I love this theater. Reclining leather seats, great popcorn and awesome picture and sound. I have been there recently to see Star Wars The last Jedi! We watched in 3-D and it was so much fun! Also they have great matinee and senior pricing and the mall and many restaurants are connected or in the mall drive area so you can shop or grab a bite before or after! Enjoy a one on one date or a group of friends or with your honey!

Staff can't keep up with filthy customers. On-line booking doesn't reflect ACTUAL available seating: you may pay for lousy seats in an empty theater, or not go at all because you think that the theater is nearly full. Staff are pretty clueless in helping out.

I was surprised by the incredibly comfortable lounge chairs! Staff were willing and helpful at every corner. Very clean theatre all around. Even though its across town I'll go there again!

Really satisfied with the experience considering I haven't been here in a few years. Seats are reserved now and each chair has a food tray.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were clean. Overall, it's everything I'd really want or need, but nothing to write home about.

Went on a Saturday in June. They only had one window to sell tickets and a line of people not moving. It they don't want to staff the theater properly, I'll go somewhere who does. Avoid at all costs.

I do not understand this trend to install orthopedically-challenged seating (and reserved seating) in theaters. At my latest attempt at this, I was forced to sit the stairs for the final hour of the movie. The first hour I spent trying to find a pain-free way to sit in the recliner and gave up after I started getting numbness down my leg. And reserved seating? It's simply distruptive as late-arriving customers struggle to find their seats and, sometimes, force people out of seats they've reserved. For me, at least, this is a major failure of customer service.

The lower level women's restrooms are the absolute worst movie theater restrooms I've ever seen. I will never go back to this theater after finding all toilet seats loose and broken and I nearly fell to the floor. The 2nd stall had no door. After spending top dollar seeing a movie here, this is what customers get? I'd rather stay home next time and skip seeing anything here! Jan 7, 2018

Love this place but earlier today, no one was at the ticket booth so we had to use the machine but it was taking too long and some people needed help using it and no one can assist.

The bathrooms are really nasty in this movie theater. also I think it s so unprofessional when the closing manager for the movies is playing on their phones or talking on their phone while waiting for people to walk through the gate to shut it from the mall. No greetings or anything. Never again..

~30 seats total per theater. Off peak hours ensure an enjoyable watching experience due to uncrowded theaters. Reclining seats are a bonus.
Order online ahead of time to ensure you get seating in the center of the theater which has the best sound imaging.

This is the worst movie theater in Albuquerque in my opinion. The theaters are all later out so weird. It doesn't even feel like I'm at a theater. I also don't care for the snack bar situation. I'd rather make the drive to Century Rio 24 any day of the week.

Beautiful place and comfortable, but they seriously need to hire more people. We bought a large popcorn with refill for my family Of four and I missed a half hour of the movie waiting to refill it. Kid told me I had to wait in line to get it refilled. There were at least 20 people each in two separate lines with two kids working the counter and no one to help. I know they work hard, but the smirk on the kid s face as he was yelling for me to get in line was enough to piss me off.

Found some paper towel in my popcorn (presumably from when it was being wiped last), which was a nasty surprise after we saved up so long to come here. Luckily I wasn't so immersed in the movie so I felt it before putting it my mouth.
