By far the worst pizza I've eaten in New York! The taste of the pizza there is definitely not worth the money. In winter, an extremely cold breeze moves through the pizzeria as soon as someone opens the door (as if you were eating the pizza outside on the street). The staff was nice and that's the only good thing about this shop. We personally will not visit this pizzeria again or recommend anyone!

Well first off , let s start off by saying this place is owned by an Albanian SO it has to BE GOOD. Was it good ?! ABSOLUTELY. The service was excellent. The food was delicious && the restaurant was very clean. . We got the calamari and 2 pizzas.

Tis a nice and cozy place with great fast service. All of the food was incredible and they even make gluten free pizza which Talia rated a 6 or 7 on her scale of gluten free pizza. This in comparison with the scale ranks 1 point higher then Domino's gluten free pizza. There is a large selection of snapple and wine as well as some soda options. I cant much touch on the quality of the wine, but I can confirm the snapple was exceptional. I recommend this place to anybody who likes good food, good mousse, and great pizza, gluten free or otherwise.

Solid late-night pizza joint with friendly staff. The Sicilian dough is particularly good, if you're looking for a change from the classic NY style slice. The salads don't shine as much as the pizza, but let's be honest, we're you really looking for anything but pizza at 2am?

Next to our hotel, small and unpretentious place but with great pizzas. Good cover, great sauce and big apple type size. The price is very honest and the service is very friendly. Whole pizza or individual piece.

The pizza was good but, for being an authentic Italian pizzeria... I make much better sauce than what was on my ziti... taught by great grandma from Sicily! The young girl that was serving NEEDS retraining! I finished all my pasta before I had to get up and ask the cook for my slice I never got!
WON'T be going back... EVER!

Nice

I wasn't going to write this but she hung up on me when I called. I looked on the website and there are no beads of clear liquid on the photographed pizza, there were on my slice it was flavorless. Also their delivery guy and two customers harrassed me every time they passed by so I was harrassed continuously.

I went with my family and we loved the Pizzas, good service and very fast. We ordered pieces of Pepperoni, Buffalo Chicken and a vegetarian pizza, everything was delicious. We could not salads or anything other than extra sodas. For a fast, quiet, economical and rich meal, it is a good place. Very close to The Roosevelt Hotel which was the place where we stayed.
Highly recommended

I ordered $80 worth of food from them to my hotel while I was visiting New York... It included 3 desserts worth $10.50. They called to say that one of the three deserts was out of stock and asked if I'd like something else. I said no, and then they said "wait, it just came" and hung up. The food came, they handed me the bags, and they left. Then I notices that instead of the $10.50 worth of desserts, they had put in 3 cookies that they claim are worth $2 each. First of all, $6 worth of stuff doesn't replace $10.50 worth of stuff. And secondly, we didn't want chocolate chip cookies! I called slice, who called the pizza place and connected us. The pizza place said that they were out of the cake and just forgot the other two. I said I don't want the cookies, they can issue a refund or bring me what I paid for. They said they would come back to pick up the cookies and then issue a refund. Well they didn't come back or issue the refund. Two days later, I left the cookies in the hotel as I checked out, and I filed a complaint with my credit card. This company is crooked and petty. They think they can just cheat people and get away with it! If they fight with me over the credit card refund, I'll copy this review to every site out there.

The service was very poor. While we were seated, we were given an attitude because we forgot to put our outside drinks in our backpacks. The service behind the counter was sub-par and seemed confused when we tried to order food. As we were eating, parties were seated based on the size of the party and the convenience of the restaurant, rather than by the usual first come first serve method. Overall, it was a very strange restaurant with average pizza.

I had never tried the New York pizza until I ordered here to take it: either my palate is very exquisite and demanding or just pizza is not a strong American culture, as one sees everywhere. The caprese pizza was not such, it seemed more a rejunte of ingredients than anything else. While the size of the pizza is huge and that may be a must for most, when I asked the seller for advice, she suggested that I bring a whole pizza for two people and ended up being almost half full, when the most convenient thing would have been That he recommended me to take loose portions and not a whole pizza. The setting is nice, but when I bought to go I was more thinking about the quality of the pizza, which ended up disappointing me, as much as the saleswoman.

This was the first place we ate on our first trip to New York and we were not disappointed! I got the lasagna pizza and my husband got the meat lovers. It was absolutely delicious! The only downside is they serve canned sodas but that s not enough to keep us away. We will definitely be back if we ever come back to New York!
