They truly are used car salespeople here. Knowingly selling junk and not disclosing issues that vehicles they sell have. Do not buy anything used from these people unless you test drive itto your local mechanic and have them go through it entirely. Great place to buy a vehicle. Talk to Phil Clemmer, I've bought two cars from him. You can tell customer service and quality are their number one priority. I won't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Uftring Weston. I'm forced to rate them a four star because nothing in life is perfect and this scale doesn't allow me to rate them at 4.9. Feel free to hate me but hate me for my honesty.

Kathy was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond helping me find the perfect vehicle to fit my family. Her day off from work was spent trying to get me everything I needed because we were a time a crunch. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else and I live in Champaign which is about 1 hour 30 minutes away. I also received a letter in the mail thanking me for my purchase and also a follow up phone call to see if I had any other questions regarding my new vehicle. My expectations were defiantly exceeded.

I'm glad I decided to come to Uftring Weston to get my 16' Town and Country. I had been looking around at a number of used car lots, and I was actually looking to buy a sedan. Before I left Zack G. told me I had to look at one last car before I went, and I'm glad I did. I hadn't even considered buying a van at that point, but before we had even taken it for a test drive, I was seriously considering it. Came back on Monday to test drive it a little more, and had signed the papers right after. The best part is that the price was extremely reasonable, and Zack worked out a payment schedule that worked for my budget. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking at their next car, especially if you're looking for a pre owned vehicle.
Spent 3 hours there trying to make a deal on a truck lease. Finally, it was "my lucky day" because of all the current discounts and rebates. Had to head to work and agreed to come back and finish paperwork the following morning. 1 hour later, one discount couldn't be used and the price climbed over $100. A couple hours after that I get a call from the finance guy. He had "put the numbers in wrong" and the price was another $90 more. The original number was $257 and in the end it was $440. I tried unsuccessfully to contact the owner to have a honest discussion about what transpired. Needless to say, I passed on the deal and purchased elsewhere the following day. I won't be back here, it just feels shady to me.

I am from Indiana and unexpectedly, I went to Peoria for a weekend when my car was scheduled for 2nd service. These guys did the service even when I went in without an appointment. Friendly staff and most importantly they've got Starbucks coffee in the waiting room :)

They were not able to replicate the transmission shifting issues I had reported, but otherwise they did a fine job. I was called to verify work before it was performed, and they accepted a 3rd party extended warranty without any issues. We were provided a loaner, which was a bonus as the vehicle being serviced was not purchased from Uftring Weston.

Would give it 0 stars if it was an option. Purchased our used vehicle in February 2018 and was assured it had undergone a thorough inspection before sale. We stressed heavily how important it was that we purchase a reliable vehicle, as our oldest daughter has a brain condition and we travel to St. Louis about once a month to St. Louis Children's Hospital for her neurosurgeon and other specialist appointments. 12 days after purchase, my daughter and I set out on our long drive and broke down with engine trouble just outside of St. Louis. I had to get the vehicle to the nearest dealership, rent a car and pay for 2 nights in a hotel bc we were stranded. I then had to fight for tthem to pay for the repair. On our way home, what do you know? Check engine light again. Took it to Weston and it needed MORE engine work. Also, the brakes, shocks and something else underneath ALL needed replaced right away bc they were so worn (meaning they would not have passed a thorough inspection just weeks earlier). Ok, so I fought for that... And they replaced all that too. But so many other things have already broken (passenger window motor, the liftgate won't open, DVD player stopped working- all within a month of purchasing the vehicle). So then, the weather warmed up... And we kept getting this awful smell in the car. At first, I thought it was an animal spraying, until I realized it was every time it rains). Now we know there is a MAJOR leak, I assume from the sunroof drain system. My car is molding inside and I don't have hundreds of dollars to fix it. The worst part is that now, we can't even transport our medically fragile child in this vehicle bc she also suffers from severe breathing issues and it's only exacerbated when she is exposed to mold. . We asked to bring it and trade out for something else since we have had non stop issues but they won't let us. Not a good way to do business. We bought a total lemon from this well established dealership!

My buying experience at Uftring Weston was very pleasant. All the staff members were attentive, enthusiastic and willing to help. Cory, the finance guy, was so helpful and willing to work to get me the best deal possible, and Tena Nichelson, last but certainly not least, she took time to call me after things were said and done to make sure that I was ok with everything. I found Uftring Weston online while I was looking for a Cadillac SRX to purchase. I live about an hour away from Peoria and, after visiting my local dealership and getting less than satisfactory service, I found the car on Uftring Weston's website and gave them a call. Kyle Merritt worked with me to find the SRX that I liked and he patiently explained every feature of it to me. I didn't feel pressured to purchase the SRX in anyway. They gave me the exact amount that I expected for my trade in and I felt very comfortable with the deal. After having such a great car buying experience there, I've decided to take the SRX there for it's maintenance as well. I have no doubts that their Service Department will treat me just as well as the Sales Department did.

I Got My Belt And Oil change But for Some Reason My Car Was Exhilarating (Driving) On Its Own slowly went To 10mp Then 15 Next Thing I know Its Going 40 On Its Own People!!!!! It Hardly wants To Stop And When Its In Park It Sounds Like You Are Pushing The Gas While In Park But I WASNT!!!! Im Very Unpleased And They Will Be Hearing My Mouth!

I definitely would recommend Uftring Western Chevrolet Cadillac in Peoria IL. Phil Clemmer helped me find a Chevy truck that fit in my needs and price range. Which was a difficult task. He was very patient and took his time and did not pressure me in to any sale. He just kept say, "let's find a truck you like".
That was two years ago and I still love driving my truck.
Also Phil just recently helped me find a work truck for my brother that was working on a small budgeted. He went way out of his way to do research for a few months, and came through better than I would had thought. Good job Phil.
