We stayed one night here. The room was great and well designed. It's well located near downtown and walking distance to Pike Market. My companion did not like the attached but not affiliated restaurant.

I enjoyed my stay at the Paramount Hotel. The room was nicely detailed , the staff friendly and efficient . I loved the proximity to shopping and being able to dine at the hotel after an eventful day. Kudos!

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, and a nice central location. We stayed for 2 nights before boarding the Rocky Mountaineer Train trip. The staff are well-trained and know the drill (luggage, etc.). We slept very well and the amenities were nice. They give you a voucher for a free appetizer at the attached Dragonfish Asian Grill restaurant. The Grill has a great early evening and late night happy hour - small plates starting at $1.95 and drinks starting at $3.95 - you can t beat that after a day of sightseeing! You can have a snack and a drink while planning for the next day.

Everything is good except the street facing rooms are a but noisy at night. I am wearing my noise cancelling headphones to fall asleep at night. If that's not an issue, it's a nice 3-star hotel.

Very disappointing.

Very disappointing.
My adult daughter and son have had reservations for over a month and were turned away since my daughter is only 18. She and my son were told they would not be refunded their 313$ and when they asked for assistance to find another hotel, they were told ...no. Wow. That is horrible service.

Did a great job and was very accommodating. I have always like the Paramount Hotel because they are about the guest.

We had a nice stay at the Paramount Hotel. Located within easy walking distance of the Convention Center, as well as lots of shopping and restaurants near by, and of course, just down the street from the Paramount Theater. The room was quite comfortable. The bed was a pillow top mattress and while not as comfortable as my memory foam at home, it was not bad! And nice, large, comfortable pillows. The staff was kind and helpful, and they give you free bottled water each day as well (just ask at the front desk). I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean but a free maintenance issues, showerhead leaked and closer door would not latch. Room I was in on second floor overlooked the parking area and there was a lot of noise into the night.

Was ok

I was supposed to attend a play with my husband but he couldn't make it at the last minute. My granddaughter came with me instead. The staff was so nice and friendly, talked with my granddaughter, asked about our experience and the play, and made sure we had a wonderful time. I can not say enough about the hotel and its staff.

The Paramount Hotel is a fine base within Seattle, perfect position between tourist Seattle and Capitol Hill. We stayed in a top floor corner room which had a great sightline down Pine St. The room itself was standard hotel fair, dresser and a desk, comfortable bed, and the room was quiet. You won't find anything contemporary within, so don't expect it. The only thing that knocks this from 5 stars is lack of pleasant service besides the concierge, and they take away water and coffee way too early.

Definitely had a good stay here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'm sure they don't want it bring a regular occurrence, but they were happy to check us in early. We headed straight for the hotel upon entering Seattle so we wouldn't have to drive and look for parking. So it was even better being able to put away our things.

secured parking was $42/Night I believe
The room had a safe and really comfortable robes. I'm not sure if all rooms are the same design but the bathroom was divided up, with a door to access toilet and shower - leaving the sink open to the rest of the room. Having four of us there, this was a fantastic feature.

Also the pillows are amazing! (Front desk lady said that you can find it on the hotel website, I couldn't though )

The hotel is in a great location, all the main attractions are within walking distance . The staff were great, room was clean and spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The restaurant was so good I wished we had eaten more there.

Nice and quiet hotel 1 block from the Paramount Theater. Breakfast not available unless you go to their restaurant. One star off for no laundry and no coffee or tea after morning time. I feel liked it's overpriced compared to other hotels in the area.

Very nice rooms and customer service. Located near Pike market, harbor and aquarium. You can pay extra for the ocean view otherwise you get building. Bed are comfortable, feather down pillows and blabket. Coffee and fridge in room. Separate door from vanity mirror to bathroom/shower. Gym on 2nd floor. Ice on every floor. Dosbr see any vending machines. Asian fusion restaurant on main floor.

The room I had, and many of the other rooms, overlook a noisy ventilation system, so you couldn't open the window without being assaulted by noise. A quiet and clean room is pretty much the only thing I look for in a hotel. Can't recommend.

This is a great spot to stay. It's conveniently located and the rooms are very clean. I love that it's right by the Link light rail, and capitol hill is just a hop skip and a jump away, but the Pike Place Market is within easy walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful.

3 of my friends and I ended up staying here for two nights over Halloween weekend. It was a great decision. The staff was incredibly friendly and they were dressed up for the holiday, costumes included were Bob Ross, Mr. Clean and a Hawaiian girl. Super funny. When we first checked in Mr. Clean asked us if we remembered our booze. lol! Which we didn't, left it in the car, glad he asked! Chatted with the Bob Ross for a bit. I think the guys actual name was Jason?...
Anyways room was super clean and had a wonderful view. And for the price for a Seattle Hotel that's walk-able distance to downtown, it cant be beat!

Location of the Paramount is amazing - center of everything while still a ways from the noise. I do not recommend dragonfish the restaurant below. The food is Americanized Asian fusion. I had gyoza and various small bites there. While good for a quick bite, there are much better options nearby for those willing to walk

Super friendly and helpful staff! This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Seattle and I will come back. I felt very welcome as soon as I arrived and throughout my entire stay. The in-suite breakfast was tasty. I have no complaints, great hotel! Glad to support such an establishment.

Once we sorted out the goofy ice situation, we had a wonderful stay.

Great location, short walk to most places, and only a block from the city transit bus exchange if you need to go farther. Plus, the attached DragonFish restaurant is excellent. Considered by many the best happy hour in town, and the late happy hour beginning at 9 p.m. is terrific for after a show.

my husband and I had a wonderful stay at the paramount! Hank was amazing! He arranged a car to pick us up at the airport, he greeted us upon arrival! all the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
My only niggle was the coffee maker in the room, it wasnt very good :( also, had wished there were a few snacky items on the room service menu (like cookies).
but other then that, the paramount is a great hotel in a great location a few blocks away from the monorail and a few more blocks to the public market!
i would highly recommend the paramount hotel!

Stay somewhere else. This hotel is dated and small. If you need to check out early, they will not accommodate you unless you strictly adhere to the 48-hour-beforecheck-in rule. Not 47, not 45, not 38. 48.

And get ready for the hard sell on dining at Dragonfish, their affiliated restaurant.

Overall, I found this to be a dated facility with inflexible, less-than-professional staff.

The location is great, everything is so close! So far the staff has been wonderful! Great way to spend valentine's weekend with my husband! This is only our second day here but it keeps getting better, between their incredibly helpful front desk, quick cleaning crew, or great gifts like complimentary wine or museum discount card! The only negative thing I have to say was the unwelcoming bartender from their sushi restaurant downstairs Dragonfish. His attitude lead us elsewhere, but that's not bad because we love exploring. Overall 5 stars! Thank you Paramount for our wonderful stay!

Great location.

Exceptional customer service. Started before I even arrived with a phone call to see if there was anything they could prepare prior to my arrival. Then a check in text after I arrived to make sure all was good. Great room, great location. Second stay here. Won't be my last!!

The stay was very nice and the rooms were quite comfortable, the location was perfect. That said, there were a lot of hidden fees that were never discussed until getting final bill. Be careful when saying here

Room was clean and good, but room service and attitude of staff were unbelievably terrible. I asked a glass of beer as room service. Initially it says 10-15 mins. After 20 mins I called again as a reminder and they are forgetting the order. After a call, they come back to me and said they don t have the kind of beer and suggested other kinds. Eventually it is 90 mins later after my call, when finally I received a beer until when I don t wanted to drink it any longer. They never apologize for a delay and kept to be rude. I don t think they appreciate to future repeated visit of guests.
