The room is clean and quite comfortable, the mattress could be softer. Most of the staff are very nice.

Nice hotel and good breakfast, unfortunately very few power points in the room.

Housekeeping could do a better job and staff could be better trained.

The rooms are clean, but a bit worn. Breakfast buffet good and rich. Staff friendly and very helpful. Dinner below average. Obviously you have never heard of vegetarians there. Even with the evening buffet only meat and side dishes. Neither fish nor vegetarian dishes on offer.

A typical travel hotel, nothing outstanding but nothing bad either. Breakfast ok. Small bar not so good for relaxing in.

Modern hotel for city breaks. Parking in the courtyard. Free bus to the city. Attentive staff. In the evening pleasant on the terrace or in the hotel lobby.

Good nice hotel both for business customers and for us the normal holiday makers.

Hotel is unfortunately in a not too nice area, but the center of beautiful Celle is very close.

Anyway ... if you want to visit Celle this hotel is definitely recommended.

We were with a tour group 4 days in the hotel. All rooms very well! Nice good breakfast buffet. Half board from the buffet very well. Friendly waitresses. We felt very well!

Business trip. Good restaurant and bar with comfortable room. Friendly staff at the desk who organised taxis very well.

Helpful staff and good rooms. Parking is all right and conveniently located. They offer a good breakfast here! Location wise, you would be situated behind the Celle train station, which you will have to pass in order to get to the historical city centre with the castle and everything else. If you like to walk, then this will be perfectly manageable on foot. However otherwise, you might consider taking tour vehicle to one of the central parking lots which are not overpriced. Taxi service is good and you might want to drop off at the 'Stechbahn', which is the former knight tournaments place in front of the big church. Castle and historical city easily reached from there. Ich erwarte von einem 5 Sterne Hotel mehr. Keine Zahnbecher, abgenutzte Einrichtung, sehr schmutzige Fenster, das kann man besser machen.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Staff very friendly. Eat good. I think it's not okay that you have to pay for the parking at the hotel.

Very simple and not exactly clean rooms, partly unfriendly reception, breakfast is okay. Free parking spaces are scarce, hotel parking is subject to a charge.

Great starting point for a weekend in Celle. Not right in the old town, but bus stop in front of the door.

It was a very nice stay. It was on special requests and the breakfast was great. Only the fresh vegetables which, according to the notice in the elevator, should be there missing us. But there was so much choice, there was nothing to complain about. The hotel is also wheelchair accessible.

We had booked a package (with Seregenti Park). I do not know if that was the reason for us a (also for a three star hotel) room without mini bar, too small with extra bed and therefore hardly walkable, with broken toilet bowl and up to 2 young ladies (once Enpfang and once breakfast service) relatively unfriendly (which is absolutely not possible, if a supervisor anschnautzt his staff in front of the guests!) offer.

Room was quite tired and could use an update. Breakfast was good and rich. For a short visit quite suitable.

Breakfast was great ... But under kid-friendly I understand something else including the food for the little ones (in the evening) ... A certain waitress was very rude and she should not run young people in their place (although she herself is young) Parking fee is also very exaggerated ...

Very bad internet connection, definitely not for business traveling.

The best hotel I have visited in Celle!

The team really is very nice and dedicated. The rooms are spotless, the food leaves nothing missing and wishes of the guests are taken into account and implemented directly.

Hotel TRYP is definitely my favorite for a stay in Celle!

Worst hotel I have stayed in for quite a while. The rooms are tiny with two single beds put together rather than a double bed. No air conditioning and opening the window meant smoke coming in from people outside. The hand soap, shower gel and tissues had all run out and the floor was not clean. The tap sent water everywhere because it had not been descaled for ages. No power socket anywhere near the bed. Car park clearly too small. Beds fairly comfortable though and breakfast was decent (though tablecloth had several stains).

A bit off the beaten track, into the old town it is a bit on foot - you know before and is not a problem. Breakfast is good and in the usual price level. What was not ok: room smelled smokey - even my friendly note at the front desk did not matter: fully booked. OK, on the first day maybe, everything was pretty crowded ... But I was there a few nights and there was no later change of rooms allowed. It is a pity that there was no other accommodation, such as the horrendous parking fees or something to offer on the house ... Something as a sign of goodwill ... Lack of service in this field.

Price - performance do not agree. Little service. Getting liquid soap from the dispenser in the bathroom poses a challenge. More than 2 kilometers to the city center. Bus timetable at stop not available.

Breakfast was ok, the cleanliness in the room but not so much. Please do not save on the cleaning staff.

Tidy but not so new. The breakfast is good. There are quite a lot of parking places. The basic wifi option is only 100 MB of data per day and only 0,5 Mbps.

Room ok except that only 1 socket was available! WiFi was not that great for me! Room otherwise ok! The restaurant is absolutely great prices and I can't say anything negative about the breakfast and staff! Keep it up!

Good location near the station. Every morning breakfast with freshly baked bread. Spacious rooms with TV and WiFi.

Lovely again. Very clean modern and friendly. Nice staff to take care of, no overpriced parking fee (5 per day) large buffet at breakfast and lunch // dinner it really lacks nothing. On warm days fan in the room. Single storey shower. Small room (bathroom) optimally used !!! To feel good!!!!

Stayed here many times. Rooms are very good but the breakfast is the highlight. Lots of choice and have already booked again.
Only complaint was the school party that stayed on the Saturday night. The kids were not supervised and our quiet Sunday morning start was not possible. Kids running about and a total lack of respect for other guests. The hotel management must think about how this will affect the normal staying guests in the future.

No stay possible due to the corona epidemic. Despite timely contact, no arrival possible, I struggle with the hotel to get my paid sum back for 2 nights and meals. Booked through hotel. de, the hotel opposes to transfer the amount I have paid back. Kudos to the hotel. de who stand up for me. Paid 148 and at the moment 14.80 were transferred back. This is customer friendly ?? Certainly not and therefore you lose more customers during this time than the trade can be fond of.

Everyday hotel, supper is buffet style so this was absolutely not tasty. Not all staff are equally friendly. It is outrageous that people have to pay extra for the parking. After all, you are not in the center. Cleanliness in the room was superficial. No fresh smell when entering the room

Good and clean hotel and with a reasonable breakfast. The rooms are not too big and have no air conditioning or mini fridge. It soon became too hot in the room. In any case, put a fan there. All storage space in the room is open, so you soon get the idea of sitting in a bazaar. Paid parking. You can make beautiful day trips from Celle.

Celle and the surrounding area is worth a trip, be sure to take your bicycles with you. The hotel is centrally located, right on the bike paths. Even in Corona times, service and hygiene were very important in the hotel and the staff was very friendly

Stay with 2 children, in a very quiet location. Pleasant atmosphere, clean room, nice service. Lots of destinations nearby. Breakfast and dinner left nothing to be desired. Waiting times for drinks and food, was very easy, but with a service not otherwise feasible.

Had a fantastic Christmas party here. Very well cared for
