I love the set up at the gym. Understated but serious training. It's also set up with the type of workout I like. Strength and fitness and opportunity to improve my skill level. Especially the boxing angle. Awesome vibe, performance and scientifically driven.

I hate when people give a 1 star for something like a down website. I seen that some lady did and left it even though the website is back up so rude. Never been here but I support small businesses

A gym with trainers who have a TRUE passion for getting you to your desired fitness goal and keeping you there! Every last one of the people here have a great passion for what they do and not only can you hear it in their voices and see it in their eyes, but you can see it through the actions that they take for us. I love it!
