It's definitely not the quality type of theater I remember it being. It has been a long while since I'd seen a movie at a theater. The fact I can get my tickets on line, not that big of deal. The lack of customer service and the poor quality of the popcorn made for unpleasant trip to that theater.

This is a good little theater to go to if you are not seeing anything in the IMAX. They have a great location and the theater is well equipped. They have the new recliner seats and a brand new arcade that is very fun with lots of cool games. Its not the best theater in the world but it does the job when you want to go see a movie on the North side of ABQ.

Went to a late night show, you could tell that the employees were tired however they still gave great service and the food was hot and fresh, their cheese burgers are honestly amazing and the fries were hot and crispy!

Shut the front door!! The seating upgrade is very nice and comfy. Especially for those of us who have back issues, the seating is not cramped up anymore and plenty of space to kick back in the new power recliners. The food is ok and the cheeseburger with fries is a great pick if you want good food here. Very impressed with all the changes since i was here last.

Love the big seats and some theaters have an intimate setting! with only a few chairs and a big screen just for the few chairs.. Super nice. The only down side, and this is the major thing is the concession stand takes FOREVER!! I once stood in line for 40 min! I first thought, "Oh well will miss the trailers, ok now the beginning of the film" wow.. Its gets super irritating and for no reason. One person is checking out then that same person gets all your food, one at a time.. so slow! They once spent 15 min trying to put the nacho cheese in the slot and finally just told the customer they couldn't get it done. That guy was so upset and just said forget it. I let the manager know and he was quick to fix it but i always lean away from here purely for the concession stand. Just a bummer. Also no service in the bottom theaters, have to leave practically to outside. Other than that nice theaters is the only plus!

Star port has redecorated and switched out their chairs. Although as expensive as always I was able to recline, had plenty of space and no one to block my view. Loved it. May go to the movies more! Great experience.

Great reserved seating with nice recliners. 2D experience is preferred as they had the projectors out of focus, not aligned and it caused massive headaches, because of your brains attempts to focus the picture, been to plenty of other theatres 3D showings and had no such issues. However the 2D experience is great and not mind melting.

Theater lobby was so crowded! All of the ladies rooms were disgusting. Out of TP in all but 1 stall. Large drink portions were great. Also, wouldn't let me choose a seat that had an empty seat in either the left or right...

New seating was installed throughout the theatre. I could not sit through the movie as the seat was so uncomfortable as to be painful. The back doesn't recline until your feet are level with your waist. If you don't want your feet that high you are forced to sit bolt upright with your legs straight out. The arm rests are uncomfortably high causing your arms to go sleep at that angle. Neither my husband nor I will back for another movie. I had to leave my seat and stand in the aisle during the final 30 minutes of the movie. It is unfortunate that you didn't test this seat design before installing it throughout.

Best for comfort by far...every theatre is expensive, and at $24+ for two tixs, it's no different. Great selection of munchies and actual meals, but again, try not to go and think "frugal". Current offer for $23/month for unlimited movies is a complete deal!

Pick and choose your seats. Grab some popcorn and a drink, find your seats, sit back and enjoy the movie. The seats are adjustable. Like every other movie theatre in the country, snacks are a bit pricey.

Had to pay for a 3D movie showing even though it wasn't advertised as one online when we checked showings. The line to have the tickets checked was extremely long and moved very slowly. New chairs are nice but allow for much fewer people per theater. The only available seats together for our family was in the very front and we showed up 30 min early. Not impressed.

Comfortable, clean theatre, plenty of room. One of the bathrooms was out of order after several movies let out , otherwise a 5 star, if they could get it all working . This is a regular place for us, located in the mall. We will be back without doubt.

Really enjoy this theatre and enjoy the assigned seats. I was so tired of getting the back of my seat kicked, now it's so comfortable. I didn't give this 5 stars because of a ticket cashier's bad attitude. I don't get it, you get paid to sit and sell tickets. If you don't appreciate your job, quit!

I don't like this theater. The seats are always uncomfortable. The head rest has you bend you head forward. The people at the countercare obnoxious. They sell assigned seats. I trued ti get handicapped seats because my wife and mother are disabled. They sold us two, so i could not dit next to them. Then they sokd two other handicapped seats to people after us who were not disabled. These people sat in the chairs we could have had, and my aged mother in law had to leave her wheel chair and climb stairs to have seat. Both she and my wife were miserable. We don't go there anymore.
