James was very knowledgeable and worked with me on every aspect of buying a car. There was absolutely no pressure and he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car in my price range. I was a little intimidated shopping at a Cadillac dealer but he made me feel as if I belonged there and treated my whole family with great respect. Thus, I am extremely pleased that we found Uftring Weston, as they were honest, forthright and very professional. In fact, they stayed true to their every word and exceeded my every expectation. Scheduling appointment for my requested date and time was fast and easy. The service advisor was very friendly and they completed a service letter at no charge to fix the problem. This is what I expect out of such a great brand like Chevrolet.
I have been to multiple other uftring dealerships and had service on my car and have always been treated very well until i went to this dealership to have my oil changed. It was convenient because it was close to my work so I stopped in to see if they could do it. They refused to rotate my tires which iv never had before and washed ever other car besides mine after service because i bought it from a different uftring. They acted like i was trash from the minute I walked in because I wasn t driving a Cadillac. My whole family has bought every car we have had from uftring and after this experience I m questioning buying from them again.

I purchased a brand new car from Greene Chevy on Knoxville. I had an accident and took it there for the repairs. They forgot to order a major part and refused to give me a loaner. It took a month and a half to get my car back, and they still screwed it up. My check engine light came on immediately, showing they didn't even test drive it. They treated me like garbage. My "Gold Team representative " then informed me that because I gave them a bad review, rightfully so, I cost him a 2G bonus. So i refused to ever there ever again. I then brought my vehicle (2017 Chevy Cruze RS) to Uftring and they found the problem almost immediately. Turns out, Greene Chevy completely missed some of the damage done from the wreck, even tho they had my front end in pieces for 1.5 months.

You guys treated my sister and her husband very poorly. You screwed them twice. You sold them two cars one with a bad engine and one with a bad transmission and then would not work with them to get a car they deserve. You were going to make them pay more money for a car even though that have spent enough with you guys. We would recommend that no one shops for a car here. They are rude and treat people very poorly. You guys don t even deserve one star.
I purchased a car there last month on the 24th. My sales person was Doug Martin. I was upfront about my credit, down payment and monthly payment preference. He worked with me and got a car in my price range and payment. I was not totally happy when he showed me the car (because it wasn't what I originally wanted) but I am so glad I purchased it. We bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado, and our sales man was Tripp! He was great, he was better then great, he was fantastic! We new what we were coming in for and he gave us 3 options and listened to what we told him we wanted. We really loved the options he gave us and we picked the one we wanted. We worked with him on what we wanted our payment to be and he made it happen!! We were so excited. He gave us time to think about it, made some great conversations and even gave us prices on things we are wanting to put on the truck at a later time! While looking for a new vehicle, I had the displeasure of contacting this dealership among many others in the Peoria area. I spoke with Ken. I am 6 hours away from Peoria, and was trying to find the vehicle we wanted and get most of the details worked before I made the long drive. Every other dealership was more than willing to give me an estimate on my trade-in. They also didn't have an issue with the fact that I had my own financing from my bank, USAA. Ken was rude and extremely unhelpful. I asked what the best price was on the vehicle, and he said the sticker price was the best price they could do. LOL. Then he nearly refused to even take the info on my trade, and when he finally did, he called me back later and said he wouldn't even give me an estimate. He then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't use my bank for financing, and "We have several bank here that you can use". In other words, I want to be able to make more money of you by using our in-house banks. What a joke. Stay away from this dealership, and if you have to use it, stay away from Ken at the least. Also, if you look at this dealerships reviews, it's pretty easy to see that they are posted by their "internet sales manager" using anonymous services. Beware.
I can not say enough about the positive experience I had working with Kathy Underwood and the entire team at Uftring Weston. She helped me drive off in the car of my dreams... I simply couldn't be more pleased with my visit. I felt she was just as excited as I was to get what I didn't see possible. I am LOVING my 2015 GMC Terrain... it's so very pretty. And so fun to drive! This momma has been waiting a LONG time for a trade in and Kathy made it happen. I will so enjoy working with her again!

Absolutely terrible customer service!! I had a car salesman (Troy) literally call me up on the phone and left me a message saying that I wasted his time because I decided to buy a different car from another dealership. He was horrible!! He was the most unprofessional salesman I have ever encountered. Don't let these guys rip you off they have a monopoly on the car dealerships in the Peoria area and there prices and sales tactics prove it!

I bought my car (2017 Chevy Spark) last year with the help of Greg Stewart who also assisted my husband with buying his car (2017 Sonic) a few months prior to mine. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while I labored over my decision. There is a reason why I don't mind driving 45 minutes to this dealer for service rather than 10 minutes to the Chevy dealer down the street. Always excellent service.
Normally I don't have a bad experience course it's only oil changes but this last time very frustrating. First I pay for them to hook up my suv to see what is wrong then they tell me what is wrong. I pay for the work. 3400 dollars later car doesn't start a day after bringing it home so I call to have them look at. I need a vehicle while they are working on so you would think since obviously something went wrong when they fixed they would provide a vehicle for me to use. No instead all the loaners are out. U can reschedule next week if u want. No I don't want to end up stuck somewhere because it was not resolved the first time.
I would think someone there would think hey this person could be a potential customer let s put them in something they might be interested in that way if this car can t get fixed they will come to us for a replacement car
Received a call from dealership person that called was very nice unfortunately nothing has changed I am still Gona have to fork out money for a rental because my vehicle was not fixed the first time . Not a good experience

They saved my wife and I an unwanted out of pocket expense. We purchased a used 2014 Chevy equinox and it cam with one standard key and no keyless entry devices. Every time we unlocked the door manually and opened it the alarm would start until we put the key in the ignition because we did not have the keyless entry to disable the entry alarm before getting in. Calling around it was going to be super expensive to buy the keys and have them cut and programmed by most dealers and locksmiths. We were told anywhere from $100-$200 per key. I found OEM keyless entry with the blank key blades for $23 a pair, I was able to get them cut here for $10 and program them myself with the owners manual instructions. TL:DR bought a car needed keys cut and they saved me a ton of money doing it. thank you guys.
I have been doing business with the group at Uftring-Weston for a long time now. We have purchased a number of new and used cars from Kathy Underwood (the only sales person for us) and she has always delivered exceptional service. Put Kathy and Matt (sales manager) along with Corey in finance and you have a team that can get you in, test drove, deal signed and financed in exceptional time. When it comes to the service department you can't beat the personal attention of their group either. You are always greeted with a smile and everyone takes the time to get to know you and your expectations. This expectation and culture of customer service is deeply entrenched in the Uftring-Weston history.

I have been working with Kathy Underwood at Uftring Weston since 1998. I have purchased several vehicles which included a couple of trucks, an SRX and most recently an XT5. Working with Kathy has always been satisfactory. The service department performed all of the maintenance on my SRX accommodating my schedule for appointments and able to provide a vehicle for use or a ride home if needed. I look forward to the same treatment in the future on my new XT5.
The dealership had an older truck on ebay which I bought. It was everything they said it was. Since I had a 3 1/2 hour drive I was hoping for a quick exchange. Phil Clemmer had everything ready and all we had to do was sign the paperwork and we were on our way. It was a good experience.

I ve had my Malibu for a little over two months and absolutely LOVE IT! I met Kyle Merritt at the Auto Show, and couldn t ask for a better sales consultant. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and took my thoughts into consideration in order to find the right car for me. He was very diligent going over all the features, setting up my On Star, and synchronizing my phone to the Bluetooth. Overall, I had great service from the whole team, especially Kyle everyone was professional and very accommodating.

We were shopping on line for a truck. I came across two trucks. One truck was at Uftring. The other one was in Morton. I sent an email to Uftring. Jen answered my email saying they had the truck. So I called to see if my husband & I could see it & test drive. The truck was getting serviced so Jen set up an appointment for that afternoon with Patrick McDaniels.
We took it for a test drive. We worked with Patrick on getting our payment right for us. Pat called Kevin Lundquist on his day off to get the broken instrument cluster approval to get it repaired. He then called Jeff Loucks to set up the appointment. My husband took the truck in & had it fixed.

I have a Z06 which, definitely needs to be wheel aligned as per a regular Corvette. If not the tires wear out very quickly--none of the GM literature mentions THAT. This car is set up from GM for AUTOCROSS, not highway driving. That being said I was disappointed that the alignment process was not entirely possible to bring it back to "regular" driving specs. Shame on GM for not making that possible!! However the Z06 is the BEST Corvette I have ever had!
We recently purchased a new Silverado from Uftring Weston salesman, Scott McLintock. We've worked with Scott before, purchasing several new cars from him in the past. He's a car guy with an incredible depth of knowledge about the vehicles he sells, and not only Chevy and Cadillac. In addition to Scott making the sales portion of the experience easy and thorough, I have to say the other main reason we bought from Uftring Weston was the based on the excellent care and service we've had with the Service and Parts departments over the years with our other GM products. Good service keeps us coming back!
I worked with Kathy Underwood and I can't say enough good things about her help through the process of buying my car. I have never worked with anyone who listened to what it was I was looking for and helping me with the financial range I needed to stay in. She found me a perfect fit. There was no waiting area With seating or cover And it was starting to rain. And now to get a car washing I have to come eight times. With oil changes every 5000 that is almost three years to get a washing.
This dealership is not honest. I bought a car from them about 5 months ago supposedly did an inspection before they sold the car. recently started hearing a knocking noise when I turned (mind you I purchased the bumper to bumper premium warranty) so I take it in expecting not to pay anything. Come to find out I'm being charged for the inspection ($120) and would have to pay $900 to fix the issue because the issue. I have to take the car to the Hyundai dealer to get it fixed, and they refused to apply the warranty because there was a zip tie on the boot instead of a clamp. The car only had around 25,000 miles on it (2017 Elantra). I don't have any idea about who put that on the car, but it wasn't put on there since I have owned the car. Perhaps the previous owner rigged it up with a zip tie. However, I can't imagine the previous owner doing it when they had the Hyundai warranty.
When I purchased the car, I assumed that they did an inspection before I purchased the car, and that they would have seen this and fixed it before selling it to me. It appears that there was no inspection,
When this was brought to the service departments attention commented to me that, as far as they know, I could have put the zip tie on the car. Again, that makes no sense would because we have the Hyundai warranty and a premium warranty that we purchased to extend the Hyundai warranty. That makes no sense!
A very short time after I bought the car, I took the it back to be looked at because of a faulty sensor in the tire that was making the tire light come on (low pressure warning). That took two trips to get it fixed. One would think that they would have seen the zip tie then because it is on the same that the tire sensor was on.
This kind of service makes it very difficult for me to consider ever making a purchase from this particular dealership, and it makes it impossible for me to make any kind of positive recommendation to my spheres of influence. There appears to be either an integrity issue or a competence issue.
I left a voicemail with the service manager and the general manager and I am still waiting to hear from them a day later.
So, be aware that having the warranty may won't be worth it if it isn't honored because someone put a zip tie on your car instead of a clamp.

The service department reached out to us to address our complaint. Dave Vargocko contacted us and made arrangements to fix what was wrong, and to give us a refund for the inspection. They listened to our complaint, and followed through with fixing everything. Thank you.
Greg from the sales team was patient and took time to understand what we were looking for in a vehicle even though we weren't sure what we wanted. He gave us different options within our price range on vehicles. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. We love the car we purchased and will definitely refer him and Uftring to our family and friends.
Tanner was very helpful to us when we visited Uftring Weston. When we told him that we were interested in a new Equinox, he showed us several on the lot and let us drive one. He showed us the prices of several with different options. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He explained the discounts available on them. He answered all our questions and took the time to help us. He did not pressure us to buy. We are very happy with our experience with Tanner.
Took a friends 2014 Cadillac in for warranty work and found out the warranty period expired 7 days earlier. John the service writer listened to my complaints about GMs policy and what was wrong with the vehicle. I've been in this business for 30 yrs and must say he was very professional and handled the situation well.
I would recommend them to anyone. I have doing business with them for years and anytime I have had a problem with service or anything they have done whatever it took to fix the situation.
Customers like to feel welcomed. I did not feel this way from the minute I got out of my car, to the team leaders desk, to the waiting room. This is not something new. Attention really needs to be given to this. Even if they don't mean it they could act like they are appreciative of my business.

My beautiful wife sold a SUV with no spare tire or a jack, went to talk with someone in the parts dept and was told nothing they could do about it and that's the way the SUV came very disappointing! We have bought the last 4 vehicles form them I will think about my next purchase.

We just purchased our 2nd car within the past 12 months from Ken Dickson at Uftring Weston. Last year he sold us a VW Beetle for our daughter and she loves it. It's been a great car. We were so pleased with our purchase that we came back and bought a beautiful Buick Enclave last week. Ken and the boss man Joe worked with us on the price and we took home a couple of great cars.

He was very patient, easy-going, professional, and generally hilarious which made traveling hours to Peoria to buy a new Slipstream Blue Chevy SS worth it all. I went to Uftring Weston Chevrolet Cadillac to look at a certified 2017 XTS. It was sold by the time I got there. Andrew Kennedy helped me look at a new Cadillac CT6 which was better for me to get in and out of due to leg issues. Easiest buying process I have ever experienced, no pressure or hard sells. Last week was the first time I had bought my own car and at 23 it could have been overwhelming, but between the owner and the salesman (mark Weston and pat mcdaniels) my purchase was done within an hour. They assisted me in finding the car I saw online and Pat even picked me up from my home in the car I was interested in. I bought a new 2015 Camaro Z/28 from Uftring Weston on September 28th. The entire process from start to finish was great. I started with Sales Manager Matt McComb and then worked with Sales Consultant Greg Stewart. They were both friendly and accommodating and made the process as convenient as possible. On delivery day, my deal was handled by Mr. Stewart and Finance Manager Austin Street. I was also personally thanked by the owner Mark Weston and General Manager Jeff Loucks. It's nice to know your business is appreciated and I certainly felt that way. They also have a beautiful facility and dress professionally which immediately "raises the bar" when you walk in the door. I could also tell you what an incredible car this is but I probably don't have enough room for that!
It was a long hard fight, they kept me under heat lamps, tied to a chair, taking "no' for an answer!! I couldn't take the pressure any more and had to forcefully sign on the bottom line!! All BS aside, it was a very nice time dealing with Jake & Pat. No complaints, just good comments and recommendations. Thanks for everything
