Staff doesn't really care that you're there. New seats are nice. Not cleaned we'll between showings. (had to clean trash from my reserved seat)

Comfy chairs, nice service, a good place to come watch a movie in ABQ.

Me and my boyfriend came here and we love it here don't get me wrong but the manager was so rude to my boyfriend who is a complete sweet heart you have to do something really mean to my boyfriend to tick him off . The manager was so rude and sarcastic to him it made me kinda sad since this theater is a child hood theater to me . I didn't come down and yell but I did notify another manager . Then our second time here at the theater this girl at the snack area told me they had shut down the fryer ? But I seen her deleiver food to this young lady sitting next to us I went back thinking maybe they turned it back on and her and some girl just stayed starring at each other when I asked if I could have the chicken strips and they said they couldn't make it !? So disappointed in the rude customer service here

The movie was great, the popcorn was amazing, and the new seats were spontaneous. Keep up the great job guys!

The theatre was comfortable and good quality image and sound. The staff was luke warm at best. Not on the ball at concession. Made numerous errors in preparing our two orders. Didn t take responsibility for those errors. The theatre was very quiet, so there was plenty of opportunity for someone to take charge of things.

Clean and comfortable, going to the movies is a great time...no more gumby sitting behind kicking my seat or putting them on the vacant seat next to me.

Our first visit and it was pretty good. We came to watch the Secret Life of Pets 2. My kiddos loved the reclining seats and the pizza. My only complaint was that we didn't receive our bucket of popcorn at the register and had to ask one of the other employees for it when she gave us our pizza.
Restrooms were clean and kiddos weren't too noisy during the movie. :)

the lion king was awesome but drink nd candy too expensive.. ..handicapped seats too expensive should b cheaper if not enough seats available....

Truely original experience at the movies today, movie start an hour late due to "technical" issues. I have never had to wait so long while hearing snoring from tired and bored customers.

Not much interaction with staff, but it was professional

They have the recliners. Not all the movie theaters in town do. It s location is apart of the mall. I usually take a throw blanket in with me sometimes it can be cold!

I love that they do the TCM Classics once a month, here. Disappointed that the Wizard of Oz was sold out. I guess that shows that the secret is out, and these classic movies are catching on. Is it possible that people are getting nostalgic? Are they yearning for the good ole days, for more innocent, simpler times?

Popcorn was good, reclining chairs awesome, but a little chilly. Maybe a sweater or sweat shirt would be good.

Great date night for the wife and I. Love those chairs!

I like the fact that it's two floors and does have 3D movies as well Went on a Friday night and had a real good experience.The staff were nice and helpful and friendly as well.Quick service and plenty of room were also nice and the theatre was clean and taken care of,nice approach.I would have no problem going back again to see another film.

Poor air conditioning, RUDE staff.

It was a hot summer afternoon. We decided to go to the movies to stay cool. Bought tickets three and a half hours early as it was the opening weekend for Finding Dory. While the theater has been nicely renovated with reclining seats and tray tables, we literally sweated through the film. Afterwards we asked one of the ticket takers to summon a manager to talk about the situation. The manager came and said that, since there were 8.5x11 pieces of paper posted stating that the a/c was underperforming there was nothing he could do. If those signs were posted when we bought the tickets, he didn't see them among the blizzard of other 8.5x11 pieces of paper announcing that early screenings had sold out. If we had seen them, we wouldn't have purchased tickets -- our motivation was cool air.

But here's the thing. While the manager was being summoned, one of the employees around the ticket stand sneers something about "the old fat guy" who wants to see the manager. My daughter overheard these remarks.

This is completely unacceptable customer service on the heels of an unsatisfactory movie experience. My advice -- go ANYWHERE but here to catch a movie!

The lobby is older and pretty dated. Sometimes it's clean, sometimes it's on the messy side of things. It is always dark. They have made some solid improvements where it counts though. They have stadium seating with tons of leg room and the seats can recline. The lobby is a let down in comparison to the theaters.

Had part of the end of Avengers: Infinity War spoiled by employees that were talking too loud. ( I was seeing it Thursday night on its release weekend. )

Wondering if they ever removed or covered the stainless steel panel on the men's restroom wall that reflected as a mirror to the lobby. The last time I was there I told the manager that you can stand out in the lobby and see people at the urinals, but he wasn't too concerned that everyone including children could be exposed to male private parts and watch people using the restroom, due to the lack of privacy. If it were the female side, I bet it would be a different concern.....LAW SUIT!!! Imagine how I felt in there and looked at the wall and saw people looking at me. Haven't gone back since.

The neon lights where really cool. I liked the retro vibes.

It's a nice Theater and has changed quite a bit from the last time I was there, way much more better!!

Assigned seats when you buy your tickets was weird, but they are huge individual recliners, which really make it comfortable and relaxing to see a movie, will definitely be going to the movies more often knowing how nice this theatre was

Really great movie theater. Very comfortable chairs. Didn't really like the popcorn, but I haven't liked the popcorn anywhere that I've tried it in the US...

Not a first pick for places to go see a movie, but it's a backup option.

Make up your mind on a name. We missed half of Aquaman trying to find UA Artists Cottonwood only to find out the GPS was directing us to the Regal inside the mall.

Love it. The only bad thing is that the lines to the concession are ridiculously long. They need more registers open.

Jeffery is a terrible person which is the manager and game rude comments to me an the family very disgusted on him as a person

Seats are not recommended for 3 hour movie however they are comfortable for an hour and a half movie

Long lines in the theater now auditorium 5 Dr strange no sound at all the natives are growing restlesss! No actual number to this place online. If they had a phone to call and tell of such issues this would be a better review.

We were in the small theater under the escalator and viewed Rocketman. Very comfortable and intimate setting. The seats fully recline. The screen size and sound levels were just right. Temperature was just right. We were very impressed.

The last few times I've gone to see a movie there, the lines were so long, the service was slow and they didn't have enough staff to assist customers with buying their snacks. I waited so long I finally had to give up and leave the line because my movie was starting.

Clean and saw Creed 11. Excellent movie and job well done. They were busy!!

All movie theaters are pricey but at least here your get roomy reclining reserved seats.

This is our favorite theater! Select seating, reclining, great choices at concession. The employees there are always polite and it's usually pretty clean.

Always clean and the staff is always nice. Also, the new seating is fantastic!

I like the convenience of this movie theater. The actual theater we were in was small but had really comfortable seats that leaned back and had small tables for your snacks. The bathrooms were not clean and very gross. The concession worker was really rude and impatient. However, the popcorn was fresh and so delicious. The nachos was very good and the jalapenos were good, too.

Always a great theatre the new seats and renovations they did made it even more Comfy and relaxing

2 stars, only because it's not that clean. Either where u watch the movie or in the bathroom. A few of the employees (3) used to be (5), keep asking to check my bag when they have not checked the other people before me. When I'm sitting watching the previews the scan looking around, and come straight to me and ask can I see your ticket... (-_-) not sure if it's a race thing but it would be nice if, "could u not!"

I ve noticed this time and in the past that Google maps doesn t quite take me to the right place. But since I m close, I know where it is anyway. I love Google maps!

Great place for a movie. Line a bit long for concessions as there were only a couple people working. Otherwise great

I love the recliner seats! It is only a bus ride away from my school's campus! Very convenient!

Theater experience very poor, Me and my family went to go see the movie "It comes at night" at the end just before the credits ended one of the ushers started cleaning right next to me before i got all my belongings together. It was very rude and disrespectful what happened to customer service? The kid said his name was Bruce i said "aren't you supposed to wait til the customers left?" He then argued with me saying "that once the credits are over he can clean." Did someone train him wrong?
I went to speak to a manager and told him what happened and all he said was "Okay" and walked away. No apologies or anything

The seats are great - no one kicking the back of your chair, and plenty of space to walk in between if need be. I have to sit more towards the back, otherwise my neck gets a kink, but that's just me. Plenty of people prefer the front of the theater! Reserved is awesome! The popcorn is fresh and the staff working the concessions have always been fast, efficient and friendly/professional. Sometimes though, the seats/trays in the theater can be so gross. If they're not terrible it doesn't bother me because I know it's gotta be harder to clean this kind of setup. That would also be avoided if people weren't slobs and cleaned up after themselves.
All in all, I prefer this theater!

The bathrooms were disgusting. I did notify the manager and he claimed they are hard to keep clean because outsiders come in and use them. Just an excuse for lazy employees, but when you have a manager who doesn't really care you can't expect much.
When I entered the movie theater number 6 , row 2 seats 8 & 9 (assigned seats) there was popcorn on the seats, floor and the "table" was sticky and dirty with a dirty napkin in the cup holder. I don't think it is asking much for a clean theater when we enter to watch a movie.
One star for dirty bathroom, dirty theater, lazy employees and a lazy manager that needs to learn to manage.
I will say the people working the concession stand were very friendly. Good popcorn too!

The theater is clean, the staff friendly and the quality of the viewing area is great!
