At the Hard Rock Restaurant was asked to wait 90 minutes when clearly there were open tables. Once we sat service was slow. Food was delivered and one meal did not come out. Once the server returned to check on our party and we let him know the meal was not out he explained that the food ordered was out and the kitchen did not inform him. Noone should find out their food will not be served at a time when everyone else was about to eat

Poor quality rooms. Casino and hotel was very outdated. Felt as if it stuck in 80's. There was peeling wallpaper, holes in towels, cutouts in wall, lights that don't work in hotel room, burn holes in carpet. Played $300 in out dated slot machines and did not win a single penny.

The hotel and casino are both very dated. Everything stinks of sour smoke. The restaurants were overpriced and the food was so so. Next time we go to Atlantic City we'll stay at the Borgata which was MUCH nicer by comparison in all aspects.

I had reservations to stay in this hotel for 5 days. Upon arriving, I found the service to be incredibly rude and unaccommodating. I spent over one hour trying to get checked in, dealing with staff that had absolutely no manners (a female employee by the name of 'Frankie'). The room was so dusty that I had to lay my clothes on the bed to sleep on for the night, as I didn't want to touch the sheets. The following morning I left, cancelled my reservations, and checked in at Bally's.

If you are planning a trip to Atlantic City, I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Stay at Bally's, Caesar Place or anywhere else.

I'll never visit this venue again. Had tickets to A Thousand Horses show. We received an email from Ticketmaster at 5:12pm (for a 7pm show) that the show was being moved outside and was now a free show. Ultimately they cancelled the show. They'd had "technical difficulties" the night before and cancelled the Pat Benatar show. Yet Management at the venue waits until after 5pm to move the show into the rain and thunderstorms and ultimately cancel the show. Epic fail! Wasted my night and my money getting there, having diner and getting home. Never again.

It's a nice casino and hotel. I haven't stayed in the rooms but went for the day to see it. There's lots and lots of memorabilia from all the music greats from the past to the present. You'll see Dean Martin's tux, Micheal Jackson's glittery glove, Clarence Clemon' s Harley and the list continues with one of Prince's guitars, Cher's dresses, Lady Gaza's costumes Frank Sinatra, Elvis' Pjs. Carrie Underwood gownand Glenn Campbell 's rhinestone jumpsuit. There are many opportunities for slots and table games galore even when sitting at the bar. There's a large sitting area to just chill and take in the sites, order a drink and listen to a live band. There's plenty of food at most price points so go with cash or card. There's a Hard Rock Cafe inside but it's a limited entree menu but lots of appetizers (There's still an official HRC near the outlets six or so blocks back off the boardwalk). There's couple of very high-end eateries (steakhouse, Asian fusion, American), there is a Buffet that offers brunch and Dinner (they have a break in between 2pm and 4pm), noodle bar, burger place, create your own pizza, French pastry shop, gelato & sorbet and so much more You'll have to explore for yourself. They are still working out kinks with signing up for their "rewards" card (lack of staffing and system crashes). There's still construction going on as well so be alert. Parking was free when I went on July 3rd. There was lots of security on duty and perhaps too much or too noticeable. The Borgata didn't have them on display and it made the experience so much better. You want to go and enjoy without bumping into a uniformed security guard. Plain clothed security officials blended in is so much better. Anyway there was plenty to see, room to walk around, food, slots and table games so go see for yourself and have a good time.

OMG

OMG
It was the worst trip I ever had to Atlantic City to drive 120 miles to be disappointed Time After Time the Hard Rock is nothing like resorts! The Hard Rock Casino's food vouchers are no good at the Hard Rock Cafe? Getting a manager to address any issue even free play that was supposed to be $85 they couldn't figure out how to load it onto your card ask for a supervisor or manager and you get ignored there were so many angry people inline I was afraid to get in it it was just the worst experience I've ever had in Atlantic City

A little deserted as compared to opening week, (naturally) but still very much a nice establishment! The house band was the complete BOMB! Every song was perfect, they even gave me(and other's) a shout out for my birthday! I forgot their name, but they play on Tuesdays from 7pm-10pm...you gotta check them out.

Staff friendly. Check in and check out was quick and polite. I stayed in the chairman tower room 8604 and I had a beautiful view and a clean room. I had a great birthday thanks to the trump. Valet parking was free and room service was quick. It's right in the boardwalk and pier.
Great time!!!!

The rooms and vibe were fantastic! Big plus to the comfort and feel of the rooms, plus they have Chromecast! I also loved the memorabilia, and the placement of them. The location is good, plus the Steel Pier is right there. Being on that end is way better than the opposite end. We walked down to the Pier shops with no problem and took the tram back. I wasn't a fan of the cranked AC by the tables, but it was fine elsewhere. They have all new slot machines, but I prefer the oldies but goodies. Still had a ball on the one-armed bandits, though, haha. Overall, I can't wait to stay there again! Highly recommended.

I was very unhappy with the fact that the casino's main entrance wasn't wheelchair accessible. My Wife and I were very excited to check it out but my Wife, who's in a wheelchair, had to go through a restaurant to enter the casino...let that sink in, she wasn't able to use the same door as everyone else. Then once inside we found navigating in a wheelchair pretty impossible. What made matters worst was all the employees who stared and then looked away, offering no help, and whispering to fellow coworkers. Also God forbid there was a fire there aren't enough wheelchair accessible exits. The whole experience was an embarrassment and the reactions of employees were deplorable at best.

It's expensive and food is not up to mark. I ordered chicken burger. It just came with fried chicken and lattus..Nothing else on it. And it taste same as MacDonald or chik fil a burger. I would rather visit then instead of spending 15$ on hard rock cafe burger.no more visit here now.

My experience was poor. The room was very expensive - more than my recent Ritz Carlton experience and sadly it was bad. The logistics of the bathroom were dangerous at best. We had to step out of the shower and into the toilet to exit the shower. It was terrible. The water pressure was very poor. The water ran out of the tub fawcett instead of the shower head making it very difficult to take a shower. Then, when I went to dry my hair the hair dryer was broken and an absolute fire hazard. The filaments were broken. Had it actually turned on, I would have no hair left. Very scary. I called and tried to explain the situation. For the very expensive room, they deducted $50.00 off the bill - it was an insulting gesture at best. I won't stay there again.

Since it was opening weekend, we skipped the lines to sign up for the cards, which means we didn't play anything. The memorabilia everywhere is amazing, and the inside of this casino looks to be 100% gutted and built brand new from the older establishment that used to be there. We ate at the Burger and Hops on the second floor, and they ran out of the pastrami sandwiches by 12pm, so I had a standard Sysco sources burger Patty on a pretty darn good roll. No fries or sides come with the 9.75 basic burger, fries are 5.00 extra. Sandwiches on the other hand come with a choice of side. That's an odd one. Delicious looking noodle bar down stairs called Yung bang or something like that. I know it made us chuckle a bit. But there was a line so we didn't go. Overall, if we can go back when it's less busy, we'll probably get a better chance to check out gaming. Lots of lounges everywhere which was great. Plenty of places to sit, chill, listen to music either live or pre recorded and just enjoy yourself without having gambling shoved into your face. That was really my favorite part.

Loved the hotel! Clean and very bright inside! Loved the decor! Definitely will be staying here again but I was disappointed when I went down to the pool and it was closed early! They should have posted it on the site or told me when I checked in. Overall I still recommend this hotel!

I love the Hard Rock.

I love the Hard Rock.

Hard Rock Cafe: Awesome

Casino: Awesome

The look: Awesome

Hard Rock CEO: interesting

Only problem: the air. It's heavy, if that makes sense. The smoke isn't atrocious but could definitely be improved upon.
