The staff is great, they take care of everything. They are very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, change linen every day. We are very pleased.

terrible hotel of my life. reception guy . terrible hotel of my life. My guest arrived in Dubai and he asked for help finding a good hotel, I thought this hotel was good and advised him to golden tulip media. we went there I rented a room for him, and the reception guy asked me where I live, although I don t rent a room for myself, and what difference does it make where I live, I rent for another person because he does not know English, I help him. asks where I live funny like that. the room is also terrible although they charge 350 dirhams per day. I was very sorry that I advised a terrible hotel. and immediately changed the hotel. reception guy behaves as if guests live free of charge ....lol

The rooms are well equipped and the services are proffesional in the most of cases. Improvements can be done for food diversity and the attitude of receptionists.

The service at this hotel is amazing. All the staff are helpful, hospitable and caring. We complained about the smell of smoke in our room, they did not hesitate to change rooms in the minute and upgrade us to a suite. And the best is Maurice! He is the best employee of the hotel, he deals mainly with French tourists and has lots of good plans. Do not hesitate to call on him, he will be happy to take care of you as he should!

I think it is a very normal hotel .. its bathroom is good, but the apartment that they gave me feels very normal.

Great location to whom working in Dubai Internet City. Staff are good service is acceptable.

The room windows are locked and sealed so the rooms never get ventilated which is why there s a constant musty and damp odour. Their AC works like a fan so you re still very hot. I m surprised by the other reviews because they gave this place a good review. Worst hotel I ve been to. And the customer service is just OK except for Maurice who made us feel welcomed. The only good aspect is that the hotel is near the mall and other facilities.

Superb hotel very well placed, very clean room, attentive staff, decent pool, really top hotel.
Small shopping center 150m away with a carrefour market, a barber, a laundromat and a shisha restaurant.
Special mention to Maurice who speaks French and who will make you love your stay even more. A very helpful man who knows dubai like no other.

A good hotel in Dubai, the T-Com area is reasonably priced, the cleanliness is good and the food needs to be improved

Peace be upon you. The hotel was good but now it needs a change in the cleaning furniture. What is good? What is coming down with it? Akramkum Allah. The day came the person in charge of maintenance. He said that these lights reflect and inform the yellow people. All foreigners have attributed very little Gulfs. I have pictures of what God can bring down.

The service is great. Staff is Child friendly. Breakfast is decent and nice. Kids loved time in the pool. In room menu had great options after midnight.

Venue for my grand daughter's Ist birthday...ambience excellent, food good and service good.

Absolutely excellent! Right from the reception, to the restaurant, room service, they were awesome. Very warm people and always willing to assist. The amenities are new and top notch. There were arrangements for a free bus to Mall of Emirates, and the beach. I highly recommend Golden Tulip Media to anyone coming to Dubai.

Hygiene, service and breakfast were very good. Only many of them are air conditioned and have a good night's sleep. The climate and who I turn off are automatically turned on. We take every day from the reception, but not our full needs.

There has been some Corona-caused limitations concerning the food but the hotel is really doing its best to keep up a very good service, carried out by very friendly and diligent staff.

This hotel is just amazing place to stay with a family! We spent 3 lovely weeks what a beautiful place!
Everything was good, the room, services, food, all the people working there are so lovely and professional! Chef Anthony , Mercy and Mary thank you for what you're doing you make us feel like home with your attention!
During this pandemic you guys are doing your best to keep everywhere clean i really appreciate that!

I love this hotel.. management was really good and helpful.. check-in was really smooth

The hotel is excellent for Gulf families especially the lack of a liquor bar as well as the lack of a night club

The hotel is quiet and comfortable to stay in, but has several drawbacks including:
- Lack of attention to hygiene in several sites such as windows filled with dirt and a photo attachment
- Lack of good ventilation in the toilet and when bathing with hot water you will notice a mute
- The air conditioner does not cool down quickly and needs time, especially when you enter the room for the first time, so make it functional even when you leave the room.
- Juices in open breakfast predominantly water and can hardly taste the taste
- You can not read messages received from the reception across the screen because of the problem of encoding and appear as question marks and do not know what they sent you (picture attached)

Advantages:
- Reliance on the technology in the room facilities as a touch screen to control the lighting and television feature wireless connectivity with Android smartphones and Windows devices
- Voice messages over the phone room
- The presence of facilities in the same building such as integrated grocery, barber, women's salon and another men's and spa and sports club

Good hotel located in a fairly comfortable area, clean rooms, the only flaw the restaurant is not up to a hotel and is not provided with bar service !!

The hotel is unique in all respects so I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Dubai

The location of the hotel is very close to the mall and the Emirates Mall.

Hotel is very nice, and staff is also good, with almost all facilities that we have in 4 start hotel with good way. One speciality is their breakfast managed by very professional guy Sh. Muhammad Sultan. He keeps on changing the things to improve it even more. I liked their services..

Only problem is we can't bring our guests to the room, which is embarrassing in front of guests.

A very nice hotel. Off the main drag hence a slightly lower price but will not take long to get to the Marina or JBR or the Palm. Good rooms and service. No alcohol but there are good hotels and bars within very easy walking distance (at least 3 are within 3 mins walk).

It's very nice. It's tidy and clean except that there's no tub in the bathroom. I don't know because I didn't eat breakfast.

Stayed there for six nights in February 2021 and loved my overall stay. A complete family experience with spacious rooms, good service, and decent pool.

Read some good reviews on booking.com for their breakfast but for me it was average. Rest everything was perfect.

I loved the hotel and the service, but the breakfast is not very good.

Agoda deceived us because it was supposed to be a kitchenette in the hotel room and we were ready for it. Standard hotel for the Tecom district. Generally clean ok but the bathroom had mold marks on the ceiling and the curtains were dirty. The rooms were very small and for an 11 day stay and the amount of luggage there were no wardrobes to hide clothes. There are much better hotels on Tecom than the golden tulip.

The place very well the regular location, only a small incident with the cleanliness of the rooms, however I would recommend it without being a first option, we found an intimate garment of woman (thong) used between the towels was quite disgusting we reported it at reception and not There was no tangible answer, even like they laughed.

My favorite place in town, Thanks to Mr. Youssef who's making my stay smooth all the time. The reception team are fantastic and the rooms are super clean.

The food is good and varied and the breakfast is nicer than the fabulous hotel in general is excellent
