Trump Casino and Hotel Review

This is a beautiful new casino. Oak Council Fish is a great restaurant. The best seafood. The seafood pots were excellent.

Didnt gamble here this time around but I have in the past, if you're down here I recommend coming in and dining at the Sugar Factory

Too many big slot machines you can't even see the floor

Very new feel for a tired old AC. I believe that this place will inject life, young life, into AC for the better.

There are DEFINITELY some kinks to work out. We are glad they matched our tier at the other properties, and gave us rock royalty cards. The drink service is non existent. Our room was HOT the AC just wasn't working. The ceiling was leaking in several spots throughout the property. The comps are amazing, and the slot machines are LOOSE in the high limit area. The tables I played at on the casino floor looked like they had sat on a street corner in Detroit for about a week (cigarette burns, stains), but the dealers were friendly. Our host was AMAZING, totally saved our experience. We are heading back up in a couple of days after having stayed there just earlier this week.

I went to the Hard Rock with friends from work and had dinner at the Sugar Factory, which was a lot of fun. Enjoyed the machines too! (For some reason, it keeps showing up as "Trump Taj Mahal" in my email. As we all know, that is no longer there because it failed.)

Enjoyed the friendly service at Sugar factory. Sundae was yummy. Really interesting deserts, off the charts original dessert and drink menu. Lively, upbeat, and loud music. They make a big deal of your Birthday so a good spot to celebrate Birthdays it seemed!

They have done an amazing job refurbishing this place.

Very nice hotel, clean hotel, room was large enough to fit 6 people. Variety of food places, I think sugar Factory is overrated. The large "60oz" drink wasn't strong with alcohol at all. There was more liquor in the drinks from the waitresses on the casino floor than sugar Factory. The ice cream store was excellent. Excellent presentation and the strawberry cheesecake ice cream we had was delicious. We didn't go to the pool. Overall, excellent stay, will be going there again soon.

This is one of my favorite hotels. I have stayed here about 10 times. But this time the experience was different. Usually on the pillows they have little guitars this time there was no guitar. The room wasn t as clean as always. There was a rip on the bed sheets. This wasn t the hotel experience I wanted or expected.

Looks like Borgata is going to get a run for their money new Hard Rock really looks very nice and very large and much better than what it was a trump property definitely a bunch of cool stuff to see on display also

It was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the environment was amazing.

Loved every bit of our stay! Our King 1 bedroom was VERY CLEAN, WELL STOCKED and No Smoking in our area. The staff and manager was very professional with our accommodations &provided everything we needed. Its now my favorite place to stay down Atlantic City. I truly loved it!

I was very impressed by how clean the place was. I don't gamble. There's some shopping you can do here at a number of boutiques... or gamble. Make sure you bring money to throw. A 16oz draft beer will set you back about eight dollars.

The Casino is beautiful, it has several attractions, in addition to the slot machines. Enjoy dinner there, there is a great Italian restaurant. The bottom of the casino on the edge of the beach is worth a stroll!

The waiter was nice but kept assuming my drinks. Was a bit annoying. Not like the Hard Rock locations in Florida at all!

The Chairman Tower is superior. Great service, clean as hell, good food. We love this hotel.

Went on opening night for Tiesto. Other than the tickets being over priced and drinks are stupid crazy expensive it was a good time. They definitely need to invest in their sound system at the club inside but we had a good time hopefully they'll bring in more big acts this year

Sad, dilapidated hotel. "New" poker room reopened with same old tables and same Ole people with new TV's. Donald should fight harder to have his name removed from this clunker of a casino.

Nice but a little bit confused trying to find things

Like most casinos, you'll probably lose your money, HOWEVER, the Hard Rock is beautifully decorated and it's brand new. The assortment of eateries range from casual to elegant.

Complimentary drink service at the slot machines is horrible and should be improved. The wait is too long and it wasnt even busy. Trying to get a drink was a hassle and created a problem, which shouldn't.
Security needs to be trained better, they are their to de-escalate a situation, not come over 5 minutes later and escalate something minor, further. You also do not get in someones face, put your hands on them and start trouble which is what security did. Guy needs retraining or let go.
The object is to keep the patreons happy and gambling correct? Not drive 3 out in one shot in a major way over a minor misconception. Fail. Try again. Do better next time.

Exciting...a sure place for musician oriented person...a bit to busy...and crowded..I felt clustered..but all in all a good experience

Attended for DAER Night Club. Music was good but dance floor too small for Saturday night.

Went to sugar factory for breakfast but it doesn't open. Till 11.

This is a very beautiful casino. I went there with a few friends just for a few hours but I loved the atmosphere. I will definitely visit again.

Hardrock did a great job rehabbing this casino and bringing life back into it! Highly satisfied. And I won my money back....

Horrible experience all around this weekend for my husband's 40th bday..definately stay away from Roberts Steak House..HORRENDOUS service. The food at the Hard Rock cafe was disgusting as well. Poor ventalation system..hot as hell..elevators don't work in the North Tower, staff is not very courteous or friendly. Not a fan of this hotel..we won't be back....we'll stick with The Borgata...

Visiting in April 2019 with beautiful 70 degree weather. Somewhat disappointed in the checkin process which took over 45 min. Got lost trying to locate the front desk when I m coming from self parking. Had to reach out to a security guard who looked pissed off working there. If you come here you are going to get a MEH experience.

Nice room. Very clean. Small casino floor. But, very nice. Enjoyed it.

It was very nice experience a the hotel I loved it. Many things to do besides the gambling the only thing I didn't like was the attitude of the hostess at the hard rock cafe she made us wait for a long time by mistake. Other than that it was outstanding.

Fresh harvest buffet was excellent. Had a awesome waitress, jeanette was friendly knowledgeable and very courteous. So far its pretty cool. Needs a little bit more improvements with restroom cleanliness and card services. But still a awesome place.

It's beautiful and I love taking a trip down memory lane looking at all of the celebrity memorabilia.

This casino was very clean, dud not small Smokey like most if them. It was my favorite...

It Was nice .. loved the set up for smokers & non-smokers. you couldn't smell it at all till you were in the section...But what was a complete turn off was that Sugars burger & shake place it was waaaay yo expensive for 2 burgers & some sliders burgers no fries included we had to buy french fries for each burger dinner umm extra for fries that's ridiculous ! $80 later We didn't get shakes because although they are beautifully created & looked delicious they were also $20 or more each ....after spending $80 for burgers, another $60+ for shakes sounded crazy to spend at a burger/shake shop... But casino was nice ... nothing real special.

The hotel rooms were beautiful and the casino was very nice! This was a great remodel.

Passed through to view board walk; beautiful interior and booming atmosphere, a lot of cool items on display such as cars, letters and checks.

It was my first time there and I really enjoyed the memorable show cases, also played the slots but no luck!

I absolutely love it there. Out of all the Atlantic City casinos it is my absolute favorite. They did an amazing job with the remodel. The rooms are exquisite. Room service is phenomenal. The casino itself is beautiful. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. I just love the atmosphere and everything about the whole property. I have yet to see a show there but I m considering seeing Mariah Carey there in March.

We absolutely loved our stay here.
The room was spotless, we had an ocean view room and an enormous couch, the coffee was delicious, the bed was SO comfortable, and for 50 bucks, how could you complain!

The toiletries absolutely STINK of cheap teenage boys, but I never rely on hotel toiletries.

Never had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member. They were always polite and said good morning etc.

We will definitely be back.
(We stayed in the south tower, dont know if one is better than the other).

Had fun. They have a lot of slot machines. Come here to experience a cool casino.

Staying at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino was an amazing experience. Beautiful facility and attentive staff. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean. Great location. Will be returning.

The casino is a bit old, I took the bus there, but they would not give me the promotion credit, buffet is closed not sure when it will be open.

We asked for towels and it came 2 hours later and we had to ask 5 times!

Casino floor is very crowded because the machines are too close too each other. Adult entertainment is very lively. Not suitable for family with lil kids

I have been there only for the casino, and it was awesome. Great structure.

It's brand new and doesn't have the trump name the building used to have

3 star hotel and casino, Borgata and Ocean Place are much better choices for the money.

After two- three years going downhill, the new management seems to have some good intentions to bring it back to life. Beside, it's the same management from Tropicana... So keep your eyes open, there are a lot of good things to come.

Chairman tower, 88 th floor overlooking the ocean, excellent!
