Uncle Paul s was a blind choice I made at the last minute since I was in the mood for pizza. Boy am I glad I did! The Uncle Paul s salad was outstanding. Red roasted peppers and fresh mozzarella was fantastic. And the Buffalo Chicken Pizza was awesome! I would definitely recommend this place for any family.

New location just opened up to my girlfriends apartment on 13 st East village, was greeted with friendly service. When told they didn t have credit card set up he gave me the slices for free. Great slices loved the sauce and flavor of the pizza.

Came here New Years and enjoyed the food. Came back a month later and service was spectacular and food was amazing. I couldn't eat more than two Alice's unfortunately but I'd definitely come back to try more.

Went around 10 PM on Christmas Eve. Pros: they were open at 10 PM on Christmas Eve, got a table quickly, array of beers on tap, effective wait staff. Cons: small pepperoni pizza was just average. Large looked better but we just weren't hungry enough to order it.

Placed an order online for a corporate team lunch for 12 pm only to be told at 11:45 that they can t deliver. I gave them another try and called for another team lunch at 10 AM for a 12 PM delivery to once again be denied service. This place has lost my business. Don t bother ordering.

Food is good but had a bad experience with a staff. Came for first time to order a pizza and didn t know that they will do service. I ordered myself and also gave 12% tip. When he delivering the pizza the staff told me that I am not suppose to sit and eat their. Hospitality sucks.

Don't try to eat at Uncle Paul's while brown. In fact, don't even try to order, you'll just be completely ignored for 20 minutes while white customers are served menus with a smile. These customers were served immediately, almost as soon as they entered. We were told a couple times by the cooks to wait for the waitress to approach us, but all she did was take some cheese from our table to give to another patron. Not even a greeting. As if we weren't even there.

We were a group of three: my sister, my boyfriend, and myself. We were respectful, we were quiet, we waited more patiently than most New Yorkers would have. And perhaps we should have been more direct and demanded service. But by the time we realized what was happening, we for sure didn't want to spend our money at a place that was desperately trying to get us to leave.

Also, the bathroom had poorly cleaned up vomit spread all over the floor. Absolutely deplorable. Sticky, smelly, revolting.

Cool little place with a great pizzeria feel...the problem is the pizza was not at all good. Im from New Hampshire and am surprised to say NH pizza blows this away. The place holds about 20 people and quickly got packed which seemed promising while i waited for my pizza. Very bland pizza.

Very friendly staff, limited and pricey choices. Busy and buzzy but overly hurried. We were given starters at the same time as the main, and then the bill without being asked if we wanted desert. All a bit 'dry'.

Recently discovered Uncle Paul's from a recommendation from a local police officer. If you want New York Pizza, this is the place for you. You can order to go or sit down and be waited on. We've done both. We go EVERY time we are in the city. My sons face says it all!

The price and the atmosphere is very good. Something casual but cozy. But if you're a Korean reviewer below, you've definitely never been to Cheongdam-dong.

Very good atmosphere and taste, compared to the price. Casual but cozy, nice!

Average Pizza, Friendly service. They are famous for their Mariana sauce ... but I'm not sure what the hype really is about this place.

They have a good selection of pizza's but nothing out of the ordinary.

Located by the Roosevelt hotel and walking distance from Grand Central station.

No instructions to seating, sat down and waitress told us for slices we needed to order at counter. Went to counter and crew was overwhelmed but finally took our order. Pizza was good and hot seemed like fresh baked yet pull out of the case and heated. $20 for 2-8oz cokes and 3 slices. Next to Grand Central Station it was easy to get too. If service was a little better I would have given it 5 stars. I ll try again.

I ordered the asian wings and fries and buffalo wings for my manager the order for my manager was o.k. I order here all the time
WHAT HAPPENED? The fries was disrespectfully soggy drenched in oil and the asian wings were not cooked properly. I picked up my order around 2:20pm a complete waste of money!! 9/19/17

I asked them to make chicken wings the drums only and he s like we can t do that. I was like all you have to do just pick up the drums instead of legs. He said hold on and couple seconds later he hung up. I called back and he s like yeah we re very busy and we can t do the drums. Uncle Paul you were there today if you see this please make sure your employees do what they get paid for.

Besides the miserable people behind the counter . Pizza is incredible . Best slice is the grandfather slice . The buffalo chicken slice then the pepperoni. Other than that the staff needs to smile and realize it's just pizza.

Classiest counter-service place I've been to, with marble walls and good wine selection. The food is just as classy and delicious. Tried the Chicken Chipotle Pizza and Lasagna Pizza, and both were excellent.

Pizza and food here is delicious, kind of expensive but it's Midtown Manhattan, it's kind of expected. This place has self seating or waiter service, staff is very nice and friendly. I would recommend this place.

Was terribly disappointed with the experience. Given all the great reviews, I was shocked with the quality of the pizza I received. The restaurant is much like a Sbarros where they keep pizzas out to reheat when you order it by the slice.

Ordered two different slices to try. Honestly, with the money I spent on the two slices, I could have ordered a large from Pizza Hut and had a better tasting pizza.
