My husband Jose and I went there two weeks ago and were assisted by Andrew Terry he was really nice and answered all our questions my husband told him she wants a 3rd row seating SUV he brought us straight to the Palasade and must I say I fell in love with the captain chairs it has and just all the safety features it has but me being the stubborn one said let s go look at the other two we had in mind and the minutes I sat in another one over at Mazda I was like nope this isn t it for me and my husband agreed we went back looked for Andrew and made the purchase no questions asked he was spot on and they are very nice there very professional if anyone is looking to purchase ask for Andrew he is awesome.

I must say this definitely a different experience than I ve had in the past. I can t say enough about Miguel Resto and his manager for working with me to get this car deal done in record timing. I don t write a lot of reviews, but I had to sit down and take the time to review Universal Hyundai. I am coming from being a long time Toyota customer, but because of a terrible experience with Toyota customer service, I decided to look at Hyundai, because of their good reviews. My experience at Universal Hyundai started with my salesperson, Giovannie Sanchez. What a great guy! He really made the buying experience a fun one. We talked as much baseball as we did cars! But more importantly, Giovannie knows the Hyundai product in and out. These are a lot of choices and lots of technology with Hyundai cars, but Giovannie was able to answer every single one of my questions and eventually lead us to our perfect car. Once we got to the negotiating of the price, our sales manager Ramses, was professional and courteous. I felt that the price we came together on was a fair one for both of us. I never felt rushed or pressured, which is a pleasant change from some other car purchases I ve made over the years. Universal Hyundai has the selection, the knowledgeable and courteous staff and great location that makes them a winner in my book. After visiting several dealerships, I was recommended to go to Universal Hyundai and upon my arrival I was introduced to Nicolas Gomez, he explained to me very well all the features and equipment on the Santa Fe that I originally came in wanting to look at. I tried buying a new Santa Fe at this location but there were to many dealer fees added on to the price. $1645 in total dealer fee which include a $987.50 dealer fee, a $375 license fee. Other fees included lemon law and tire fees. In the end the price cost another $1645 so I left and purchased at another dealer near by that gave me a straight price with zero dealer fees. I saved about $1500 at the other dealership. I hope this information helps if you plan on buying from Universal. The sales staff was nice and helpful so give them 4 stars. 1 star for whomever is adding all the dealer fees.

After looking all over Orlando area, because my wife and I wanted something specific, we happened across Andrew at Central Florida Hyundai.

We had been disappointed with customer service at several places, but not at CFH. We were told from the beginning, what the price was going to be, what was covered, and anything else we asked.

Most places wanted to run a credit check, see what payment you wanted, and see how much they could add to the price. Not here!!!

We were presented a fair price, I said, how about dropping it to this xxxx? Andrew was gone 30 seconds and boom, done. No hour long dance, no argument, no squeezing every penny.

If you want to be treated fairly, see Andrew. He s young, energetic and will do anything he can to help you.

The management staff is top notch also, they made every minute a pleasure. I hate car shopping, it s always a pain in the &$@, but I will come back when it s time to get another one.

Fixed my Hyundai at 01/24/20
Change transition by warranty. After 2 days car wont star engine, after a while it starts and give a lot of issue in board. Hybrid system complutle stops working and car wont move even if you put in drive. After 1 hour it start moving somehow but on the middle of the road it just stops working.
Transmission should be change by warranty, but looks like they just try to fix it and broke all the car.
Be aware when fix your car here by warranty. Waste of time and lose car.

I love my Tucson and Miguel made it real easy. The other dealers didn't even know where their inventory was, but Miguel knew exactly what we wanted and didn't try to force us to get what we didn't need. Make sure you ask for him when at Universal Hyundai.

This was by far the best dealership and car buying experience I ve ever had. I can t say enough about Carlos DeJesus. He was so nice and helpful even when there was a hiccup with my previous lease. Carlos and his manager got it taken care of. The while ream was great. I wish they were in Naples! The entire team made it worth my 3 hour drive!

Everything started out great, we met a wonderful sales person named Nick, he took the time to help us find the car that would best suit our needs. He was very well spoken, knowledgeable and respectful (5 stars to Nick). The dealership in itself was presented nicely. However, the strong arm tactics used by the manager in attempting to close the deal before we were ready, left us feeling soured in the experience and reluctant to return. Did not care for the manager talking badly about his sales person even after we advised he had done everything right and "blaming" him for us not being ready to purchase. In reality, we are just people who take our time in making a major purchase decision.

I had done some online research for a car I wanted and finally decided on a Hyundai. I went through some online programs to find a dealership that would provide me the best deal. I chatted with Diana, with the internet sales, and she was great to talk to. Universal didn't have the color I wanted but she offered for me to come in and check the car out and if I liked it, they would help me find the color. And they did just that. Worst car buying experience. My mother purchased a certified Preowned. The tank was only half FULL. I asked why is it half full? The sales person Luis Narvaez reply; It s the dealerships policy a policy that certified preowned gets half a tank and new gets a full tank? Worst dealership. I should ve went to Sport Mazda that has better service. Horrible dealership. Horrible experience. Crooks.

Friend and helpful folk, usual dealership antics though with the deals and whatnot but thats expected. What knocks off 2 stars though? Seer length of time it takes to get anything done, be it the deal, the car delivery or to be seen for services without a appointment. At least come say hi and tell them they gonna be waiting a hit minute unstead of sitting in entry lane waiting for interaction. Still, ill upgrade to more upon further visits. Overall though, friendly and pleasant folks!.

Would not recommend this dealership to anybody, I had a terrible experience here even on a slow weekday morning. They only care about quantity of sales over quality of sales and it reflects greatly on how the staff/management will treat you during your visit. I took my business to Hyundai of Central FL instead and got a much better deal with much more pleasant and friendly staff.

I felt a little embarrassed the way I was treated. I walk in with a pre-approval from Capital One with a reference number. The sales guy came to my table, did not introduce himself at all. I think his name is Luis because I saw him write it down. The first thing I did was show him the offer one the capital one site and the first thing he said was Is this a joke? I clearly expressed that this was the price on the capital one site from this dealer. He then says we are not honoring this. What kind of game are you trying to play? I ve been in sales for 15 years and I have seen some ridiculous things and this is one of them He said it loud enough for the lady at the other table to hear and she gave me a weird look. So embarrassing. I feel the proper thing to do would ve been to say hey this price seems a little low to be advertised for this vehicle so let me go to double check , but instead he belittled me and insisted that I was trying to cheat the system. He didn t bother to get any information or anything, he just turned me down. I did not argue with him. I just said that I would take my business somewhere else.
I did contact capital one to ask about the price. The price was advertised with all possible rebates that you can get (I feel that is a form of false advertisement) but the principle is how I got treated. I do not recommend this dealership if all sales people are like that.

Did not want to cover A/C repair under warranty. Claimed it was a impact from a rock... And wanted 1k for the repairs... Were the condenser was leaking was clearly from a weld spot not from an impact and were it is leaking it is tucked behind the bumper cover...

And obviously a sales guy called for about 3 days to sale my wife a new vehicle. . .

BTW repairs were done by an ASE certified technician with over 16 years of experience. (Me)

Ill be keeping the old condenser in case they want to point out were the "impact" is...
