I AM A FORMER LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASED TWO CADILLACS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. AFTER WHAT I CONSIDERED AS A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPT., I DECIDED TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I RECENTLY TRADED MY VEHICLE AND I CONTACTED THE FINANCE MANAGER BY PHONE (INCLUDING ONE VISIT) AT LEAST 4 TIMES TO DISCUSS THE SPECIFICS OF MY REFUND. I AM ENTITLED TO A REFUND, BUT I GUESS I AM NO LONGER IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO EVEN RETURN MY CALL.
