I took my daughter and her Bestie and both of there seats were broken. So since you pick your Seats we couldn't just move. That's the only reason we wanted to gi to Cottonwood was for the reclining chais...

The screen skipped multiple times during the movie. Seats are comfortable.

Didn't know you have to purchase tickets on line now to get a seat

This was our first time to the theater in a couple of years, very impressed with the facility clean and comfortable loved the reclining seats, staff was excellent...this is our new favorite theater

Assigned seating is becoming the norm in Albuquerque but Cottonwood was the first. Nice comfortable reclining seats and the seats and theaters are clean. The 3D shows look and sound great.

As a staff member here, I wouldnt want to be anywhere else, the movies are great, and the people are great, and the food is always fresh. The theater is always maintained, and mostly sometimes organized. But other than that, its a great place to work and be :D

I don't understand way we need the airconditioner in the middle of December. Even though I asked twice to turn the air conditioner off it was never done. I want comfortable

good movie theater...you select your seats when you buy tickets. and after or before movie or in between movie marathons you can hang out at the mall cause its a few steps from the concession stands.

Comfortable clean theater! Herman the manager was very helpful even though they were busy he provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

There is so much space and the reclining seats are really comfortable. Movie theaters can get claustrophobic... not this one.

Really happy that they changed to reclining seats! Unfortunately it seems like they forgot about the bathrooms. They are small, don't work as they should, and somewhat unkept.

If I could leave a zero I would the customer service at this theater is a complete joke after waiting 25 minutes to be told they didn t have what I ordered and then after arguing about an exchange with the managers!! I misplaced my ticket. After talking with the managers that saw me buy the ticket advised me that I was not able to be let in. Worst experience ever thanks for nothing I will always make sure to advise people to go to another place, that way our personal time and money isn t wasted!!!!

The volume was so loud, I almost left. I ended up stuffing napkins in my ears for two hours. So uncomfortable!!!!! Horrible sound! Outrageous! Unacceptable!

Sadly, it is never crowded -- the Curse of being in a brick & mortar mall. But it is well-managed, acceptably clean, and we like the new lounge seating.

Purchase tickets online thinking we could wait a little longer because our seats were reserved. When we get there couldn't connect our phone to the little scanner because there was no Wi-Fi. Took about 8 minutes. Blah a course we were late . No more buying tickets online just going to have to wait in line if we want to be on time so much for calling ahead

The staff were very nice, and we were able to relax in the reclining chairs while watching the movie. Favorite cinema by far

We usually really like this place but not today... the employees and supervisor were more interested about complaining that they dont get OT working today than they were in helping me. I even had to reach around the counter and remove my soda from the soda machine myself. UGH!!

Very good. The staff is nice, but some of them are very rude. Went here to see TMNT with my family and we had an excellent time. The seating was good, place was clean and the picture was great. Sound was low and muffled thought, but it's a great theater.

Favorite. The electric lounge chairs are amazing. Be careful, it's very easy to fall asleep while watching a movie.

Movie was great but two of our seats were not functioning. Wouldnt recline at all. Notified front.

Comfortable reclining chairs. My friend had the close captioning glasses and they were amazing. Will definitely be going back.

Love going to this movie theater with my Grandchildren. You can get assigned seats and they have recliners. Very comfortable for everyone.

Good movie spot. Johnny rockets right next door so you can eat and watch a movie. Movie selection is decent but the line for the concession stand is bananas. Waited 20 minutes to get a bag of popcorn.

Seats are awesome if you choose the right theatre, like always concession is expensive with little discount on the combos.

The staff here are a little rude and could be nicer. Good luck your fandango card. You must use it online. The seats have been renovated and it is an enjoyable movie watching experience. Get here early to claim good available seats. Prices are high be sure not to forget your wallet. Can not bring outside food or drink . The seats do recline.

Bad customer service. Some rude managers and ticket salespersons. Jessica unprofessionally mocked the paying customers to another employee named Mark. Solomon the manager listened to the issue.

Recliner seats are so comfy. Screens are great. Sound is very good. Has been updated and is hugely impressive. Popcorn always fresh. Just don't ever ask for a paper receipt.

Filthy, air conditioning not working, dead 3 inch cockroaches by entrance, urine all over toilets and seats have not been wiped in ages. Lines for concessions were slow. Management needs to retrain employees on cleanliness and prompt service. Worst movie experience ever. Will never go back.

Great electric reclining seats, most comfortable I've been watching a movie outside my own home.

I watched Jojo rabbit and the theater was clean. And well cept. The screen was a bit too small though.

The staff are rude and I will be sticking to Premiere Cinemas in Rio Rancho. We went to a matinee showing and the one taking the tickets didn't ask anyone else in line to open their bags but because we didn't have their over priced popcorn he made me open each compartment and pull things out. We ate before the show because i don't believe in eating while watching tv. He was so rude about it and this will be the last time we come here.

Good theater. The seats recline but last few times they dont clean between shows. Swivel tops had sticky drink stains, cup holders full of gunk and trash.

I really enjoy taking my kids to this theater. The seats here are comfortable, and with their many screens, my kids can find something they agree on to watch and make for a great afternoon out. Plus the the snacks and not too overly priced and we enjoy it so much there that, if something else good is playing, we can afford to stay for another movie.

Recliners with mini tables are nice. Seats could be a bit more comfortable. Food selection isnt the best but decent.

It is what a Cinemaplex must be. As it's my nearest, it gets the job done for me quite often.

Reclining seats, purchasable and reservable online work for me.

First run movies, movie food, (mostly) clean restrooms: it's got what you need.

They keep the theater clean. Only wish they opened more lines at the concession

The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the concessions. The popcorn was not good. The should supply butter stations.

Overall it's ok but for some reason the sound was turned up way TOO LOUD! My son was complaining it hurt his ears.

I like the food they offer and I love the recliners too.

I love the seating but of course movie theater concessions are expensive so that always needs to be taken into consideration.

Everything's for kids, how about older generation, too.

Pro's:
--Seats recline! That was neat and comfy but only in the reclined position (see below).

Con's:
--When seats are upright, they force your head forward in an uncomfortable position almost requiring you to be reclined.
--Sound was so loud I'm surprised my ears didn't bleed. With my ears plugged, I was able to hear the movie at a normal level.
--Place is gross, do they bother cleaning up after every movie? Spilled drink/food everywhere, old stains, etc.
--Drinks/food overpriced (although this is a common scene in every theater). Food tasted gross, drink tasted normal. Took about 10 minutes after paying for them to get me the food (ultra slow service).

Lastly, not a thing against the theater itself, but the route to get to the theater and parking is a cluster. Layout for that area is horrible.

Avoid this theater. There are far better options available everywhere else.

Had an emergency didn't get to use my pre-bought tickets. Management graciously provided passes for future use.

Theater is nice. But if your here for the popcorn go somewhere else. I dont know if they had an off day but it was not good at all. Also prices are more expensive than other theaters in town

New reclining seats and smaller crowds make this a very enjoyable theater. If you're going to pay 10+ dollars for a ticket, you might as well go here. Friendly staff and clean quiet theaters.

got to pick reclining lounger seats for Mama Mia 2 and really enjoyed the experience. The only thing negative was the person taking our tickets seemed to be in his own world, and seemed disillusioned by his job.

Great seats . Especially if you go Monday - Friday before 4:00 .

It's a good theater with reclining seats. Popcorn was stale unfortunately.

Decent movie theater in a convenient location. Only downside is that the concession lines any time that I go here tend to be very long and move slow. If you are getting a refill, there should be signage directing you to a certain area. The only way that you know there is a quicker way to get a refill is if someone in line is kind enough to tell you.

Could be nicer. The seats are newer, but that s all that appeared any different from the last time I was here several years ago.

Upgraded the seats relatively recently which was nice, otherwise would have rated a 3 star.

I ve always been alright with this place in the past. But lately it s gone downhill. The theaters are dirty and the screens glitch out during the beginning. Nothing is changing.
