Only cool air conditioner in the room. There is no sound isolation between the rooms, but there is a closed door between me and the room next to me. Changing its location is nothing worth experiencing.
No TV either

Unfortunately, they are afraid of God. Mozart restaurant dinner. I delete him from Bali because they are playing loud and annoying music. Every Monday because I love the sea buffet. I used to eat there for a long time. They did not drown their legs and now they get down and see it as a great sin to eat the musicians.

Buffet breakfast options are very limited .. Corridors where the wind discreetly because of the aromatic smells on the carpet .. Furnishing old and carpet needs change .. Cleanliness of the rooms and must not .. Headrests and beds are not comfortable.
The bathrooms are beautifully decorated but the sewer and you with dignity need wiring.
The hotel I give it three stars not four. Option for me to walk the situation for one night only.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotel has parking, a feature required by some and I see it as good.

Very old, and rusty hotel. Meeting rooms are very old fashioned and should get renovated as soon as possible. Holiday Inn - Chain in riyadh has fallen down in ranks. I do not recommend for meetings, not sure about the rooms.

The Rayeq Hotel for accommodation is characterized by the quietness of the place and its cleanness, and from the five star hotels, the breakfast is sweet but the laundry is overpriced. The prices are overpriced, the laundry is ok but the rest of the service is as sweet as the Arabic coffee ...

The buffet restaurant is very poor and needs to add more quantities and the flavors are good to eat
The buffet price was approximately 145 riyals for 165 riyals
The hotel has a good location but needs improvement to keep pace with the current generation

The hotel is still decent but the rooms and facilities are already lacking compared to other 4 star hotels. This hotel badly needs a renovation. It does not look modern at all. The pool and gym can only be accessed by male guest. Food at the buffet was okay. It was nothing special. Breakfast was also only okay. The hallway leading up to our room smell like cigarettes. Staff were all professional and friendly. Only downside was the front desk assigned to us did not speak English.

A bad visit will not be repeated

A bad visit will not be repeated

The Ramadan Iftar "open buffet" is one of the worst choices:
1- The employment is bad.
2- The workers can be tied for normal walking
3- The taste in food is very poor
4- Variety is "bad." Why is it that they have 5 needs. The first is a table for sweets. "You can get it in any grocery store, by God the same thing !!
The second table for dairy and juices
The third is the popular eating table "bad" Meat is scarce and chicken is like Bukhari of average quality !!!
At the same table, mashed potatoes, lasagna, and potatoes
The fourth table sambousa without taste! And one type pastry without taste !!! There are three kinds of soup in the same table, "I tried the lentils," grilled soup on a moaih !!!
The fifth table included appetizers and salads, "varieties of groceries" !!!
The sixth table, in fact, is not a table, consisting of a corner of shawarma and falafel, and I don t know what !! Shawarma is too small and too slow in addition to bad service !!!

On the whole my experience was in a group breakfast for the company
I listened to criticism, too
The general atmosphere is bad
There are no aromatic fragrances, soothing the place in some corridors that smells of people's bodies
The price is exaggerated, because there are luxury restaurants for 99 riyals

Old hotel that has undergone some renovation. Although the staff are nice and helpful, the facility is old and dingy. Towels in the rooms are good and plentiful. Bed was comfortable bit the carpet in the room is dirty. Food there is not the best, only eat there if you have too. Although food sercice has improved but in my opinion they have a long way to go. On my last visit I had couple of disappointing incodents; used dirty slippers were packed and placed in the closet for next guest; and food ordered from room service was delivered wrong. The response time for correction was also bad. Considering the rate of the hotel there are many other hotels in riyadh that provided better service and experience for the same. I will try to avoid staying there if I can.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Izdihar for approximately 3 months in 2012 and frankly, it was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in - and I've sampled quite a few, as my job requires me to travel most weeks.
I was completely appalled by the lack of standards that I witnessed time and time again. I cannot say enough bad things about whoever it was that granted this hotel 5-star status.
The shortcomings range from consistent little sources of irritation (such as the front desk staff forgetting to perform wake up calls, or some of the hotel employees discussing random topics very loudly at around 3AM outside my room door/window) to a worrying absence of standards in areas such as hygiene - I once had to wait for 3 days before anyone bothered to clean up my room, for instance. In another case, one of my colleagues mentioned he found two or three empty bottles, as well as a number of other items that would be considered rubbish, under his mattress.
The list goes on: non-smoking rooms smelling like giant ashtrays upon check-in, inappropriate behavior from staff members on more than one occasion, empty minibars, excruciatingly slow pace of room service, etc.
The only possible redeeming point to this whole experience would have been the ability to gain Priority Club points. Unfortunately, my colleagues and I were denied even this, a feature most hotel chains would consider basic. The reason, apparently, was that, as corporate clients, we enjoyed some sort of discounted rate (which at upwards of $200 a night, I assume makes the Izdihar branch one of the most expensive Holiday Inns around).
