It was a wonderful experience, we were there on Boxing day for lunch. Wonderful view and food.

The treatment itself was wonderful but I was disappointed in the welcome/how long we had to wait unattended... just expected to feel a bit more like a valued guest...

The 12 Apostles in Cape Town is a great boutique hotel with excellent service!! Had my wife s birthday dinner there with authentic and delicious food...Also enjoyed the high tea at the leopard bar. Overall excellent service and great staff. The restaurant manager Emmanuel and was so wonderful. My family and I enjoyed our time at the 12 Apostles and will definitely return soon!!!

Beautiful lookout, very expensive, not too impressed with food

I visit this spa everytime I'm in Cape Town! I usually enjoy one of the half day packages and it is always worth it! If you include lunch, try the chicken Caesar salad! So good!

Excellent views while having a cup of coffee. Quite pricey for coffee and cake for a family. The gardens and pools are brilliant.

Highly recommend the outdoor massage at the spa bungalows. The view and tranquillity of the Atlantic ocean whilst relaxing is something I will remember for a long time.

An amazing place, absolutely stunning, premium service and food.

Would love to go back but they seem to not answer phones even when you try call 8 times. I have tried to call the Azure resturant and Hotel this morning to book without any luck. Disappointing so will not be coming back.

Beautiful location. The cocktails in the Leopard lounge were ok but I expected better. The menu is too big and varied and although a 5 star hotel, prices were steep for food. We had some sushi and although great quality of fish used found the sauces they put on top of the sushi unnecessary. However, the views are unrivalled and though a little lacking in attentiveness, the staff were professional.

Several places to dine at, and the staff are nearly competing to serve your every whim. The food was great, and the view magnificent. Quite the spoil.

I don't think this is a 5* establishment. The room was pretty much standard, rather small & floors were sticky! The breakfast buffet is standard, but for oysters & champagne. The service at breakfast really lacks 5* attention, used cutlery aren't replaced, asked twice for coffee which never arrived! But for the stunning views & location I can't see how it is classified as a 5* hotel...

Breathtaking views and friendly staff at the Azure restaurant. However the food and service not of five star quality. Main course arrived and our table was not even cleared after asking the waitress twice to clear the table. Cutlery was just placed on side plates randomly on the table. Spa experience was just plain unimpressive and the hygiene of the spa needs some work. As you walk up the stairs you could see how dirty the rocks were. Staff at the spa not very friendly at all. Our guests was very unimpressed and leaving us extremely embarrassed. Definitely would not recommend or go again.

What a place! They really go out of their way to make you feel special at this luxury getaway. The staff are friendly and very attentive, which only adds to the overall experience. The spa is definitely worth visiting as well. The breakfast is incredible! Best hotel breakfast in Cape Town, hands down.

Great place to go for sundowners. Views are awesome and vibe is very friendly and welcoming. Only let down is their space constraints if the hotel itself is busy.

Amazing stay in 12 Apostles Hotel, this hotel is very elegant. Stunning views over the ocean. Restaurants and a bar inside the hotel as well as a spa and swimming pool. Also included is a cinema, go and watch your favourite movie! Staff very friendly and efficient. Food served is deliciously prepared and tasty. A definite must to be experienced!

The hotel was fantastic, beautiful and clean. The staff were very respectful and helpful. The highlight of the hotel is Alex who works at the front desk. The cat was a delight as well. Loved the hotel and the people who worked there, only complaint is that we didn't enjoy the food as much (other than the bread and the breakfast).

Made a booking in the gazibos second time that I get here and I cant have this experience, they tride phoning me on a private number but if you are a business owner like myself I do not answer private numbers and you are a 5 star hotel, there are more professional means of corespondance , just beacause i am not a guest at your hotel this is ok,

I would only visit this place on very special occasions only. The food is expensive, but the experience is worth it.

We regularly go to the Leopard Bar. Great selection and though more expensive than other places, the quality is always great and service excellent. Despite it being in a stunning location we almost always get a table outside on the balcony since it's never full weekday evenings. One of our favourites.

Rude staff. The service doesn t compare to their sister hotel, the oyster box in KZN. Made a reservation for outside seating 3 weeks in advance and it was confirmed multiple times. Was forced to sit at a table and chair that wasnt meant to eat lunch at. Really ruined our New Year s Day as obviously we couldn t find another reseravation anywhere else.

Fantastic facilities. Had my daughter's birthday party with a movie and lunch. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Food tasted awesome and facilities was good. Expensive though but it is a 5 star place

This beautiful hotel most definitely deserve a it's 5 star status. With the mountain as your backdrop and the ocean at your front door, This is one of the most stunning locations in the country. Manages to be top class without feeling pretentious.

Nice location, however, the hotel does not match the vibe and level of staff professionalism of it's sister hotel, Oyster Box. Some of the rooms are quite ordinary too. The Day Spa was ok and the range of services quite good but compared to the Oyster Box spa it is lacking. A bit strange to be underground too, especially given the hotel has a lovely outlook to the ocean.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised with a upgrade to a mountain facing room with a corner view of the ocean. The most comfortable bed and the pillows were amazing - the best sleep we've ever experienced. Then more surprises for us a a bottle of non-alcoholic bubbly as we don't drink alcohol and a beautiful display of chocolate treats. The heated pool has, stunning ocean views. We loved the refreshing cold Rock Pool with mountain views. Our family gifted us with a dinner and movie voucher. The staff are all so professional and friendly and they all made our stay super special. A big thank you to Alex, Juanita, Zolani. Covid protocols were strictly adhered to. to keep us safe. Dinner and breakfast at the Azure restaurant was delightful with a beautiful sunset. After our dinner we went to the 16-seater theatre was so much fun - there was only us and another couple. We were served our popcorn and milkshakes on convenient little pull up side tables. The hotel is so beautiful, surrounded by ocean and spectacular mountain views - it is a truly unique experience.

Won a night's stay here, so didn't get a chance to see all the amenities. The staff are amazing and that goes hand in hand with service. The food is great and the drinks are wherever you need them. There is a spa, a cinema and fantastic views in-between. They have hourly shuttles to and from the city. There are countless things to list here. Overall it's a very upmarket establishment with the service to back it.

My friend and I went there for the afternoon tea and we were not sorry! The scrumptious treats were so filling, although they looked small on the stand. We both couldn't finish our bite-sized offerings. The staff is attentive and friendly. The bar staff were wonderful too. I will certainly go back again!

Its mountains and its all about nature and if nature you seek go vist the area on a nice sunny day lots to see lts to do. And please people think og the poor animals before tou think of littering its not nice growing up with a pease of rope around your neck killing you slowly as you grow. Nature is for everyone to.enjoy keep it natural
