Check-in was seamless, the staff were very professional. The meeting room was well-equipped with audio-visual staff on hand. The food was excellent, not only at the conferencing but also in the restaurant. My weekend was delightful and I would definitely recommend organising an event at this hotel.

Cannot fault the view, the service and the Cocktails.

Lovely to sit in the sun on the balcony and share a delightful high tea with someone special. So many teas to choose from too. Service was great, views spectacular and overall a true treat for a 60th birthday. Certainly recommended

12 Apostles went above and beyond to make my proposal a huge sucess through the rain and (almost) snow. Wonderfull people and stunning place with amazing service and hospitality!! Do not mis an opportunity to visit this place.

Delicious food and great drinks in a stunning setting. The Cape Malay Curry was one of the best meals I have had in South Africa. During non-Covid times, make sure to have a reservation.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful, price versus worth is still to be decided. Attention to detail would improve my rating, for a variety of factors eg. furniture, restaurant service, rusted/dirty spots.

Really classy venue with amazing views across the Atlantic seaboard and an extensive menu and wine list. There's a time and place for old-school decor and approach to service, and dinner here is definitely one such time!

Nestled alongside the Atlantic Seaboard, the 12 Apostles is one of those places that you have to visit when you're in Cape Town. I have been a couple of times and it never fails to please.

Stunning views, friendly staff, good cocktails and good sized meals are all contributing to making The Leopard/ Azzure at the 12 Apostles some of the favourite restaurants/bars in town. We ordered the salmon wrap which we think was a bit overpriced but it was huge, we couldn't finish the whole meal.

The restaurant managers are excellent at what they do, always ready to please and make sure you're comfortable.

We will definitely visit again, maybe for the high tea?

The high tea is appropriately priced, food is amazing and there is alot. The staff are absolutely amazing. Went for my mom's 50th, they made her feel very special, they sang to her. If you want to spoil your mother or someone special in your life go there. The view is also out of this world.

The Leopard Bar is a wonderful venue. Especially if you have your furry companions with you. The only negative is that some of the staff are not as pet friendly as the venue! You could see them visibly recoil from the dogs and move themselves as far out of the way as possible. Our dogs are tiny and very well behaved. In comparison, some of the staff we met at the non pet friendly sections, were far more friendly and relaxed with them. Perhaps they should be chosen instead?

The view is unique! We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and enjoyed every second. We will definitely come back!

Did afternoon tea with a client group at the Leopard bar two weeks ago. The desserts / afternoon tea edibles was amazing! The overall service was not 5* quality though. Took a while to get our afternoon tea tiers served. Also we didnt get offered tea, we had to call a waiter to ask to order tea. A tea menu wasnt provided. The tea I had was quite flavourful though. Service could be improved especially when comparing to other afternoon tea offers in the Cape Town area.

We were hosted by 12 Apostles for the murder mystery dinner evening on October 31st. The event was well organized and my friends and I had an amazing time. The venue was elegant and the decor was super cool/freaky. The food was really great and the hosts were really fun too. The little details like the dry ice and the welcome drinks added so much fun to the evening. Thank you very much

It has been a disappointment to see a Leading Hotel of the World to have become a normal 4 star hotel.
The staff need more training, they chats at the entry hall, at the restaurants, in the corridors for long time without looking at the clients. At restaurants orders made by clients are simply forget, you need to order twice or ask to another waiter, other times they bring different plates than what is requested. During the morning and the day, room service employees are making a lot of noise calling each other, laughing, chatting and slamming doors. No managers are stopping this, they just do the same.
There is no attention avoiding to disturb clients that are sleeping or relaxing.
Rooms are poorly insulated from noise, so you are happy if your neighbours are quiet, you can hear all voices and even listen to the news.
The location of the rooms is also important, if you are at the sea view, than you also have the traffic noise, all included in the price.

I love it here, good service, good food and a nice selection of local wines paired with a beautiful view. Pity that the road is so busy but hey nothing that 12A can do about that.
I have been a few times and will most likely return. Thank you!

It was ok actually. But I wasn't as blown away by the food as I thought I would have done. The chicken Caesar was average. Views are obviously stunning and the building is lovely

If you want class and to be looked after...this is the place.

Amazing and Breathtaking views, friendly and helpful staff. Great service at the restaurants and yummy food. Great getaway even if you just need to sit and watch the sunrise, sunset or the ocean from your patio, couch or bed. Definitely recommend this hotel and will surely be back.

Stupendous view & further more offers excellent hospitality.

I really loved it there, from the picturesque view to the service, impeccable. I just wish though that the other customers at the bar did not feel the need to be uncomfortable because a group of young black lovers-of-things had walked in.

Fabulous hotel, tremendous views, total understated luxury, great experiences on offer, they are all about the small special details! (like a pillow menu to choose from!)

Service was ok at best. Food wasnt prepared at the agreed upon time. Teo guests had their starters when the others had desserts. Only reason i gave two stars is that the venue is nice and the conference facilities were good

Food was more for the masses rather than for the individual. Old cooked bacon. Cold croissants but at least they had oysters.

Light lunch at the Leopard Bar on a cold and rainy afternoon. Pets allowed with a dog and cat menu. Beautiful setting with plush couches. Friendly and attentive service. Good food. Excellent wine list. The best views. Outside seating on balmy and gorgeous summer afternoons. Great for cocktails.

I had a real 5 Star experience, friendly staff and delicious cakes.

Disappointing experience. Spa is messy and staff not very attentive. There are better options in Cape Town.

Our proposal picnic was unfortunately moved inside at the last minute due to weather. The hotel did an amazing job of setting up a private space for us and the indoor picnic was better than we could of imagined. Big thanks to Angus and his team that made this moment even more special for us. The front desk staff and hotel cat were all extremely friendly also. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful scenery, luxurious enterior, helpfull staff, some of them could be a little more approachable though.

Worth the stay, the experience and the money....setting is beautiful with views over the Atlantic Ocean and to the back, you have the 12th Apostels mountains in Cape Town.

Juan and the Team are exceptional. We spent our anniversary weekend with them, they surely know how to make their patrons feel special. Attentive to detail and they go the extra mile by default. Byron practiced Senza una donna by Zucchero from Friday evening and he delivered it in Italian on Saturday from just talking with him about the song and telling him that it was my late mother s favorite - what a great bunch of people! Excellent high tea - the signature 12 Apostle blend is delicious, the food is fantastic and we were surprised by the generous portions. Fernando, was absolutely wonderful - witty, catered to our every need and we just had a blast with him! The ocean backdrop just amplified the experience.

The azur restaurant ... pretty lazy ... it's not worth paying for the menu they offer you ...
