedding!! Lots of fun rides and things to do in the park; we started out with the hulk, then made our way towards Hogwarts, Diagon Alley, and ate lunch at Three Broomsticks. We ended the afternoon in Suess Land. A great place for young children, just keep an eye on them, this is a busy place.
I always enjoy myself when I come here I'm in love with the new Harry Potter ride
Venders are rude. The attendance people for the rides , most of them rude. $11.00 FOR A HOT DOG. If you have mobility issues, don't expect to shop or get in anywhere without a family member. There is no buttons to open doors. If you do get in there is no room in the stores to move around. I for one did not enjoy Florida at all. If you want good service, friendly people then go to California universal studios. NO! I AM NOT FROM CALIFORNIA.I am from Alberta Canada. Florida is the worst state I have ever been to. Scenery is beautiful, the people are not nice. Very unwelcoming place.
All good barring the queues, free more rides would sort it out. Go look at how Blackpool Pleasure Beach does it.
Like it just no one to help or ask questions. Customer service bad
