Trump Casino and Hotel Review

Awesome a lot of excitement and the dealers are some of the best in the business, great music, also not to leave out the front desk staff at check in and the bartenders.

Sad state of affairs for the taj. The restaurants are mostly closed, there was no one in the casino. It's well maintained but it's clearly not doing well. The table games are mostly shut down and those that are open are expensive considering no one is there.

This used to be the Taj. The totally revamped the space and its awesome. There is marble everywhere, it feels so clean and new!! The room was very nice, though the couch could use a new cover or just be replaced. A darker color is probably best in my opinion. The common areas are very open and inviting. I enjoyed the beach cabanas in front of the hotels beach space. The only thing I would suggest there is some sort of green fly deterrent. They were out in full force making the beach experience a bit annoying. But I also know its nature and such a large beach area it will be hard to combat. The team up and down the boardwalk stopping at all casinos and hotels along the way was an awesome addition $8 for an all day pass cant uve beat!! The live music at night was awesome. The band kept the crowd alive with a mix of old and new songs. I would certainly visit again!!

The restaurant does not have any potato skins that used to be the best part

Room had no AC. Reported it and they said they would fix while i was out but didn t. I came back late my 2nd nite and it was still not working. It was late and i was getting up early so I didn t call again.

Told the front desk when I checked out and all she said was that must have been frustrating. I didn t push it as i was leaving.

Strangely Rooms are nice, 4 stars. No water bottles either free or fir purchase

I won t be back mainly due to attitude.

Weak. Paid for high floor North tower ocean got parking lot low. Meh

The event was great as usual. Taj facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We attended a concert at the hotel and stayed over night. Overall it was very enjoyable.

Hard Rock machines must be calibrated better than other Casino, you actually have a chance on the slots there unlike Harrahs which just takes and takes and takes

Great live band was there when I visited the casino floor.

The casino is first rate. The hotel still has a few issues to work out. Had to ask for towels 4 times, still took 4hrs to get. Bought spoiled mild at one of the eateries. Asked a maid for a laundry bag and got a used one.

Really nice hotel and casino. Very good job rebuilding and upgrading the original casino. Rock Star status.

Top notch amenities. The dinner buffet is the best in AC.

We had a few concerns but they took time to listern. We will be back.

The live music at the bar downstairs was great. I thought it was a great casino but this smoke on the gambling floor was a lot.

You have to walk through a big, nasty smoking section to even get to the restaurant. Mehhhhh.

This was my first time since u opened.i really enjoyed myself ,we had a group of my family there for my daughter's birthday, i very seldom do casinos ,by I will return again.

Ate at the cafe, Nicki was our server she was great, informative, friendly- the food was cooked perfectly; toured the downstairs of casino looking a memorabilia the kids were excited

Terrible! As a high roller I lost all faith that this place will have decent service and communication with a player..after 2 days of trying to book a room being on hold for 12 minutes the first day in the morning , 10 minutes that afternoon, 17 minutes the following day and sent a message online n got a bs response. Their high roller lounge isnt compete yet besides wood frame box inside the ballroom. Asked for a host for my accommodations the first day to make things go faster and have yet to hear from one. I will stick with my other 4 casinos I play at.

Did a good job renovating the hotel. Worth checking out. Very lively.

Great room, clean, spacious. Casino was clean and safe. Good spot on the boardwalk. Friendly and helpful staff that got me checked in quickly when I was running late for my reservations. What else could ask for?

Spectacular casino!!! It is a shame that it is closed now.

The Casino is worth seeing. However, at the Hard Rock Cafe we were given a buzzer and made to wait a 1/2 hour, when there were 4 or so 5 or 6 tables open. When I asked why I was told that people on the waiting list had 1st claim to those tables. I asked what time the people on the waiting list were scheduled for these tables. I was told various times. This was at 9:00 p.m.. No one ever came for those tables. It appeared that they made us wait for no valid reason. We ordered tea. The waiter said he was going off duty and a waitress from the next shift would take care of us but he brought us water for tea and tea bags before we ordered. The water was white. We left.

The RIM Noodle bar is pretty good. But slots are a bit outdated than most casinos in A.C.

Rooms were awesome. Service at the buffet left a lot to be desired.

Great ambience but food and service was not up to the mark.... bean burger was very dry and so was the other stuff.

I'd like hard rock I just wish that they would give better comps to High rolling players

The only thing that didn't make it five stars were the protesters outside, that impacted our stay quite a bit.

Not the place I'd recommend to my friends or family.

Car Stolen From Parking Garage.
On February 14th my boyfriend and I checked into the Hard Rock, we had dinner, gambled a bit and then went up to the room. We checked out Saturday February 15th. We go out to the parking garage, section 1J to get in the car. Our car is not there. We parked directly next to the stairs in a diagonal spot. We go down to the security counter on the casino floor, the man laughed at us when we said our car had been stolen. He told us a security guard would come get us and drive us around to find our car. We waited about 15-20 minutes for security to come pick us up. We drove around with security on all levels, both sides of the garage clicking the lock and panic button for 1 hour. No luck. Finally the security guard takes us down to the lobby and we call Atlantic City Police Department. While waiting for the police to come, the security guard and what looked to be a manager on duty named Jeff waited with us. Jeff proceeded to ask us questions like are we sure we parked in the garage , are we sure we didn t park outside on the street , did we drive the car in and out last night , did we drink heavily the night before . Not once did he apologize for the huge inconvenience of getting your CAR stolen. The police eventually came and thank goodness were nice and didn t treat us with complete disrespect. The ACPD then drove us to the station to file the police report. While filing the police report they were able to retrieve my license number, the officer then called Jeff from Hard Rock to inform him of the plate number for their records and investigative reasons. While the officer was on the call, Jeff told her that there was no angle on their cameras of where my car was located. Which made no sense to us as this is a casino! In the meantime, I had to have my parents drive 2 hours to pick us up. Police report was filed, my parents picked us up, and we went back to the Hard Rock to ask if Jeff had an opportunity to review anything and if he had double checked the footage. We were told Jeff was no longer on duty and Allie from security came out to speak with us. When we asked if they had an opportunity to review the tapes she stated someone was looking into it, she then followed it up with a few statements that really shocked me. She asked are we sure we parked here , she then followed it up with what do you really want me to do? At this point I was filled with so many emotions I decided it wasn t worth it. I walked away because no one at Hard Rock cared that I checked in for 1 night and went home without my car. Not 1 time did I mention anything about money, but I can t help but think if I sent a meal back I would of gotten better treatment and maybe an apology. I work at an establishment with around 5,000 on campus, I have made it my top priority to let everyone at work and in my personal life know about this horrific place and the way I was treated. Don t spend a penny here.

Just the Hard Rock Cafe... sound guys were trying to get the sound good , they weren t doing a very good job . All the speakers were so loud & nothing but STATIC!!! Seriously, we were trying to talk , I dont mind loud music , but this was just Static! It was Saturday 3/16/19 &4:15pm

Great lots of shops, big gaming floor, food areas, music, parking garage sucks.

Fabulous exciting environment, great drinks, jazz bar, bonus points, great restaurants...won some cash! Great time, w be back

I will never be back. Loosen your slots or people will desert you. I hadn't been in a casino for a year, excited to try out your place and played slots with my friend. We burned through 160 dollars of our hard earned money in less than ten mins.

Yeah it is all glittery and designed nicely. But people really come to gamble and whether they win or not give them play time for their money. I have never been to such a greedy casino in my life nor such stingy slot machines.

I recommend if you are looking to get slot play time with your hard earned money go anywhere but here what a joke.

Nice hotel rooms and gaming experience! Hard Rock music theme does not disappoint. Highly recommended!

My daughters and I were tv here to celebrate my Birthday. We had a great time, going back soon!

It is a a very neat and nice place to visit. I like all the memorabilia of the different bands! I had a great time with every experience there.

Plenty of parking $10. Veterans get a upgraded players club card. STELLA at player services is a ROCK STAR! Friendly customer assistance. This casino is beautiful. Looks brand new inside. Extremely clean. Fun atmosphere. Gaming set for safe play during social distancing.

Food at the Rim was incredible. The best teppanyaki my girlfriend and I ever had.

True shame to see the great taj poker room so empty on a weekend, everyone went to borgata... Not sure how they managed to mess up a casino on the jersey shore... Truly baffling

The Casino and hotel TOO HOT and too many Penny Slots not enough quarter Slots

We were told our group would have a 30 min wait so we went to the bar to grab drinks but we're seated within 10 minutes. Our food came out quickly, my order came out incorrectly but they fixed it, got it out to me within a few minutes and didn't charge me for it. Our waitress was funny, nice and apologetic. She was great with recommendations and I feel terrible I can't remember her name.

Nice people and a lively casino. Great evening adult swim at pool and easy check out via text.
