No where near the standards of Trump Hotel in Chicago.

Pros: smelt great, very clean, super friendly service, and perfect location.

Cons: In room dining menu is rather small and not many options compared to much smaller places, can easily get a terrible view, small bathrooms.

Awesome

This place was wonderful. I was pampered by the staff that was surprisingly diverse. This was confusing to me due to fake news outlets like CNN lambasting the Trump brand as literally Hitler for nearly a year. The food was great. Especially the Mexican food, I have to say it was even better than In Mexico. It was an immaculate experience.

Rooms were cramped, not enough space to unpack a suitcase on the floor. There was black mold growing in the showers, and brown water coming out of the faucets. Next time I'll stay at hotel 6

Excellent location. Room was impeccable with tons of space and everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was the staff, which I cannot speak highly enough of. They were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. We had beautiful views, delicious food, wonderful amenities. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting NYC!

Fantastic Hotel!! Great service and friendly staff! Food was great and the views are amazing ! So funny to see that just becuz Liberals dont like the man who owns this hotel they rate it a 1. Typical. Your choice not to stay here but to rate it a 1 becuz of politics is dishonest. Typical reaction of the left.

This is an odd type of review, I went to the restaurant and my salad came with a fully functional cutworm. The little guy was still eating the lettuce I was just served. Not exactly Trump Tower's fault but hard to give any more stars considering.

Amazing, top notch! Service was above and beyond. Jean George's 3 Michelin stars. Everyone knows your name. All clad cookware, Crystal glass, gas range, dishwasher in the room. Need I say more. I'm only staying here from now on.

Absolutely the most gaudy, tacky, embarrassment to our wonderful city. HEINOUSLY operated and horribly designed. Apparently attracts some perverts because we were outside looking up at one point, and a guest was standing pressed-up against the pane-glass windows in nothing but his tighty-whiteys! He was taking pictures of the park. Horrifying.

Upon arrival I was most excited about entertaining my International corporate committee meeting here at the international. I was completely appalled at the unclean room I was given. It apparently had not been maintenanced or clean from the prior tenant. I explained to a housekeeper that was there that my room had not been cleaned and there must have been some mistake. She explained to me that she could not speak English and was almost appeared intimidated. I would not suggest occupying this establishment for anything professional. Poor excuse for for $340 a night

Great view from the window to the central park. Good soundproofing, good location. Cons: very noisy air conditioner, it was hard to sleep. During the COVID-19 period, the hotel closed its restaurant, spa, fitness room. Be prepared that the hotel can keep a large amount on the card for several weeks, about the same as the cost of the room. I do not recommend this hotel at the moment.

The employee who answered the phone was upset with me because I asked how many rooms there were and how much the cheapest one was. He hurt my feelings, a lot. Five stars if this issue is fixed.

Located in a place as privileged as a corner of Columbus Circle just opposite Central Park, this luxury hotel tower offers a gym, spa and indoor pool, as well as rooms of all sizes, from the classic double room to the large apartments of several rooms and bathrooms.

They adorn all the accessories imaginable in an establishment of its category, from the solicitous and impeccably uniformed staff to the golden faucet, the jacuzzi bath, the big HD television with infinite channels, the well-stocked minibar, all the necessary equipment to prepare a coffee or tea at any time, access to kitchen, either own or shared, large and comfortable beds pillow menu to the taste of the visitor, 24-hour room service, switches for lighting and curtains and blinds for simple and intuitive use, treats and welcome notes and daily weather forecasts, stationery, bathroom equipment, dressing room, safe, even Ethernet cable and alarm-speaker bluetooth, it seems that they have been covering any eventuality.

What is not standard in the rooms may well be requested from the staff that is soon responsible for getting it.

In the against of course the prices, all high, a breakfast in the easy room can go to $ 65 that really deserves to be spent in the restaurant or for less go to the nearby Brooklyn Dinner, and sometimes the service may take longer to serve more of what it promises, although in those cases they offer compensations to little that the dissatisfaction is noticed.

Overlooking Central Park, this 52-story, luxury hotel is a minute's walk from the 59th Street-Columbus Circle subway station.

Ritzy rooms come with floor-to-ceiling windows and marble bathrooms. All have Wi-Fi, iPod docks, 55-inch flat-screen TVs and Blu-ray players. Most have kitchens or kitchenettes. Studios and 1- or 2-bedroom suites add living areas with pull-out sofas. Some have dining rooms and/or crystal chandeliers. Room service is offered.

There are 2 restaurants, and dining is available on a terrace with Philippe Starck-designed furniture. A health club has an indoor pool, a fitness center and a spa. There's also a business center.

I mainly went for the restaurant, Nougatine. The food was absolutely delicious. The foie gras was on point and the salmon was the most tender I've ever had. Definitely a treat and I will return.

Hotel very expensive for the services it offers..not a bar or a place to receive guests, when there was a blackout we were out of the hotel for 4 hours and after the inconvenience created they did not worry about the damage done to the customers downloading any responsibility saying it was not the fault loro..insomma my fault that I chose this hotel

All I can say is CLASS!!!

All I can say is CLASS!!!

If you want to stay somewhere that you will 100% be treated like a king or queen then this is the place for you. Chef prepared meals in your suite. Nightly turn down service. Complimentary chauffeur service is amazing!!! Take care of Horacio and he will take care of you!!!

The night of my birthday we went for a carriage ride in Central Park and when we arrived back to the hotel everyone greeted me with Happy Birthday wishes....even had some birthday treats in our suite. It was so wonderful. A birthday that I will certainly never forget.

All I can say is the staff sure made this country bumpkin girl feel like a princess. I m so blessed and thankful to have been able to share this experience with my wonderful husband. It made for one of the best memories we have ever created. Looking forward to making more memories at other Trump Hotel locations.

The location, staff, service and rooms are luxurious.
I am in an executive suite and it is by size a pleasant addition to a reasonable price compared to other locations. The maintenance of the hotel is excellent.
I come to NY every year for 30 years and 5 years ago to this hotel and I do not change it for anything !!!!!

This was the first time me and my wife stayed at the Trump international hotel. It was for my birthday weekend, and the experience was over the top. We checked in Friday as soon as I arrived they grabbed our bags and was ready to get me into the room. Inside the one bedroom suite they had bottle of champagne and chocolates. The customer service we had for the 3 nights 4 days was something I never experienced. The concierge got my wife in to get her hair done on last minute, they arranged a Cadillac Escalade to get us to our broadway show, they gave us late check out, they made sure our room was up kept to the highest level. Even the full kitchen was cleaned twice a day and water and fridge was quickly filled up. We will only be staying there from now on... also the restaurant downstairs was delicious we ate breakfast every morning.

The service is top notch, anyone who says otherwise never stayed here. All staff is beyond nice and go above and beyond. We celebrated a birthday and they brought us a chocolate cake from Whole Foods. I also forgot my iPhone charger and they let me borrow one.

The decor is nice but could us a little updating but its still very nice.

Try to find another hotel with the same amenities and this level of service at this price point in NYC. Lets be honest you won t. So do yourself a favor and book here.

Location is also ideal right by the park.

We stayed in a suite with view over the city, and it was amazing. The room was modern, with a really nice kitchen and the view... it was beautiful. It was on the more expensive side, but you get your moneys worth. We had a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a big beautiful bathroom.

The food from room service is really good and they re so professional. If you want to treat yourself with a luxurious hotel room when you re in NYC, I highly recommend it.

Let me tell you- if you want to be treated like royalty this is the place for you! From the moment we walked in they were amazing! The check in process was so easy- we had a red eye flight and got to the hotel around 8am- they told us our room was not ready yet but we were more than welcome to go down in the spa and shower and get ready if we wanted to- we went down there- it was Amazing so clean and everything you could need was down there- we freshened up and as we were finishing up they come down to tell us our room was already ready! During check in the front desk was being super nice and asking us questions and I told them we were here celebrating my daughters birthday- well that night we came back and found this special cake in our fridge!! Every time you went up to your room they had the elevator ready- they would always ask is there anything we can send up to your room- turn down service was amazing! Honestly I could not say one bad thing about this hotel! My mom and daughter were so sad to leave we will def be back to stay!

This hotel in comparison price and quality is below the standard five star hotel. the beds an old mattress, the pillows old and in disrepair. The bathrooms blocked .. The cleaning leaves much to be desired. the only good thing is the staff's attention and more nothing. The bad and very expensive restaurant. I do not recommend it or for free. Greetings, my friends.

The rooms feel like mini apartments and it's a kid friendly venue. They provide robes and bring snacks to your room each night. I recommend a room on a high floor with great views of Columbus Circle, Central Park, and Lincoln Center.

Just checked in. The problem with reviews on this property in the last year is that people aren t mature enough to be objective and differentiate between the man and a hotel with his name on it. Anyone giving a bad review is either anti Donald Trump and being petty or had an uncommon negative experience. Or there s also the possibility that they are pro trump and he can do no wrong so they give 5 stars. I am not a Trump supporter, but am grown up enough to objectively review this property. It s the second time we stay here. The executive suite & bathroom is spacious and clean & even though the bathroom is definitely older than the room they maintain it very well. The wifi is free and very quick. Outstanding service & staff, the best hotel pool & gym of all the places I stayed in the city, the restaurant /lobby bar is a 2 michelin starred restaurant on the ground floor. Nothing negative to say. The only reason I didn t give 5 star is that in the current price range there are more luxurious hotels in the city. We booked in September so we got an outstanding deal. Unbeatable location too.
