December 2020 - It is winter in Dubai, expect average temperature of 26 'C.
Hotel offers world class service, variety of daily breakfast (and Vegan options). My room was spacious, included was an Iron/board, Safe, ample power sockets, bar fridge, desk to do my work, spacious bathroom with washing line.
Location is perfect, within walking distance bus stops as well as the Metro (sky train = Dubai Internet City Station)
It has an adequate Gym, Steam Room and swimming pool. I spent 13 nights and do intend return on my next visit.

The bathroom has a permanent smell of urine, even after cleaning. Beware of the hotel is a white taxi rip off the guests and the double price, only the yellow taxis use .. have the hotel manager addressed and he wanted to take care of it, but nothing happened the work apparently together. The breakfast was very bad, everywhere were leftovers so I can not recommend this hotel !!

4Stars hotels , excellent location , good for family tourists , a modern hotel with the annoyance of loud bars or night clubs (dry hotel )

Very Far from Dubai airport, all the terminals. Also nearest Metro Station is Dubai Internet city station,which is also 5-10mins drive. No bus stops near, no complimentary airport services. Room is quite okay, reception services is good, very helpful and interactive. Landmark of this Rotana media. Closest place from this hotel to look is jumeriah beach.

This is a great hotel that meets all my expectations. This is the fourth time I visit Dubai and for me it is the best accommodation ... really everything is special and nice The reception is nice of all the staff and nationalities, the ease of admission procedures and the room are ... The location of the hotel is great and there is a grocery store open throughout the day with all the facilities available ... Thank you dear brother at the reception A very creative person ... I would really recommend everyone to stay in this hotel is the most wonderful and is suitable for families

Everything is good. But one thing which I really hate that they are charging so much rent and did not give free drinking water. The name is Good, location neatness also. And saving money from little things which I think is not costly at all

Not recommended, They booked the room at a certain price and you're surprised they want to change the price and make it double and when you say no than you must make check out . There's no respect for the client by the manager.

This hotel is close to the Emirates Mall (which is not as spectacular as the Dubai Mall). The hotel offers a free transfer to the Emirates Mall.
The room was a good size and the bathroom in particular was great.

We had the most amazing experience at Golden Tulip Media hotel and if it wasn't for them, our Dubai holiday wouldn't have been the same.
From start to finish everything was just perfect. Our flight arrived late on our first night in, so we missed the dinner hours and they sent us complimentary room service, which was really kind.
During our 1-week stay, our room was thoroughly cleaned every single day, our bathroom cosmetic minis were replenished regularly and the food was just exceptional. We had the half board package and never had the same meal twice (except for their heavenly hummus), as the cooks made sure the food was diverse and cooked with fresh ingredients. All necessary Covid-19 precautions were taken seriously and all guests were asked to oblige (masks on and safety distance).
The best thing however were the staff, and in particular Victoria, Mohammad and Aziz. They went above and beyond to satisfy all of our needs, delivered an exceptional customer service and made us feel at home. And that is what differentiates a regular hotel from a second home abroad. Thank you, Golden Tulip Media, you made Dubai unforgettable for us!

I had earlier rated this hotel and gave it a 5 start and now iam giving it a one start because we put down a booking fee which they said they will return to us at the end of out stay. That was in December 2020, its now March 2021 and every time we call them, they give us excuses.

Staff is very friendly, clean hotel, food is very good, it deserves the money you give

Good room but the room smell a cigarette you talk to reception and they said ok ok but no one do it , you come to hotel to take a rest but they come to you at 11.45 call you and nooks the do so hard until you wake up just for said to you it s time for checking out you want to buy 190 more or you will check out and the service for the room so bad i stay for 5 days they come to clean but the bed or the towel they don t take them to clean even it was a napkin in room when they come to clean the room they don t take it at all .

Booked through RCI India, very good deal, nice location, within few km distance of Dubai Marina, mall of Emirates, Jumeirah etc. Limited Indian dishes in room order menu but taste is very good. Morning breakfast was very good, chef went extra mile to make veg dishes. Multiple free shuttles to different malls like the pointe, the beach, mall of Emirates etc.

I stayed 2 nights at the hotel, went at 9am and I got offered a room immediately so I didn t need to wait till check in time.
The room I stayed in was 1215 and it was quite spacious and very clean.
The bed is extremely comfy and the bathroom is impeccable and has great lighting (all toiletries were provided so you don t need to bring your own shaving kit, comb, toothpaste or toothbrush etc.)
During checkout I asked if I could leave the bags behind and was offered a late checkout, which I didn t use but definitely a nice gesture.
There is a mini mart attached to the hotel building which is quite convenient.
The metro station is about 10-15 mins walking from the hotel and the hotel offers free shuttle busses to some places ( mall of The Emirates is one of them)

Located at Barsha Heights residential area, with offices and surrounding residential complex. Many marts around and buses towards city centre.

The rooms are very small and suitable for an overnight stay

It is a good hotel with swimming pool, a generous breakfast is served

Food is either too salty or bland.
I've ordered spaghetti Aglio olio chicken and garlic but their chef put capsicum, broccoli, beans and cauliflower ( what the hell!! ). I don't know if their chef really knows how to cook or what. Reception people and room service was good and accommodating but will never book this property again because of their food, taste and variants are not worth your money they need to improve their food.

Great Value for money. Spacious & clean rooms. Bathroom came with a bathtub though it could ve been cleaner. Breakfast was average. Service was good & staff were friendly. Taxis readily available outside the hotel. Only 10 to 15mins to Mall of the Emirates which has pretty much everything. (AED25 taxi fare). Overall satisfied.

What a Shameful Act Mr Yousif in lobby im tourist guide comes with my gusts stay in your hotel and they said wait for us then we leave for desert safari . Im waitin in lobby while they are preparing for next toure and wants to read newspapers palaced on lobby for public use mr yousuf come to me took newspaper from my hand and he said thats only for gust not for you thats way to treat tourist guide and you expect recommendations to stay in your hotel in that way you guyes treat tourist guidies never recommended sorry for say that one of bad experience i have in hotel lobby in my career please do give your staff proper training hows to behave with people please specially guides hope someone takes my feedback seriously

You can't ask something better at this price. Close to the metro, clean, nice room, sauna.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been in to, the customer service is really bad and they never clean your room.
The reception did not tell me guest are not allowed and I had guest over and they made a big deal out of it and they were really rude to me and to my guest.
The AC is not that good and it feels hot and the room always smells.

Very good hotel! Great. Good breakfast and room! It has omelet and other options. Close to the subway. There is a very good and cheap pizza and pasta franchise nearby, called Broccoli (it's worth it). There is a market under the hotel and a carrefour very close. I recommend!

Very good value against money as a 4 starts hotel, my room was Deluxe King Room, breakfast has alot of varieties, dinner buffet is poor, the room was clean, comfortable and the whole staff members are very kind and cooperative.
Only tv channels needed to be increased.
