At first when the casino open it was a little loose as time went by it became the same as the rest of the casinos in Atlantic City. The algorithm that the casinos use is totally against the clients or the patrons who participate.

Went to the Motown review during Labor Day weekend. Great show. The casino is huge. Also their are plenty of restaurants. The only problem we had is trying to cash our winning tickets at the redemption machines. None of them worked properly. I had to stand on line at tje cashiers to get my cash. Not good especially for the older folks who already have trouble walking and standing.

New, bright, crowded casino with two towered hotel and many meal options. They have lots of entertainment. Sign up to their tier system with cards from competitors and get bonuses. Restaurants and food court very good, but pricy. Ice cream cones for a few kids can be $30 to 50. Big advantage is being on the boardwalk, to be able to casino hop or walk o to beach. Nice offers in the mail for shows or gifts. But giveaways are at 11 pm and give u 5 minutes to claim! I did not like that. Most are by 8pm and give you 30 minutes to get to podium to claim. The VIP lounge is nice but needs improvement to be in such a venue.

Lots of chaos as this place starts to get going. For example, we were given a room that was not cleaned, the second room key did now work (I am on my third room key, hope it works). Wife got rained on getting out of the elevator as it was raining out, apparently there roof leaks. The adventure continues.

We went to the Hard Rock to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday at the Sugar Factory. Had a great dinner. The staff was very attentive and made the experience memorable. We will definitely go back.

When we pulled off the street into self parking there were some handicapped spaces to the left so we parked in one. I put my handicapped parking tag in my rear view mirror and exited the vehicle. There was a doorway near where I pulled in so we went in there and went up the elevator to the Casino level. When we exited the elevator all we saw were escalators and stairs. I am handicapped so how am I going to go down to the next level. My son had to grab me under my arms so as not to fall down the escalator. I have a lot if trouble navigating stairs let alone an escalator. No signage stating any assistance for handicapped individuals to get to the Casino floor without getting hurt. This is not A.D.A compliant!!! This property is not A.D.A friendly and someone needs to give this some attention. I reported the situation to the Mark concierge and in turn called security to file a report. It took security a half hour to respond to the concierge to meet with me. Unacceptable!!! It's like they do not care about their guests. I would be hard pressed to visit this property again. Awful!!!!!

Super clean rooms. Food was surprisingly affordable for an Atlantic City casino. Gambling hall was very nicely appointed with plenty of tables open for gaming. Numerous slots. So far my favorite Casino in Atlantic City

This place is magnificent. We went there to see a show at their venue. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with all of the memorabilia that you would expect. The arena was really nice and the sound was great. Get there early if seeing a show, the que lines can get very long. After the show, the bar had great live music all night. The hotel room was like brand new and beautiful. Definitely going back to party here again.

Booked 2 nights at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and just got home today. When we arrived at the Hotel we were an hour early before check in and were told the room was not ready yet However we were offered an upgrade to a Suite that had an Oceanview for only $50 more each night, so we took advantage of this deal and very happy we did. The room was absolutely great. Clean and modern Hotel and as my wife said while we were driving home... this is only place I would want to stay when we decide to go to Atlantic City again. We loved seeing all the Rock star memorabilia all over the hotel and the Great music that was play all over the casino and hotel.
Would definitely recommend staying here anytime you just need to take a break from the every day routine.

This use to be the premier location to go in Atlantic City but that has drastically changed. I'm a member of the Casino. I had reservations for December during the Christmas Holiday. When I arrived it was a ghost town. I had to go searching for a Hotel employee at check in...where was everyone? None of the restaurants were open except a sandwich shop. Room service was not available at all while I was there, apparently they were closed. None of the shops were open. They had only two servers on the Casino floor to take drink orders and they were both completely rude and snotty (not warm at all). I was apparently on the none smoking floor of the building (smoke was everywhere (thanks for the lung infection). The room was in okay shape, but you could tell they don't spend much time taking care of maintenance issues. Cracked sink, broken shower curtain, clogged drain and a few other minor issues. The overall customer service was the worst I had ever had, not one employee smiled or was welcoming in the least. The place was extremely glum and unlike what a Casino atmosphere should be like. I unsubscribed to there emails and my card has been shredded...I heard word recently that they were thinking about closing down. I think closing down is an exceptional idea because if there are any other out there that had a simular experience they won't be in business for long anyway. Next time I go to AC I'll be staying elsewhere...

Trump is a good casino. Dealers are nice. The food is below average in my opinion. The casino floor is filled with smoke no matter if you're at a smoking table or not. It's sickening if you don't like smoke. Lastly, bunch of fools splitting 10s at the blackjack tabld -__-

I went to the Casino. I ordered a drink on the slot machine. It was very fancy, but still very easy to navigate. The screen then said my order was being made, then it started that my drink was on it's way. I thought it was so cool and convenient. The drink came pretty quickly as well!

Ok. Let's start from the beginning. If you are going to park your car, don't cheap out and pay a few bucks extra for the valet service. The self park garages are confusing and are hard to get to from the hotel. Checking in was easy. During this time of covid 19, they took everyone's temperature who walks into the facility. This goes on at multiple entrances. The front desk tried to take away my ocean view room that I booked on Expedia arguing with me that I didn't book an ocean view room. I took out my phone and PROVED I booked an ocean view. Next, if you're afraid of covid, I suggest you book the NORTH tower not the south. The elevator lines for the south tower stretch across the entire hallway. The north tower elevators are quick, accessible and have no crowds waiting. Even though to access them, you have to push through the crowd waiting for their elevators for the south tower. We stayed on the 17 floor on the north tower and never had to wait long for an elevator. The rooms are very clean, I'll give them that. Very tiny though and nothing special. The ocean view even though nice didn't have windows that open so hearing the ocean isn't an option. On top of that, the only air your left with is the air recirculating in the room which for people like myself can pose a problem as I have nasal issues and opening a window would have been great. Basically, the ocean view room is just that, an ocean view. No sound, smell etc. The wifi in the room, terribly slow btw. If the room has a fridge I think they should also have a microwave in case you have any food left over but...no microwave. Mini fridge that's it. On a good note nice shower and the his and her sinks are a nice touch. On we go....please dedicate about an hour or so to explore the property it's huge! I stayed for two days and hadn't a clue how to get to the pool. However, the boardwalk and casino are easily accessible. The casino is nice and one of the friendlier casinos I've been in. We went on a Monday/Tuesday and the boardwalk (as well as the hotel) were packed!! Don't think if you come on a weekday, you're avoiding crowds....you're not. We had breakfast in the hard rock cafe on the boardwalk, there...you'll get approached by bums asking you for money while your trying to enjoy breakfast. These bums go hard! One even tried to fight a tourist that claimed he gave him money the day before. That was the the breakfast time entertainment. Speaking of dining. If you plan to eat lunch or dinner at the cafe or sugar factory please go down, reserve at least 2 hours in advance. You will be seated accordingly. If you plan to eat at 4, book a table at 2. By four o'clock youll get the call your table is ready (if not by 5). The great part about this hotel is the ambiance alot of rock and roll history and memorabilia. The music playing through the hotel is a nice addition too. Every floor is dedicated to a rock and roll Hall of famer. The museum room was a good touch and if you appreciate the genre, you'll love it, if you're not a rock and roll fan like my girlfriend, tough cookies. Accessing the beach is pretty easy , nothing to say there but as I said, really crowded. What you pay for here is really, the underbelly. It's the ambiance. The concession stores in the hotel triple their prices. I paid 7.50 for two bottles of water. Foolishly, I could have driven to the Walgreens one minute away and paid retail. Instead, I chose to be lazy and paid for it. The room services prices were ok and were to be expected. I paid like $25 dollars for a small pizza which was really btw probably the best food I ate during my stay. The staff there are not really friendly. Overall, overpriced, overpopulated and underwhelming. You pay for ambiance and nothing more. Get a hotel with a view and a balcony.

They did a great job renovating the building! Everything was updated and fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable. I stayed in the hotel to see the Blake Shelton concert in the etess arena. The show was great and the venue was as well. Very intimate. The elevators were very backed up at peak times. But that is the only negative I observed.

Went for a concert. First issue no organization or notices of parking, waited in line 45mins to be told Valet is full. Staff ignoant at best. Nobody knew where anything was. They would have to send me free tickets to another show to make up for the money I lost. Because of their failure's, I had to park next door at resorts, navigate through that casino to get to the hard Rock. Needless to say I missed the show. At this point I will not be back. Did I forget to say I have been known to palace a bet or two. I will not do it here.

This place is awesome. They did a great job of renovating whatever was here before. The rooms are high tech and new. The beds are large and very comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and up to date. The casino itself is Beautiful. The memorabilia throughout the casino lobby's are great. The conference space is awesome. This was the first time I came to Atlantic City and did not see the need to leave. They have everything you need and ALL of the staff throughout the casino was friendly and on point. The security was tight and I felt very safe. Great job! This is a must visit.

This whole city has had its time, including this hotel. However, it is a great place to spend a few days on the beach. Rates are reasonable considering the location and caliber of hotel, even if not at its best. Staying at the Cheapie Motel 5-10 miles inland is just slightly cheaper and you have to drive to the beach and park.

Our stay at this hotel was awful. We showed up at 11 pm to check in. There were 5 people in line in front of us and it took over a half hour to get through the line to check in. We got to our room and it was very nice. Our first thought was we need some ice so we can have some cold drinks before going out. We went to 4 different floors looking for ice but none of the machines were working. We ran into another group of people who told us not to waste our time because they went to every floor and none of the ice machines were working. We then headed down to the casino in the hotel and it was dead. There was maybe one table with two people and maybe 40 people at the slots. We decided to walk down to the Tropicana casino and we thoroughly enjoyed our night. The next morning we checked out relatively quickly and headed to the beach. My boyfriend realized an hour after we checked out that he left his watch in the hotel room. We checked out luggage first to make sure it wasn't there. We then headed to the front desk and the woman said that we personally couldn't check the room but she would talk to housekeeping. After waiting 1.5 hours housekeeping told us that they searched the room and didn't find the watch. We then left and went back to the beach. When we got home later that day and my boyfriend insisted that he left it in the hotel room, so I called back. The front desk put me in contact with security. Security was very helpful and checked the lost and found and didn't see anything there. They then sent me to housekeeping. I explained my situation and asked if they happened to come across the watch. The woman said the computer said they checked it but then asked some one in the background. After hearing some back and forth talk I was put on hold. Once i was off hold the woman told me they NEVER searched the room. This really upset me since I was lied to originally. I was then told since there was some one in the room they couldn't do anything but I could put in a lost item request and I was sent back to security. Security told me that they are able to check the room and call me back. It has been over an hour and I am still waiting for them to call me back. I apologize for this long review but I do NOT recommend anyone staying here or stepping foot in this facility.
