True Source IT is the best recruiting firm I have every worked with. They took the time to meet with me and find out what my history was. What I was looking for in my next position. Then from their multitude of opening were able to suggest a number of options that I might like. In some of these positions I was going directly up against other True Source IT clients. True Source IT is not a recurring firm that just looks for the one best candidate that will have the best chance to get the job. They give all of their clients an equal opportunity to openly compete for all jobs listings that they have. They will work with you for as long as it takes to get you the job your really want. If you are looking for a new job in IT this is the place to go! I found my next carrier move with them and could not be any more happy with True Source IT's process of getting me there.

Long story short:

I was referred by a formal colleague. Due to merge I lost my old position (layoff), so I decided to give it a try. At first they were very responsive and I had a call scheduled after few days. I talked with Gena Haley and we covered my background and what I am interested in. She had a specific position in mind and asked me if she can coordinate with her colleagues. This was 3 weeks ago. I sent a few follow up emails but she never responded to any of them, so I added Janet Shanesy in case Gena is out of the office. No response again. I find this unprofessional and I am very disappointed from my experience with true source.

Well my experience with True source has been refreshing to say the least.
I was working with about 5 different IT consulting firms including True Source.
The things that stood out with True Source were the way they portrait me to potential employers.
They did not up talk me to much or sell me in a unrealistic way, setting my interview up for failure and thus wasting my time.
This unfortunately happened 3 times before with the other companies. But then I meet Nick from True Source and he was amazing. He worked with me on a resume and made it look up to par with what is normally seen in the IT field. Then the first opportunity he had for me to go interview at a company was a perfect fit for me. They knew where I was skill wise and because of Nick's hard work was able to get them and me just what we were both looking for. Because of True Source I was able to get a job even before finishing College and making seamless transition right to work.
If I had a choice to do it all over again I would not mess around with those other companies and just go back to Nick, as he is out for more than just making a commission off me but is really looking to help me get the right fit and not force me into a position that is simply not meant for me.
