There good as they are ripping off parking companies, they will take motorist to court for parking companies win or lose they dont care and charge the parking company. They couldnt care less as they get paid either way!!! Genius!!!

Scum, pure and simple. Let parking companies use their letterhead to attempt to mislead you into paying extortionate fines for parking.

I paid my fine in full and 6 months later they asking me to pay again for the exact same fine!

I will get a solicitor to lodge a complaint against thes crooks.

Terrible solicitors, reported them to the solicitors regulation authority for not doing things the correct way. They only seem to specialise in dealing with private parking tickets. I urge any one to fight their ticket if you have been ticketed unfairly! I won it court few weeks ago against link parking and Gladstones and claimed costs back. Gladstones did not even pay me by the time the judge ordered. I have to send an email threatening to start the process of enforcing the judgement, only then did they pull their finger out and send the cheque. There is no communication with them, they are an absolute joke! Please do not just give in and pay to these people, please seek advice before paying and before appealing.

I Have been sent a letter off these idiots. They have provided no proof of evidence from a fine issued over 2 years ago which wasn t valid. After hearing so many people being taken to court I very worried. I am also in the military and only just got a letter today to find it dated a month previous which states that legal proceedings are going to be taken. What do I do. They have no direct contact number or email to ask for proof?

Awful company, have contacted 8 times since January 2018 now June 2018 trying to get a response without so much as an acknowledgement. Everytime it will take 28 days, if you call they can only email the department you have already e-mailed. Absolutely useless and unhelpful. Terrible operation. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Got issues a CCJ on their behalf, which I only found out when I looked at my credit report.... done some digging and found out they were sending letters to my old address which I hadn t lived at for 10 months. Still had to make full payment More

I feel nothing but pity for them, truly. To spend your life pilfering from honest tax paying contributors to society as a grubby little bottom feeding parasite. If they bully you with court claim, defend it. They always lose. The judge sees through their tricks. Don't pay them a penny.

Awful. I paid a ticket which I rightly had to pay as it was my fault. 5 weeks later after I paid in full they are perusing me AGAIN FOR THE SAME TICKET I ALREADY PAID IN FULL. I now have a CCJ.

No phone numbers to contact them, when I phone the general number the second they realise I'm not looking for legal assistance for my self they don't want to know. This is disgusting. These so called 'Solicitors' make their money through privately run car parks that have poor signage, are ill maintained and by issuing dubious parking fines. Obviously they can't be very good solicitors if they're having to make money this way so would not do business with them.

got a letter for a carpark ive never heard of and I dont have any unpaid tickets, there website crashes when you register and nothing other than a payment line, anyone know how to contat them

Just starting to fight these clown's now, along with their Client UK Car Parking Management who keep issuing their tickets to us in a bay that's on the lease and deed to the property with exclusive rights and no restrictions. Should be a fun day out in court judging by the reviews and comments on here.

Went to court today & WON, clamed by the cowboy outfit Gladstone Solicitors the our car was parked illegally, our car was cloned & we sent them proof (we have a black box to prove it) & they still bulled us, once in court, the silly sod from gladstones said, we are going to drop the PCN, but they want us to pay court cost,,, lol

Lacking professionalism - working for parking enforcement companies who threaten with legal action if you don't pay their over inflated costs. Tried to contact them via email over the last four months, got no response, they plough through with letters ignoring all your correspondence. Very poor.

Wouldn t even give them one star. They said they put my account on hold for a parking fine I believe I shouldn t of had. So they asked me to send all the reasons why I shouldn t pay in an email, place the account on hold until the parking firm had an answer.

I work for the NHS, they have been hounding me mercilessly for 160 pounds when there was no clear signage. We are not made of money and neither does parking for 30 minutes on a patch of road equal 160 pounds worth of compensation. Get a grip, people are dying and you are making the lives of those trying to help them even harder by what you are doing.

Most definitely my one star would actually be way down in the minuses if that facility existed.

One of our engineers received a parking charge notice for overstaying the' time limit' by 33 mins.

When I looked on line, I discovered there was no parking time limit for the area in which he'd parked - the only stipulation being that he had to be a customer of the retailer, which he was. The pictures sent were almost completely black and totally illegible. I wrote to the Car Park company, disputing the charge and included all the details of why we were appealing and also screen shots of the parking notices in the area and beyond (the area beyond allowed 4 hours free parking - he had stayed just over two hours) Nothing received back, no acknowledgement or anything.

A few months later Gladstones sent us a letter. We sent a copy of the letter sent to the car park company originally and said we disputed the charge.

Nothing.

We then received a letter before claim last month and court papers last week.

We reluctantly paid the "fine +charges" today as we did not want our company name bought into disrepute.

And that good people is what this scam is all about. Worrying honest people that they will get dragged through the courts and end up with a CCJ.

We feel absolutely incensed about the whole scam - which it blatantly is. Apparently the solicitors and car parking company are in cahoots, and I'm sure that must pose a conflict of interest somewhere down the line, or in the very least is an unethical way to conduct business.

Who am I kidding? Unethical? Ethical is a word that would not appear in their vocabulary, and most definitely not in their work practices when it comes to this scam.

Disgusting frauds, they falsely charged me a parking fine, they sent the fine to a property I was no longer living at and claimed a CCJ against me. I only found out that I had a CCJ against me when I failed a tenancy application. I will be taking them to court. Do no give into them, don't make it easy for them to steal from you.

i had a a CCJ issued agaist me in error when i disputed it Gladstone said they have done nothing wrong, when i contacted the solicitor regulation authority they infomed me that gladstones shouldnt of issued the CCJ.
