Fantastic location, staff and rooms. They could not have been nicer. All ethnicities represented there unlike another review posted.
Ashamed of Google allowing political comments in a forum about a hotel and the staff. Really? Shocker that they would do that!
Average. Too expensive. I would not stay at a Trump hotel again.
Its sad that people take their political frustrations out on a very nice organization. This is one of the very best hotels I've ever been in. The service is of the highest quality as is the attention to detail in every respect. Bed/pillows were comfortable and if the pillows didn't please you they provided a menu of alternative pillows to choose from, including scented.
Its location at the southwest corner of Central Park was of course ideal for access to central NYC. You will not be disappointed staying here.
Super friendly, clean and spacious. I come to N.Y city with my 4 childern and we always feel cramped. Trump Hotel has large spacious suites and is very kid friendly. If you have child in tow this is the best place to stay.
Overall good experience. Got upgraded thanks to kiwi after 2 nights. Errors in the invoice upon check out. Lack of good service at the reception desk. Concierge was great and staff too! Great restaurant by Jean George.
Superior Service. First class hospitality. Rooms could use a little better carpeting starting to age, but not a deterrent. Wonderful hotel
Sergio AT THE FRONT DESK has really really bad customer service. Don t bother.
Good quality, only detail that does not include breakfast for the price one pays, I say that it is fair that it includes breakfast, but good
Honestly, the worst hotel I've been at. The rooms are rundown, the carpet hasn't been updated in forever, this is a hotel on the corner of Central Park near TWC? What a joke. The only reason this doesn't get 0 stars is the staff.
Do not stay here. Customer service it s disgusting. SERGIO at the front desk has a horrible attitude. Worst customer service I ve ever experienced in my life. Stay away.
Completely overpriced room (executive suite) It's a lot about bling bling than real functionality. Bedroom was a little small. Toilet was ridiculously small and below the standard expected from $800/night room. Even central park view could not really compensate.
First time at a Trump Hotel. Nice location just across from Central Park. Good space in our room. Great view of the city and a bit of the park. Turn-down service was nice. Didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, would have been nice to. Took a half an hour or more to check in. There was some confusion about what name the rooms were under. Room service food was delicious. Got chewed out a bit by the bellman for bringing our own bags down at checkout. Bottom line: hotel was very nice, experience didn't quite match.
Nice and clean place of a man who become legend. And have Starbucks inside
Excellent Hotel! And Jean George's is a must to go to for a fancy dinner!
The location of this hotel is one of the best spots in NYC with an incredible view of Central Park. Trump Hotels pay attention to every detail to make sure your stay is the best! Everything was near perfect. The staff so professional and friendly. The breakfast room service food quality is exceptional. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a really comfortable place to stay. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job to never disturb you and does a superb job keeping your room clean and fresh. If you see bad reviews about this hotel, they are driven by political motives. I have stayed at the world s best hotels, and this hotel certainly deserves 5 stars not 3.3.
Ate at Jean Georges next to the tower. Restaurant truly deserves its 3 Michelin!
Doormen security staff are extremely helpful snd kind.
Great location views and service. Hotel is super clean and staff goes beyond expectations. Worth the money. Stayed here because of the name and was not disappointed
Nice hotel with views of the park and a privileged location.
We stayed in a corner suite overlooking Central Park and Columbus Circle. It was an extraordinary view. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner. We had a short walk across the street to Central Park then did some shopping at Columbus Circle where we found a Grocery. It was a very pleasant experience overall. We will be staying here again.
Millie the manager is the rudest person in the world what company in their right mind would hire her to be a manager of a 5 star hotel. No class and no style a real manager of hotel has charm and dreams to be a manager of a hotel one day. She treated me like I was a nobody not even a smile not even a handshake.I asked her kindly if she could please change the floor because the 5th floor I can not see the park which I asked for. I am sure that she is the reason the hotel is 3.3 stars at the moment and will only go down under her leadership. Please save the trump brand and let her go. Get someone who cares about people and who knows how to treat people.
Incredibly depressing and smelly place, do they allow dogs to defecate in the bushes?
Great place to stay, very impressive staff and excellent location
Love the location! Comfortable beds and you can pick the kind of pillow you want. The bellmen are amazing...the 2 bedroom suite is a wonderful amount of room for our family. Such a great location to take in all the best attractions in New York! Love it here!
Loved it, service was great, food great, but It seemed a bit outdated
Wow super hotel! Yes it's expensive but it's a real five stars hotel. Excellent privilege views to central park and Columbus Circle
Great Hotel...He is not only making the country great again but making hotels great again...I will stay at Trump hotels anywhere I go in the world...
Even if you re unimpressed with the Donald , you can love his hotel say admirers of the understated elegance ( better taste than one might expect ) at this Columbus Circle spot with fabulous views of Central Park ; expect personalized stationery upon arrival , a stocked refrigerator in the spacious suites , an outstanding meal at Jean Georges, a gorgeous gym and celebs everywhere just be prepared to drop some dough to breathe their same rarified air.
Went for dinner at Nougatine. It is quite good but no where near JG and still quite pricey. Great location!
The hotel is great, the people are great, the food was great, the view was great. Everybody says it s great. The weather there was great, the service was great. The room was great and the elevators were so fast you would just blink your eyes and you ll be on your floor. Everybody says the elevators are the fastest in the world. The building is so great it was built in 3 days, everybody said that.
My family and I stayed in room 1100 on 14 Feb 2016. The employees and the view of Central Park were both amazing. Early check-in is not guaranteed; however, I called to confirm and was told the room would be ready. When we arrived, the room was not ready and the flowers I purchased through the hotel were not in the bedrooms. That was disappointing. The pool is heated but was malfunctioning, so that was a one-off. Give valet at least twenty to thirty minutes to pull your vehicle.
