Were there at the end of November. We liked the hotel. But, as I said, it's pretty far off the beaten track.
Some of the rooms are a bit small (for 3 people -with one child- quite cramped. My aunt had a single room which was twice as big. They should have paid more attention to the allocation. However, they made it possible for us to stay on the same 2nd floor our rooms have - therefore TOP again)

The breakfast buffet is varied, the evening buffet less (did not book half board but sometimes ate there in the evening - it costs 60 AED per person, so just under 15 - too expensive for the measly selection)

Free shuttles to beautiful Marina Beach or Mall of Emirates.
The bus to the beach was actually jam-packed every day. Hotel then drove its hotel guests privately. But the way back is exactly the same ... only there was usually no second bus.
Are more often back by taxi - prices are ok. Cheaper than in Germany definitely. Most drive with a taxi meter (recommended - otherwise you will be ripped off - NO fixed prices, otherwise you will always pay more.)

Supermarket directly at the hotel is open 24 hours.

It is best not to exchange money in the hotel. The course is worse. The course is much better in the Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates.

We would come again.
Everyone was very friendly and competent.

The rooms are narrow ...
The hotel is suitable for families only and visitors do not accept something very comfortable and inconvenient ....
Dealing with taste and ethics ....
Brother Ahmed and brother Atta treated them very wonderful ....
There is a swimming pool in the first floor .... and massage in the last round ...
I would not recommend the tour desk next to the reception ....
There is a supermarket next to the hotel opening 24 hours ....

Clean, spacious hotel with efficient and attentive staff.
Clean swimming pool with an equally clean gym with a wide choice of machines.
Cooking (breakfast / lunch or dinner) always the same. We have to change the map. It is boring and the fruit juice is undrinkable because it is soluble.
Negative point no entertainment in the hotel and no place to rest in the evening
It is close to amenities

Modern, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Unique two notes: 2 days out of 7 in linen withdrew that dirty and they forgot to leave clean towels and a good breakfast to varieties of "salty" and quite disappointing for the "sweet" part (and 2 times we had to change the cups coffee as not well cleaned). Overall very satisfying experience, 8-10 minutes walk from the metro station, supermarket open 24h / 24 very close to the hotel (right at the corner). Convenient free shuttle services to shopping centers and beach and tour operators to organize guided tours and make tickets always present on the ground floor of the hotel. Taxis, however, always present in the area and available.

I would never stay here again! I ve been here 2 weeks the staff are very rude, I ve asked to go into my room cause I ve left my wallet there and they saying they can t until I pay...how does that makes sense if I can t go into the room. Very angry. I would never stay here again

The hotel withdrew money from the card twice. Upon arrival and departure. The amount is certainly not small, and now a month has passed and we can t return the money in any way. They called and wrote, no answer. Horrible attitude towards customers after leaving.

Nice and clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
There is a convenience stall just behind the hotel and the prices are reasonable.
However, breakfast wasn t to my liking. Just a personal preference.

Good hotel. Clean, very comfortable bed. The suit has everything necessary. Very good staff - helps in all situations.
We didn t like the food a lot - it was just OK.
And the minus is the bathroom in standard suits - it is pretty small. You don t have enough space to comfortably open the door. And after taking a shower lots of water could be outside of the shower stall.

10 minutes walk from metro station. There shuttles to the beach, but they are pretty overcrowded at primetime.

The pool is small, but it s ok if you want to cool down a bit just inside the hotel)

The small supermarket with acceptable prices is in the ground floor outside of the hotel. You can find everything there.

Bad hotel inhabited by Indians and East Asia and a few Arabs
The rooms are bad in terms of carpet cleanliness, bad smell and space is small depending on the room.
The foreign reception is helpful, in which an Egyptian person treats him and his style badly
The breakfast is excellent with many varieties
An experience that will not be repeated in all Golden Tulip branches

The hotel is the most ordinary, it is not clear what happened to the cleaning, or we pressed the button so that they would not clean, or they simply did not clean. It is very far to the beach, and to the center too, they took it only because of the attractive price.

The front desk looks nice but the rooms left a lot...

The front desk looks nice but the rooms left a lot to be desired. The carpets look like they have not been sucked out for a long time. We got a second room because in the bathroom, the plaster from the ceiling has dissolved and fell continuously to the floor. In the second room the iron was broken. Bed linen and toilet were clean. The second room and a new iron we got immediately but next time we prefer to book a star more!

Had a very unpleasant experience. Stayed here for two days.
There was no warm water coming in the washroom. Even the swimming pool water wasn't temperature controlled. It was too cold. Emergency light and fire alarm came on multiple times during the night.The worst thing , the engineering team said they don't provide HDMI cables to connect laptop to television. What was the point of having a media hub in the room then? Engineering team said guest has to carry their own cables which is absurd. Worst hotel experience.

The staff and concierge here is amazing. Maurice and Rhashia (Russia) made us feel so welcome and I definitely will be coming back here.
One thing I definitely miss the most is the hotel smell. It has it's own fragrance that is so welcoming and inviting

We stayed at this hotel and arrived exactly 5 minutes late for breakfast because of the elevator. the staff refused to let us in because they are cleaning up, and the breakfast ended even though we were only 5 minutes late. After talking for a while to explain then they had let us in and got us some supposedly fresh fruit, it wasn t fresh so we couldn't eat it and left. This was the first time in my life that I see a hotel refusing to serve breakfast just because guests were 5 minutes late. And while we were waiting for them to get fruit, there was a kid 6 or 7 years old trying to tiptoe to get juice but the staff who saw and ignored was not helping the kid. This hotel with very bad service system, not recommended. I stayed in many other tulip branches before and it used to be one of my favorite hotel chains. Unfortunately, I will never come back to this hotel again.

Worst hotel I've stayed in at Dubai. There are so many better options for just 20% higher cost. That said, compared to an average European hotel, value for money is good.
On the sad side:
1) we got a room that was 1/3 smaller than others on the same floor
2) variety and quality at breakfast was low for Dubai standards
3) we had to let the water run for 10+ minutes to get hot water
Positives:
1) good location
2) friendly staff

Visiting with family. Unable to relax due to the ...

Visiting with family. Unable to relax due to the very loud ongoing construction noise less than 30 meters away for what appears to be a very long construction project for a new hotel. So be mindful of this for the next 1-2 years from this date ween booking this hotel. In the end we moved to an entire new location with no construction. After observing the construction for many hours I have determined that despite they are working on foundation supports at this point, the noise actually comes from the way the construction crew chooses to remove the extracted dirt from the large hole digger. Instead of simply removing the dirt by hand, they use the machine to bang the large iron hole digger to free the dirt. This crates a very loud and unnecessary banging noise every 5min! Terrible!!

Hotel management should take action against to construction company and crew to simply stop the unnecessary noise.

Also the Korean restaurant is very expensive and nothing special. Bad value for money.

Excellent hotel with an excellent location to the station. Metro to go 10 minutes Russian-speaking staff in the hotel live mostly non-Russian Well this is anyone minus someone plus food awesome is everything! Meat, chicken, fish! In short, I was very pleased! Thanks to the staff))

Breakfast is the same every day. No logic in offers. Example... a dish ordered in room service is 35 AED but if you come down to the restaurant and collect it, they charge 50 AED!
Concierge Maurice is an excellent help and a good staff. You cant drink water in the restaurant if you are not part of rhe buffet...you pay AED 18 for a bottle.
