First time at Universal and let me say they were great. They especially now are doing great with social distancing. They have hand sanitizer everywhere. They go above and beyond from asking my kids if they have a messege for spong Bob or making sure lines move quick. We felt happy, safe, and respected! I am definitely returning and it was actually worth the time and money!
Halloween horror nights was super fun. Perfect for all groups.

Surprisingly not too busy on New Years Day. Got To all we wanted to see between 10 and 7. Nicely decorated for Christmas, but the park is showing some serious wear, and the people they employee are not the cream...more like the ones Disney wouldn't hire. Sloppy looking, no smiles, just not festive for the most part. High light was the Horror Make Up show...very well done.
Great time at Islands of Adventure. While relatively small, there's a lot of great fun packed in. A variety of rides and the Hogwarts area was great!
We had an amazing time and love the fact everyone had mask on thank you UNIVERSAL.
This is definitly a place for the family one of a kind experience for them

Universal Orlando is opening during the height of a pandemic, before they should. In the least, I wish they would not punish annual passholders by starting to charge us for our passes again. What's funny is that they offer a cancellation option, but it takes long enough so that we'll be charged again before the cancellation is processed.
Sure, I get it, you're a business. And, my wife and I love the parks (we even went here right after our wedding, with family). But don't be tricky like this.
A ride I rode 2 days ago was fine for me then but was told I'm to big today. With issues like these for zero reason you are likely to lose the half of 1%
Universal has earned the right for an annual pass purchase from me. The ride lines are much shorter than Disney and the food at City walk is equivalent to Disney Springs, but it's so much closer to the parks. I'll never give up my AP at Disney, but Universal will be next to it in my wallet.
Great fun here. Very short lines right now. All the different themed areas were awesome. Will definitely be back.
Most fascinating place, always something to do. Exciting place at night when City walks comes to life with bars, restaurants and music
I have been to Disney 4 times and I do love it. However, I just completed a 4 night stay at Universal and it definitely edged out Disney in the following ways: less crowded; shorter lines; express pass for resort patrons blows away Fastpass - ability to go on way more rides than Disney. Waaay more food/snack/drink establishments in the parks. Overall while I still love Disney, Universal is a much better value. Islands of Adventure especially good.
Go during off times. Rest. Bring comfortable shoes and water. Rest often. Hugh park.
We have been 3 times and returning in February. It's the best holiday ever. Better for children about 8 years old so they have more chance of getting on all the rides but the holiday of a life time. Its better to go in February or November if you dont like extreme heat and if you stay in a Universal hotel you get earliy park entry so make the most of it.
Harry Potter fans will love it for the spells you can cast in shop windows and the amazing rides including the latest Hagrid's motorbike ride which I am looking forward to trying since I have never been on it!
The food selection is great too and the Mardi Gras is fun and colorful!
Was here for NYE and it was nice. Better than other times Ive gone there with the family.

One of the greatest places to ever exist. Every place you go (in the resort) is an adventure. Every attraction fascinated me because of how creative they all are. Who ever goes here will have the time of their life.
I went with my family, there are five of us, definatly worth it! The only bad things about it were that, there were parts of the park where it STUNK! (like it smelled HORRIBLE), the first day the lady couldnt figure out how to print some actual tickets, and everything was Super expensive....(bring your own disposable water bottle, waters here are $5.00)
Now, the good things, staff was nice, the lines were surprisingly short(the longest line for us was the King Kong ride that we stood in line *expecting a 35 minute wait as it said on the sign* and standing there for about an hour.) Anyway the food was delicious!
The rides are AMAZING! The three parks are very different, the universal park is mostly simulators(about three rollar coasters)
Islands of adventure had mostly rollar coasters and 1 or 2 simulators.
Volcano bay is water slides.
This was BYFAR...The.best.vacation. Ever!!! I highly request this park!
Had a great time in the whole park. Great place to take the family, and a good place for adults. I loved the Springfield world inside the main park.
This is the best of all parks i have visited. All the rides are amazing and fun filled. There are lot of food options and place to drink . Harry potter and Mummies rides are the best .
I bought a 2 day pass with my family. We all enjoyed and had an amazing time . This was my second time at universal and wont be my last. Best part Hogwarts forsure!
Too much fun, said no one ever! Harry Potter attractions were fun and entertaining. Lots of photo ops - a treasured photo with Shaggy and Scooby is on my phone. Great restaurants, lots to do. Get the fast pass, it's definitely worth the price.

A great experience for families, friends, or alone! You can take one day for each park, or get a two park and do both Harry Potter themed areas in one day. You must have a two park ticket to Ride the Hogwarts Express.
Most of the rides are Videos 4D. Not real rides. I was expecting more fun. Nothing excited. I thought Fast and Furious will be fun but is like a party bus and the movie character talking in a screen. I not recommend this place if you looking for have fun, I will recommend Volcano Bay.
Well worth a 10 hour flight. We re having a blast. So much to do and see. Staff are fabulous. Very helpful. There really is something for for everyone.
Beautiful place to visit. You better have on some comfortable walking shoes or your visit will not be enjoyable. I couldn't really enjoy myself because it was sooo hot. Bring plenty money.
I truly L O V E this theme park, but the disappointment comes with the Season Pass!! Early admission is a total J O K E!!! (Early admission is 8am.) Came for a weekend expecting to go early and get some rides in before the bigger crowds came... Instead, there were only a select few of the rides that were open. (NOT OPEN: RipRideRocket, TheMummy, ET, BorneStuntacular Show which I kind of understand, but the 1st show isn't until 10:15am) Once the park officially opens (9:00am), RRR & The Mummy's -Fast Pass lines were ridiculously long. ~ If you're worried about the Coronavirus... they're doing a great job keeping things clean, sanitized, and socially distanced. Your hands will be sanitized before every ride & you have the option to sanitize after.
Go there every couple of years always have a great time.
Amazing theme park with a lot of amenities. Friendly environment, and lots of rides for both kids and adults. Halloween Horror Nights is also amazing, extremely well done and rather realistic looking.
The place is absolutely fun. If you can afford, make sure you'll get the "Express Pass" if you do 1 day 2 parks! There are too many things to do and Express pass you'll make you save (A LOOOOOT) of time!
Nice kid's area. Adults can enjoy Dr. Seuss area, too. Really clean park.
I had a great time, I typically don't ride but it was awesome. Going off season there were no lines which made it enjoyable.
Our First experience here and it was amazing. This will be our yearly vacation place. The rides were awesome and the employees were helpful. Dont forget to try the roasted Turkey leg, its scrumptious
The mummy ride is the best in this park. Escape from Gringotts was pretty disappointing. Short ride, long wait, no express pass excepted. Harry Potter world is great though and a must see. You will feel like you're in the movie. The transformers ride is very fun, it is the second best to the mummy.
Had a great time. Dont recommend 2 park 1 day pass bc we had 1 park and just barely did all we wanted to do.

We had a great day at Universal. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Attractions were fun and there was so many choices for food. Bathrooms were clean. We lucked out and had short lines:)
Annual Parking Pass did not work yet funds deducted from account. Also my 13 year old nephew did not jave ID and was not allowed in the oark because he could not prove that the name on the ticket was his. JUST CRAY CRAY! Employees lack empowerment to make common sense decisions. Park and rides were clean and great otherwise.
Too hot for masks do not want to go back until this whole thing is over

Awesome! Simply awesome! We've been going for years and the attractions have NEVER let us down. The long lines suck but that only exemplifies WHY it's so great and how many others share this opinion. Guess it comes with the territory!
Very great place. Employees all seem to stay in character. Very immersive and well designed. We had allot of fun. Harry Potter is especially great.

Always a fun place for the family. Hate waiting so long for the rides (20-60 minutes, depending on ride and time of day), but love the app which gives you real-time waits to help you decide which ride to head towards. The restaurants are plenty with great variety of menus. All around, a fabulous time!
Other than the overall cost of simple items such as airport transport and rafts for the pool this was a nice resort. Copying off of the traditional theme park style resort. This hotel is themed and the music and decor reflects well. Design of the pools and lazy river could have had better accessibility as it is a far walk to and from rooms to pool, dining, and front desk. Entryways into the pool and hotels are all wheelchair accessible but gates are heavy to hold open. Walking from hotel to Volcano Bay was only a few steps. Food was good average cost was 7.00 for kids meal 10.00 for adult...several kid and adult menu options including vegan and gluten free snacks. Condiment bar is free. Coffee and ice water appeared to be complimentary but you car purchase refillable cup for hotel use only. Gift shop had everything but is pricey. Customer service is second rate to Disney however they were friendly. Lazy river and two pools with a small beach I did not witness any activities happening though. At night options include bowling alley, pool movies and three fire pits with cheap cost for smores. No supervision at the fire pits.

Great Park. Must visit. If you visit after 6, parking is free. Otherwise $25 for general. $35 for premium. Very close to park.
After 4, Express ticket is half price which is around $56.
What can I say. All our favorite movies, rides and attractions. The express passes are something that I highly recommend. At least for one day.
Also using the child swap function made the rides bearable when stuck with a little one that cannot ride. Pricey food and drinks but that is expected when they have you inside.
Great place to go with the family or with a group of friends. Great for all ages.
Enjoyed a fantastic day with my wife and friends, finding Christmas trees to get ornaments and watching the Macy's Parade. Universal is our happy place every month!
Orlando theme parks are exciting places for the whole family to enjoy, relax, learn and spend time together.
This place is expensive, but super awesome. You have to go here at least once in your lifetime. Will be going back. The rides 4D, and feel real. Do try the butter beer at Harry Potter World. It is delicious. I had so much fun.
The whole family had a great time. We were able to visit both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure within a 3 day time span WITHOUT Park-to-Park or Express Pass. We were worried that we would not be able to see the Marvel characters as they are jow owned by Disney but the most popular characters are still at Islands of Adventure. Next time, I will purchase the Express Pass for 1 day at Universal Studios in order to ride the most popular rides and just use the free Virtual Passes on the next day there.
Great experience!! Such an adventure for all ages! If you have the money get the fast passes to skip the lines. I wish I would have spent the extra money on those passes instead of waiting in long lines.
We couldn t have picked a better time to go. Almost no waits. 5 mins for the rock in roller coaster. Clean and inviting. Did I mention no wait times. What a great time to go. It s been about 15 years since I was here. Definitely enjoyed our time. We did a quick overnight getaway. Just the wife and I. I miss jaws!!!
My favorite place in Orlando, whether it's the City Walk or the theme parks. Worth the 2 theme park pass and hop on the Hogwarts Express. If you upgrade to the fast pass you could hit every ride in a day.

We went during a slower day purposefully and also purchased speedy fasty pass whatever things. It was pretty insanely hot and the lack of places to just get a quick drink of water were hard to find which I don't appreciate at all. Outside of that we tried to do all we could to maximize the time there and had a great time, it just sucks feeling forced to buy drinks because of the absence of fountains easily visibel
The experience wasn't worth the expense. The only ride we could get on, after a 40 minute wait, was great but most of the other rides were either broken down or had ridiculous wait times. The hype is not worth the experience. If you decide to valet park, be prepared to pay $55.00 for that experience.
Best Park ever! We love Harry Potter...so we had the best time of our lives. Rides are so incredible, specially the Revenge of the Mummy...and all the Harry Potters rides. We got the Olivanders magic wand and it was super fun as well. It was one of the best experiences we've had! Its all worth it!
Decent looking hotel. Food was too expensive for limited options and you have to catch a boat to the city walk for decent food and much of that is still overpriced but not terrible for the options. If they want to charge that much then at least make the options decent...
Great time. Insanely crowded obviously labor day weekend which was to be expected. first time back in 15 years some of the lines are odd Don't bring a bag unless you want to have to stop at a locker every time you go to a semi big ride. But I will be going back I do like the park and those small details are not a big problem for me it's a little taxing but all in all it's an awesome park with killer rides and a lot of fun.
We went to Halloween Horror Nights. I dont scare easily but houses were well done. Women/girls were scared easily. Only drawback was very long lines. That might have been due to night we went but unlikely. Went a few years ago with 20 min waits if I recall. 2 hour waits this year?? Wow, that's why we skipped half the houses. Tip: near closing, look at wait times...they plummet near 1 to 1:30 am. One was 10 min. At 1:50am.

Love it. Cannot say enough good about universal. 2nd time visiting and wont be the last. Went this time for my honeymoon and my wife and i loved it. Whether staying on site or at a partner hotel. Would recommend any looking or thinking about going to universal to go. Fun for the entire family, from kids to kids at heart.
Awesome view and great atmosphere. It can get windy, would bring a jacket if there's colder weather forecast. Drink prices are above average.
Everytime I visit Orlando Florida, I include a Bush Garden Tampa visit. I love this place. A zoo and amusement park all in one.. Very organized and clean park. Always deals on the tickets too..

From the Wizarding World to the retro-90's Marvel visit to the land of comics that appeared in something called a "Newspaper", this has a lot of fun for the whole family. Efficiently run, the staff is all polite happy to help.
Great place to visit with your family!! Great rides and even greater atmosphere. Food & drink prices are high, unless you take the refill cup. Wait times on rides are long, really long and I would suggest your purchase a "Fast pass" ($$$) or something of that nature to help cut wait time in lines substantially.
Best theme park in Orlando,great variety of rides,restaurants,stores and events.Only bad thing is the wait times on some of the rides but it's Orlando what can you do about it right?
Best vacation ever! It wasn't really busy and I enjoyed every attractions multiple times.
Fun, fin, and more fun, for the whole family. But do save up your spending money because you will not be able to resist buying souvenirs and such. Food was good, but could use a bit more variety, healthy variety that us. Protein shakes maybe.

Alot of rides were not open for example fast and furious, Harry potter escape from grinotts It was a lot to keep masks on in the heat, they have staff walking policing the masks. It's through the parking garage ,city walk to the park masks are mandatory. They make you hand sanitize before each ride with some cheap hand cleaner that burns your hands.
