Great hotel but confusing where to find the rooms
The food service was mediocre for such a place.

We went for sundowner the view was wonderful and the atmosphere lovely although music was a bit loud.

Went to the leopard lounge for coffee Manager Dylan Fortuin was excellent and friendly The drinks were delucious The view was awesome Overall a pleasant experience

**Vegan Review** I ve enjoyed the vegan tasting menu at the 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa as well as the vegan afternoon high tea. It is incredible that the hotel is catering for vegans within the fine dining niche. I would recommend both the tasting menu and the high tea. The menu is usually only served for supper, but when I requested it for Sunday lunch, the staff was happy to provide it. My favourite dish was the butternut tofu. The high tea is unique and beautifully presented, including the best scones I ve ever tasted as well as unlimited coffee (with almond or soy milk) and teas. If the food is not satisfying enough, the sea views will manage to take your last breath away. My promise. 10/10.

Popped in for an lazy Saturday afternoon drink at the Leopard Bar, it was gorgeous and warm and the ocean was as calming as my refreshment ....

Its prime location sets the tone for your stay at this unique and extravagant hotel. As you walk in there is a unique vibe that follows through the entire hotel. The kind of vibe that pulls you and never lets you leave, and why would you want to. Even on a cold winters day the Azure Restaurant is filled with people enjoying the delightful food and interesting selection of drinks, not just alcohol but tea and coffee infusions that put any others to shame. The rooms are all of high opulence with each providing you with a spectacular view of either Table Mountain or the ocean. One of its great selling points is the Spa, hidden away below the hotel with warm baths and treatment rooms, this is the perfect place to relax and spend the day unwinding.

Fantastic service from start to finish, really impressive. Great work from all the teams! At one point we were sat paying the bill and simultaneously people were wrapping our flowers, getting some sparkling water for the drive ahead, and calling our next hotel for us. We hadn t asked for any of it, they just thought of all these nice things and did them proactively. The only imperfection is that the road can be a bit noisy, but no real big deal. We will be back without a doubt.

Frequented on more than one occasion. Always beautiful, a slice of heaven in the reserve.

We were gifted a Gin and Tapas tasting and had no idea what to expect. Apon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and the most enthusiastic and entertaining Mixologist Byron. This guy is GOLD! He made the experience informative and even explained in detail how the various gins are made and which infusions worked well with which gins. He is a Master. The Leapord room and the rest of the hotel is scattered with stunning art and the best views of the 12 Apostles mountain range. We will be back.

When it comes to life's major milestones the 12 Apostles has made it their business to celebrate them with you. From honeymoons to babymoons to, in our case, a 10 year wedding anniversary they will find endless surprising ways to make you feel special.

The location is breathtaking with the best of Cape Town's sea and mountains offering endless activities. Our favourite was enjoying the heated pool overlooking the sea and then cooling off in the mountain side pool set amongst rocks and cascading water.

They also have their own small cinema serving milkshakes, candy and popcorn which was great fun and something different.

The food is classic and you won't leave hungry. Don't miss the cheesecake!

This hotel, even in Covid times, has made the best of it and is a highly recommended gem of the Cape.

We decided to just have coffee and received a friendly welcome from staff in the parking area and reception.We were seated at a table with one adjustable leg missing and moved to another table.The floor area outside the Leopards Bar needed cleaning, due to the bird problem they have.Cappaccinos were not hot enough.R135.00 for Cheesecake is a rip off!
Waitress didn't even know that a credit card can be tapped....

I must say what a disappointing experience for a 5 * property !!

We had the most amazing spa treatment today that ended with an embarrassing bill moment. I was very surprised to be told be a staff member that we had a complimentary meal with our spa treatments this morning, so I was very happy that I had booked and planned for lunch after. Following our treatment we proceeded to have lunch and drinks at the Leopard room as planned, thinking our lunches had turned out to be free. When the bill came and the lunches were added I asked and was told it was a mistake and they would be removed from the bill straight away. That lead to the spa manager coming up to the Leopard room to tell us in front of the entire restaurant that we needed to pay for our bill because we weren't on some "Spa Package" that includes a meal. I am so embarrassed at the situation that I doubt I'll be able to show my face at the 12 Apostles again. Best spa treatments I've ever had, but not so great people treatment. Best day of our lives ruined in the last 2 minutes.

My husband and I had a fantastic visit to the spa and Leopard Bar. The outdoor cabanas are a crazy beautiful setting for a massage and the follow up champagne at the bar overlooking the ocean made for a phenomenal day. Top notch service, will return.

I got to celebrate my 32nd here and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was kind and friendly, the environment was classy and welcoming, and dinner was delicious!

World class hotel. The best service I have ever experienced. Staff are super friendly, energetic and attentive to your needs. Food also great. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed High Tea in The Leopard Bar. While the experience overall was very pleasant, they may want to rethink the volume of the live music. It was too loud. While I realize it is a bar, it actually took away from the ambiance of the High Tea.

After we took a stroll up to Stanley's Rock, and then along the path further up. Gorgeous views from up there, and the sunset was spectacular.

My wife and I went for dinner and it was the best food experience in Cape Town. The service, food quality, outstanding view and delicious deserts. Just amazing!

Anything you order you'll be fine, but try the catch of the day. Meat also are good.

We were gifted the breakfast experience at the 12 Apostles for our anniversary from friends. It was a lovely thoughtful gift, but I left saying to my wife that I was glad I had not paid for the experience. The food was actually sub-par. We had been notified by the hotel that the usual breakfast experience would not be the same due to Covid measures, although I struggled to understand the logic - there were still communal juice fountains and a fruit table, so why was a buffet more of a risk? Additionally, the staff failed to explain the revised process to us - apparently we were supposed to receive champagne and oysters as part of the experience, but didn't and this was never offered to us. On the up side, the staff were very friendly. I would not recommend the experience to others.

The cherry on top was having my car dented by an old lady who opened her door onto mine in the parking area (the bays are very tight, especially for large cars, and she was particularly absent-minded on a windy day).

Was only there for a wedding. Reception from the top shelves .Decor beautiful .Menu was delicious. Could choose main course .View great.

Perhaps one of the top restaurants/hotels in Cape Town. I attended a cigar event, the food, service, ambiance are simply incredible.

Wow! This was a gastronomic final meal just before leaving Cape Town. The food was perfectly presented and we were given lots of complimentary dishes with our substantial mains. Beautiful setting, terrace overlooks Camps Bay. Parking is under the hotel from the main road you can turn into it easily.

Absolutely 5 star service from one of the World's best hotels. Every need we had was catered for and the sunsets from our room and the Leopard Bar were out of this world. The only downside was the wifi connection in the business room next to the reception- it wasn't strong enough for a business video call.

The 12 Apostles is a superb dining place with a rich ambience.. The service and food is fantastic. Every space is a place of interest as it is so tastefully decorated n furnished. Has a lovely balcony dining area with spectacular sea views . And if you so prefer you can choose to dine indoors in one of their exotic restaurants with spaces that are intimately designed to cater for your group of friends or family. I loved the outdoor area which incorporated a large tree which provided natural shade. We had quite a time sampling all the snacks which was creatively prepared and presented.. Make sure to add 12
Apostles as one of the restaurants to dine at. Yes they have a spa. That's a plus.

As part of our 9th Anniversary celebration, we decided we'd spoil ourselves with a day out at The Cafe Grill at The 12 Apostles Hotel & Spa. What a beautiful location and we were certainly pleased to learn about the owners and how it all started. What they offer to their customers, truly an outstanding 5 star experience. We are so glad to have found a true gem in accommodation and travel. The heart behind everything was definitely love for people and the love for food. We loved every moment there today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, to making it so special for us. Today is surely a day for us to remember always and forever. Thank you.

Had the High tea in the leopard bar, Very unique decorations, friendly staff and very willing to help. The tea by the sea was lovely although there are other high teas that I personally enjoy more. The views and the drive there is just as lovely. Worth the experience.

Loved my visit to the 12 Apostles. Attended an intimate wedding, apart from the scenic setting, the staff were absolutely incredible and very well coordinated!! Great service is hard to find! Apart from Virgin Active Silo District - 12 Apostles is right up.there!

Went for sushi. The food was excellent as well as being pampered by the competent staff. The view from the leopard bar watching the sunset completed the experience.

I had an amazing lunch at the Azure restaurant yesterday,the starters and main course were delicious,not to mention the wine. I had the prawn cocktail as a starter and kingklip with mashed potatoes for mains.

One thing I would recommend would be for the waiters to check up on their tables and refill their wine as we had to refill it ourselves which I ddnt like. However our waiter was really nice.

I am a seasoned wedding photographer that have probably done more than 50 weddings at the Twelve Apostles and Spa. Firstly, the views are amazing with both mountain and sea views. Secondly, the wedding team at the Twelve Apostles are simply some of the best that I have ever worked with in my 14 year career. One can not ask for a more professional and dedicated co-coordinator and managers. Never have I seen that they are not willing to go the extra mile for all of their clients. Lastly and not least, the food, facilities and the service providers the hotel provide are some of the best in the world - from decor, flowers, music, DJ to the cake supplier.

From a photography point of view, this wedding venue is as good as it gets. Doesn't matter the time of day, the type of weather or season. The venue, its beautiful surroundings of mountains and beaches, as well as the interior and decoration of the hotel always provides for endless photography opportunities.

I can highly recommend this establishment for any event. Your expectations will not only be exceeded, but you will be blown away on every front!
