While looking for a new vehicle, I had the displeasure of contacting this dealership among many others in the Peoria area. I spoke with Ken. I am 6 hours away from Peoria, and was trying to find the vehicle we wanted and get most of the details worked before I made the long drive. Every other dealership was more than willing to give me an estimate on my trade-in. They also didn't have an issue with the fact that I had my own financing from my bank, USAA. Ken was rude and extremely unhelpful. I asked what the best price was on the vehicle, and he said the sticker price was the best price they could do. LOL. Then he nearly refused to even take the info on my trade, and when he finally did, he called me back later and said he wouldn't even give me an estimate. He then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't use my bank for financing, and "We have several bank here that you can use". In other words, I want to be able to make more money of you by using our in-house banks. What a joke. Stay away from this dealership, and if you have to use it, stay away from Ken at the least. Also, if you look at this dealerships reviews, it's pretty easy to see that they are posted by their "internet sales manager" using anonymous services. Beware.
