If you are wanting to celebrate a special occasion or even just treat yourself this is a fine venue to do so. This has been one of a few visits to the Twelve Apostles an with its breathtaking views of the ocean and mountain backdrop it's a pleasure to dine here. And then the food... NOM NOM NOM, and extremely well presented. Thanks for a great dining experience 12 Apostles.

The worst service, horrible spa location. The hotel is opposite the beach but the spa itself is closed up with no natural light or view. The staff were inattentive and confused. The teas was cold and the there were no towels by the pool. They also forgot about my moms massage and left her waiting half and hour before she had to go ask about what was happening. They also didn't bother replying to 2 of my emails prior to the visit.

If you looking for a good hotel spa experience I would recommend the One and Only hotel.

I am reviewing the Leopard Bar in particular, as I did not stay in the hotel overnight.

The service was great, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the live music in the Leopard Bar was really good and the view was incredible, and weirdly served the best olives, I have ever had. I suggest making a reservation. The only qualm I had is once the sun sets it gets cold outside but you can't sit inside because every table is booked, yet empty, whilst they wait for patrons.
I would definitely return more, with better planning.

Awesome side note, this hotel is pet friendly and even has a pet menu.

Such a stunning location, so beautiful. The colonial uniforms of some of the hotel staff I personally find a little outdated/distasteful. Excellent service though, and delicious cocktails. Burger from the bar was a little disappointing though, which it shouldn't be with such an excellent restaurant downstairs.

This is one of the best places to stay in the world. I do not know where to start.
I could carry on about the breathtaking views, wonderful facilities or luxurious bedrooms. I could talk endlessly about the outstanding food the hotel has to offer- deliciously catering to all tastes. Still, I think what makes this hotel truly special and so different from so many others, is the staff. Friendly, caring and thoughtful. We were made to feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived and when we departed we felt like we were leaving behind old friends. Thank you 12 Apostles for spoiling us - we are already planning our next visit to you.

A great setting for High Tea with ocean views. The wind made it too chilly for the patio, but the Leopard Room is luxurious. Fernando(?) was a great waiter, friendly, warm, knowledgeable & attentive. The selection of savoury & sweet was delicious & plentiful. A memorable occasion.

My experience for the first at the 12 Apostles wasn't that great...While I was having my treatment the noise in the passage...I could hear every word...I love my spa days to be relaxed.I even told my therapist about the noise but she didn't to anything...very disappointing...

Cool.

Absolutely fantastic! Stayed there for two nights and this is a classic 5 star! The personalisation of the service is brilliant, the lil things they do just make it even better like leaving two bottles of water in the car when loading your luggage on the way out. Everything from the breakfast to the snacks at Leopard bar to the dinner ar Azure was perfect. The spa, the pool, concierge, everything but obviously the views! Highly recommended and cant wait to come back when i have the chance!

Situated just before the heart of Camp's Bay, from Hout Bay, it is nestled within the mountain offering a secluded experience to get away from the hustle and bustle.

The Spa offers one a luxury experience, no matter what treatment you go for - as each Massage allows one to make use of the facilities, free of charge, including a heated flotation tank, a warm jet pool and a cool plunge pool, together with a help-yourself snack bar full of healthy treat's and juices, ending off with a dim-lit tea lounge.

The therapists are pleasant, professional and helpful at all times, offering wonderful Swedish Back massages, which I had, attending to all your aches, pains and stresses. The Spa also houses change rooms, equipped with lockers, shower's and grooming equipment, for those popping by for the day.

Although the prices are slightly steep, it's a luxury and relaxing experience that you cannot compare to any other Spa in Cape Town, making it 100% worth it. They also offer gift vouchers, making a wonderful gift to treat a loved one.

Thoroughly enjoyed my well deserved massage and overall downtime experience this past month, and will be sure to treat myself again some time in the New Year.

High tea was amazing, I do recommend sitting inside and reserving a table in advance as it was too hot on the open patio in summer. Service was excellent and the ambience and food was a delight! Bonus points fir the views and they are pet friendly! (Cat and dog menu is available and they set up a blanket and bowl of water for your fluffy family! Wow)

Yesterday on the 1st October, I went to the spa for massages for my 5years anniversary. I m not a rude person to be rude to someone in their face. And to tell the therapist that her work is not good. But my body is in so much of PAIN it s 3:10AM in the morning and I cannot rest at all.

My body is in so much pain. The therapist really hurt my body especially my BACK. I ve never experienced this before.

The room where my husband and I had our treatments in was so cold, while laying on the bed, I was freezing from the cold.

Normally I change into a gown and slippers, but none of that was given to us.

The way my day was, it was like I went to a 3star hotel.
My whole anniversary was ruined, and it was my 5year wedding anniversary, I wanted it to be special.

And I cannot blame the hotel at all. I ve heard such good things about the 12 Apostles and the restaurants.

The staff was friendly and everyone was welcoming.

But I was not happy with my treatments at all, and I mean, it s not cheap at all.
And to pay so much for something I did not enjoy one bit is ridiculous.

There are so many more that I would like to say still.

But, the main fact right now is that I cannot sleep with all this pain on my back, I feel like I m bruised honestly.

Perfect!

Fantastic hotel, great staff, excellent service, rooms and views are wonderful. Cozy breakfast. Unrivaled hotel based sea views. Special kudos to Tove for her warm smile and embracing personality. Certainly a family venue and epic for Couples. Private cinema and individual catering a boon.
