3 days in a row at the hospital with pain in my stomach. Yesterday, the doctor of surgery wanted me to be admitted to have my appendix removed. I refused, I did not feel sick. But this morning I started to doubt what wisdom was and I went back to TSZ.
Nothing but praise for Dr. Matthijsen! What a nice man, by the way! He didn't want to put the knife in right away. After various examinations (ultrasound and CT scan) it turned out that the problem is not with my appendix, I did not need surgery.

So 5! stars for Dr. Matthijsen, but not for the doctor who didn't know and could come up with 'the knife in' as the only solution. If it had been her fault, I would have already lost my healthy appendix last night.
I hope other doctors realize that there are other ways to find out if it was the appendix.
