I have been working here for the past few months and have loved every second of the experience. It is clear that the management team cares about their employees and the work being done at the company, and everyone I have spoken to has been kind and supportive. Plus, the work they have assigned me has been extremely fulfilling and interesting, which is always a bonus! I would definitely recommend applying.
Stealth provided a welcoming environment to help make every day enjoyable. Everyone is easy to work with and talk to. Work is also very well planned and structured, making it easy to understand and feel incorporated into the team. In my role there were plenty of chances to grow, learn, and the projects assigned to me were always interesting. Team members were also very supportive in assisting my learning and answering any questions I had. So far I have loved the experience I've had. I would definitely recommend applying to the company.
literally every pay cheque is short like a day to few days worth of work. management staff is very unorganized and the hours are brutal. but i will say i've met some friendly people working at stealth, and thats about it. one thing i will mention is that i did appreciate being followed to the bathroom and where i was also being timed.
This place is really unfair to get hired at. I got a job interview, and I tried to contact management trying to reschedule, and apparently it looked bad upon me even when I showed up 15 min early anyways. Also, I wasn t given a dress code to the interview and I felt like I was being lectured for what I was wearing. Other jobs I ve applied to gave me the dress code in the email, and I wasn t given anything and I was still lectured, that s really unfair because they didn t even reschedule my interview.
I'm currently a CS intern at Stealth Monitoring. My experience here has been great! Being surrounded by a supportive team and working on very interesting projects has been the highlight of my experience thus far. I strongly recommend any applicants (esp. in tech) to give Stealth a fair consideration.
Starting from the interview process til my first day of work it was a huge learning experience. I had a phone interview first and I was called back for an in-person interview. As an HR student it was very encouraging to be able to have that experience. The interview was casual and felt more like a mentor ship. Even as I am working I am learning new things everyday. I started my internship when the lock down started due to Covid-19. Even though it can be a stressful situation for a business, everyone who are still working on-site are very welcoming and optimistic (Don't worry. We are still practicing social distancing). They also have great perks for employees like Free Pizza Lunch at end of each month. And they provide snacks and refreshers throughout the day. Overall, I would say they have an amazing and very supportive work culture.
I dealt with an employee named Daman and received the absolutely worst customer service possible. I would give zero stars if I could. Please DO NOT put your security needs in their hands.
