New office building space, no of lifts are not sufficient for the total population expected in that building.. As some of the spaces are under construction, it may need time to feel as a full fledged tech part...

Huge space but management utilized it wrongly. Lot of rats inside office. Elevator facility is very bad, only two Elevators for 9 floors. Getting place in Elevator is a nightmares. Most of the time one Elevator will be out of service. They have very old style two wheeler parking it will not cover your vechile from sun and rain. From vechile parking you have to walk 1/4 kilometers to office building.

Right in the heart of the city and on the prime road... But lot more infra structure needs to come up... The access road is in a mess... Inspite of influential college and hospital near by... The roads are in tatters.... Within the IT park, there is not much value items.. Like seating spaces, some public toilets etc... A shade walking track needed for the rains and burning sunny days... Hope to see it change in next few years...
