I go there on a weekly basis for hardware and just had my 1st bad experience. Had a working propane tank filled there and when I went to use the tank it was leaking. Brought it back asking if there was anything they can do? Blame was pushed back on me and had to pay for another tank to be filled. I worked a lot of years in customer service and one thing I know, you never want to loose a frequent repeat customer over $20. Shame.

Beautiful store, associates are friendly & helpful. Wonderful place to shop for casual and outdoor furniture and decor as well as for hardware needs.

My daughter and I stopped by the nursery during quite a hectic rush. And we ended up leaving and coming back later in the afternoon because of how busy they were at the given time. To be entirely frank, the older woman at the register in the garden was a piece of work, to put it nicely. She was very loud and incredibly impolite, it just seemed like she was irritated with our very presence and did not want to be bothered with actually working, and she wore her mask under her chin the entire time we were there, whereas every other employee had them on properly, which felt very disrespectful as a whole. At one point, she stood to the side on her phone while the two other cashiers tried to get the situation under control. A very unprofessional lady. Especially for her age. I highly urge that management should consider removing her from their staffing. She is quite a poor representation of their business practices, especially in comparison to the experience we had later in the day when we came back. The other two girls at the nursery registers, however, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided service as swiftly as they could despite the chaos of so many people trying to ring up all at once. When we stopped back in, it had luckily calmed down substantially. Only a young lady Hailey was there and she was an absolute gem to talk to! Funny, inviting, patient, and very very very accommodating and helpful. She always had a smile on her face and was always willing to answer any questions and offer help. We even bonded about opera together, which was amazing considering her young age. Definitely a much better experience than earlier in the day. All in all, it was a relatively pleasant experience for the most part aside, and we only made a small purchase. After the treatment from the older cashier, I almost didn't want to come back but I m very glad we did. Ms. Hailey was quite an improvement and was very lively. And the other young lady was quite nice as well, though I did not interact with her much, nor did I happen to catch her name because she was gone when I came back. But she was lovely, nonetheless. I will be coming back in the future. They have great plants and gorgeous nursery. My first impression was very disappointing, but after my second visit I was pleasantly surprised and quite impressed. I'll just try to steer away from that one cashier in the future.

Horrible public relations skills. I have been there three times and two of them were apparently at closing time and at least 4 employees were rude (I was unaware they were closing. Thought they closed at 9 but it's 8) They were curt, impatient and the manager rushed me out very loudly sayng "I have cashiers that have to go home!" I had no idea....I got in my car at 8:02. no lie! It wasn't like I held them up. They do not care if you tell ten people of your experience. They do not care to do a good deed or give a smile or give people a good experience. I will never go there again.

Awesome experience there. For one , the nicest and not well maintained Ace Hardware I ve ever stepped foot into. Two , the store manager , Will, was BEYOND helpful and clearly explained and demonstrated the Stihl chainsaw I later bought. Went over all the buttons , how to safely operate , and tips and tricks. They ve got a customer for LIFE !!

They're the best hardware store on the PLANET!!! They've got a guy in there that knows ABSOLUTELY EVERYthing!!! And he knows where it is 2! He's AWESOME!!

I m Over The Moon! I had been looking for a specific type of cacti for about a month and after inquiring with Wyatt in the nursery department he came through for me! Even beyond what I expected. The selection here at Ace Turner is hands down the best in town. Thank you Wyatt for such great communication and beautiful selection and your staff is always so knowledgeable and helpful.

one time i went ace and spoke with a young man named nick. he helped me with what i needed and knew exactly what he was talking about. as i left he even reminded me to drive safe. it is so hard to find good service these days but ace is great!

Knowledgeable staff, but some prices are out of hand.

Absolute worst customer service ever. My husband tried to buy a Stihl Blower for $200 today. Lauren was an absolute delight & extremely kind & helpful. She went to the back to get the blower & was taking it out of the box. A short brunette lady then came up and forbid the transaction because the item was in the box & not on the shelf. Apparently they had no one in the store to turn on the blower to make sure it runs. My husband didn t care & stated if it didn t work at home he would return the item. It blew his mind she still forbid the transaction & lost the store $200. He was also extremely embarrassed for Lauren as she was talked down to in a very demeaning way. He asked for a manager/owner & the brunette lady stated they don t work on Sundays & there was nobody he could talk to. He then drove to the Neptune Beach location & bought the blower with no issues. He s still dumbfounded by the whole situation. Quite a shame.

Don t buy furniture here unless you have physically laid your eyes on it. I was told (after an inventory check), that a different Ace had the pieces I wanted. So I paid at this Ace and drove to the other. Turns out, they didn t have the table. Now I have to wait 8-10 weeks. To top it off, after they already agreed to assemble and deliver it, I get a call asking to pay for assembly and delivery. Getting a hold of a manager to voice my complaints is impossible. They re conveniently never available. I asked for a loaner table while waiting for delivery, they said no. Never offered a discount or anything. Terrible, terrible customer service. A shame because I like their furniture. But I won t be buying here again.

Everyone was very helpful & Ace had everything I needed.

When I walked into the Garden Center the employee had her back to the door, while she was on the internet, she did not acknowledge me, or even turn her head to make facial contact. As I walked around, I entered the interior plant area, a blonde haired man on a latter was placing pottery on the shelves, again no acknowledgement of my presence. I feel if employees work in a retail environment that interact with customers they need to be more friendly and inviting.

The staff is very friendly but not overly so. The quality and variety are impressive. The prices reflect the quality.

They do a good job at taking care of their customers, but are horrible at managing employees. They fire without notice and ban former employees from the store. I know this because I used to work there, and they "let me go" due to budget cuts when I was in serious need of money. I've been back to visit and shop, only for them to threaten to call the cops if I came in again.

Very nice merchandise in this store however so ridiculously overpriced it is JAW DROPPING !!!

Came here as my final attempt to find sand a couple days before hurricane Matthew was supposed to hit and they had it! Thankfully I didn't end up flooding but I felt better having the sand anyways.

The friendliest, conscientious and safety first team i can ever ask for run this store. Keeping customers safe is key and they win my appreciation. When I asked for help I got advice and references. Conveniently located and parking in the front is available. They do carry parts for modern and older equipment which makes them unique.

Awesome store. Like no other hardware store I have ever been to. They have everything and I mean everything.

I have been going to Ace for home and not projects for years. They have a fantastic selection of fasteners and tools but the most important aspect is the ease of finding things and the knowledge of the staff. I never go to big box stores unless I can't find it at Ace! The discount cards in the mail are also a great opportunity to save.

If I am having trouble with things around the house, I can usually get good advise from them.

On July 2, 2020. I met the most friendliest, informative, mannerable employee by the name of Dayveon! I'm not sure if. I spelled his name right but he is a awesome individual! Keep being amazing!!

Came to top off 2 standard 20lb propane tanks ahead of the hurricane. Which would be less than a single full refill and was told they don't do that. Silly to miss out on business. Took to U-Haul and they were happy to fill for me.

Went to the electrical department looking for a strain relief and a cable clamp. The two men working in the area had no clue as to what I was asking for. Found them on my own.

This has to be one of the largest ace stores I have ever been to. The selection is top notch. It's not a home depot so don't expect lots of lumber etc, this is more of an ace hardware on steroids. You should expect Ace hardware prices however. In addition to the great selection you get the great ace hardware customer service. They are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and very happy to help you with all your needs. All in all if you want an ACE this is the place...see what I did there. If you are looking for a home depot then go across the street.

Great experience until I returned my rental. The lady at the front, I think her name was Tammy, was not helpful and had the sassiest tone as she charged me extra for my rental. Maybe she was having a bad day but I felt disrespected the second we started talking. Gonna go to the ace from the road from now on. It s cheaper anyways.

Very pleasant experience, the young man who helped me was very helpful and courteous. Made sure I was happy with my purchase. Sorry I didn't get his name...but I do know he is in flight school and hopefully one day he will be seen behind the controls of Airforce One. Very nice young man. Great to shop in a place where they have this caliber of help.

Terrible service when getting a key duplicated. While I waited for the more skilled key guy to get there i was looking at the key molds had the same brand as the one I had when the guy got there he shooed me away like I was a child that shouldn't be there. Than ask what make my key went to and I said peterbilt and he said we can't do it. I don't know what goes into making a key but it felt like he just didn't want to deal with it.

Didn't have product I looked at online on their website and couldn't order it either very disappointed.

They are reconfiguring the store and it looks very nice. It seems the selection has been reduced.

Ace all the way! Great customer service and a clean, organized store. Good for small projects since some stuff is expensive but the price is worth it for the awesomeness of the store. They have good deals a lot if the time. I enjoy shopping at this ace store.
