I hit a pot hole with my 2017 Corvette. I was able to drive it home and then I found that the right front tire was damaged. Luckily, I did purchase tire and rim coverage when I bought the Corvette! Gary and Denise were great handling the situation. They kept me informed The coverage for the damage was great, but the Michelin tires are not made anymore, so I had to buy 3 new tires! (to keep them all the same) Uftring Weston is a great place to deal with and will continue to go there!
Greg Stewart and the team at Uftring Weston did a great job for me. I was flirting with the idea of an import, but the service and dedication of Greg plus the unbelievable quality of the car won me over. Greg went the extra mile to find me EXACTLY the car I wanted at the price I needed. Plus, I could not leave the service department that always takes such good care of us. I consider Uftring Weston my home dealership because of the outstanding service and great friendships I have made there.

Easy to work got me in the car I wanted over the phone, walking me through step by step the credit check form on the website, and got me in the car I called about and wanted the same day after everything was good and drove there. I traveled over an hour away to make this deal happen because in Macomb, dealerships have everything way overpriced, so definitely would make the drive on another purchase with you guys! Kathy Underwood has been our salesperson for aver 20 years. We have never had a bad experience with the vehicles we purchased. Kathy listens to what we are looking for and is able to help us find that right vehicle sometimes our need is to find one soon or where we have plenty of time to shop around. Either way she is very patient with us when our schedules don't match up to test drive something she has found. She is not pushy if we don't think we will like what she has found no problem she then calls us when she finds something else. There are no pressures to buy any vehicle. We will only buy our vehicles from here and Kathy Underwood is the only salesperson we will deal with. Over the years we have purchased around 22 vehicles from her. We have been talking to Scott McLintock for several months trying to find the right color SRX, my husband had said no white, black, silver or red ones. Overall not a great experience I think the people in The Body Shop need to communicate better. On what is being done to the vehicle and keeping the customer informed. I'm not very affluent with car lingo and would have appreciated a breakdown of the invoice as the car is drivable but the damage received Pryor was not completely fixed.
I worked with Steve Jones and everything went extremely smoothly. From the time I found out my old van wasn't worth repairing to the time I drove out with a new to me mini-van was under 28 hours - not bad and I love what he helped me find.
Sandy Hartseil is an experienced professional and I have sent family and friends to her because of this. Sandy treated us right and gave my wife and I many options to explore. There's no high pressure from Sandy just good, honest help.

I was frustrated with the tire pressure sensor issues. Jaime Alvarez took his time from behind the service department counter to make sure everything was done right . He checked all my tires, put the proper amount of air in them and reset the sensors. He did precisely and in timely order so I was able to make it to work on time. I had to go on a trip a day later for work and after Jaime made sure my care was safe, I felt safe to drive down state for work. Thank you Jaime Alvarez.

Scott McLintock is very honest and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He did a lot of research ahead of time and had a list of cars to show me when I arrived for my appointment. I would definitely buy another car from him.

Mom had couple of recalls need to be done on her car, they scheduled quickly, explained exactly what would be done and we received excellent service.
Spoke with Gary about setting up an appt.
He informs me that earlier in the day would be best.
I inform him that doesn't fit in my schedule as afternoons are best.
His response is well the latest he is comfortable setting up an appt is 1pm because they may be backed up from a.m. work and may not be able to get to it 1, and depending on the a.m. work that day, possibly not get to it at all that afternoon.
So I can't help asking what the purpose of setting up an appointment is if there's a possibility that they are unable to keep the scheduled appointment.
He reiterated the a.m. work concern.
I informed him I'm a third shift person and wouldn't be able to make an a.m. appointment and added that if I make an appointment (as with anywhere else) I would be expecting the service at the time of the appointment.
I thought this was reasonable, but it seemed to slightly agitate him.
He calmy, with slight frustration said "ok, I can't guarentee that it will be seen at the time of the appointment, but we'll do our best.
I politely reiterated my expectation that if I make an appointment I will be expected it to be worked at the schedualed time.
(Personal thought: People do have other responsibilities in life, ya know? Thus the purpose of setting scheduled appointments)
So, after stating my expectation, he was clearly agitated (by what I feel like is reasonable expectation) and it became clear that he no longer wanted to discuss etiquette, and asked in a flat, irritated tone "would you like to make the appointment at 1?"
He said this with a demeanor in his tone as if he almost preffered I'd say no because I'm not a convenient customer, but also knows better to express that. But in his tone and approach, that demeanor was clear to me as I had in the past obtained a psychology degree, and generally can read ppl well.
I feel like my interest in keeping an appointment is legitimate, and if there is no guarantee to keep the scheduled time, it should not cost me my valuable time, or possible trip back to the dealership.
I called Greene Chevrolet, and I asked if there would be any concern (due to a.m. work) that my appointment would be possibly pushed back. The gentleman said (with absolute confirmation) "No, if you set up an appt at a specific time, that is when we will begin to work on it.
I explained why I asked, and he said, based on diagnosing the problem possibly taking a few hours, and his crew getting of at 4:30, that he would want to make the appointment no later than 1pm.
I shared with him, Gary thoughts were 1 at latest also, but not for possibly taking a few hours to diagnose, but rather in the case they are backed up.
He offered comfort to say, "no, you bring it in at 1, and we will start on it at 1."
No questions of are you gonna hang around, or drop it off, after discussing a time for appointment.
No juggling work.
Just straight forward businness.
So, I called back Gary, said I need to cancel my appointment. He said "ok." I said thank you. Gary said "ok" and hung up.
Glad I called Greene Chevrolet to see if they aren't juggling clients work, and are commited to keeping an appointment.

Please don t make the same mistake we did
Bought a Kia Sorento ($8,000) from them and 3 days after the purchase my mechanic diagnosed that the engine was going out of it. I took it back and they traded me into a Nissan Murano ($10,000). After we drove it off the lot we found that the radio only played one station which was what the vehicle was on when we left, the backseat didn t lay down, and the rear door automatic button only worked in the front. We were right at the 9 month mark with our baby so it was hard to find time to diagnose everything. Finally did and the mechanic thought that the vehicle was having fuel issues but after 8 months of diagnostics we found that it was the transmission. They offered to give us $5,000 for the vehicle and wouldn t do anything to make it right. They than wanted to put me into another vehicle. This is the last place I would trust.
The white team led by Curtis always does a great job. I highly recommend Uftring for all your car repair needs. I've been coming to them now for over 20 years. I have never had a negative experience. Their workmanship and professionalism is beyond all others.

Best experience ever! I bought my first Spark from Kathy Underwood in 2013. She worked with me on every aspect of the deal. Answered all of my questions and always checked in periodically to see how I was enjoying my car. In 2015 she was the one we went to to when my daughter wanted a new car. She found the car and my daughter loves her 2015 Spark. When I thought about buying a new car Kathy was right there, letting me know about sales and deals. She found my perfect little 2017 purple Spark. She made all of my car dreams come true. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. We had a bad experience with 2 vehicles and while some of the people there are very kind it doesn t change the fact that they didn t try and actually work with us. They kept telling us there was nothing they could do because we waited so long, which I could understand if we didn t talk to them about it when we purchased the vehicle. They say that our reviews aren t accurate which tells me they don t want to take responsibility for their action. I don t usually right reviews but I don t appreciate being called a liar and they it makes me not even want to give you a good deal (a statement made to my husband when he posted a honest review). I thought my conversation with one of the guys was good till I saw the response to my sisters review. It is very accurate and we will never do business there again.
On a positive note the front desk ladies are so amazing and sweet.

I applied for a vehicle with Uftring-Weston's pre-owned group and the results were spectacular. Both Kendall, the sales manager, and Tena, my salesperson, were amazingly helpful and got an answer to me the same day I applied. Due to my own scheduling, I arrived the next day to handle the transaction, which went quickly and smoothly. Kendall was friendly and worked quickly to get me back on the road. Tena answered all of my questions with finesse and experience. The vehicle I purchased was the same price as other similar vehicles in the area, but had only half the miles on it. Would absolutely recommend that you give them a try and see what they can do for you.

Wow, what a pleasant car buying experience! If you are in need of a new or used car I highly recommend that you contact Phil Clemmer. I recently bought a used car from him while he was working at the used car center (he also spends time at the new car location), he was a very helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable sales consultant. Phil went out of his way to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase.
He was quick to answer all of my questions and took the time to explain and demonstrate all of the vehicles electronic components. Phil helped set up the On-star on my vehicle and my phone and explained how to use it. He informed me of the different financing options that were available to me, and worked closely with the general manager to help negotiate my trade.
