5 salesman came to sell our employees insurance, all 5 of them hoped out of a little car. Salesman was extremely pushy. I had to tell the guy several times I did not want life insurance. Finally he proceeded to try to guilt me by saying, "well if something happens to you, I guess your family will be screwed then." Talked to fellow coworkes afterwards and they all felt the same way.

The agent took his time to explain everything thoroughly. The agent was very knowledgeable in his field of work, it was easy to talk to him, and he answered all my questions that I had. I did not fill like I was buying a insurance policy, but I felt that I was securing my children and myself for the future. Liberty National offer great benefits and everyone should check them out for yourself.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was unable to use my policies when I was in an accident due to it being a long drawn out process of needing paper work that even the local hospital I went to said they NEVER have to give to any other insurance company. I should have listened to a friend of mine who also had a negative experience with this company and referred to them as frauds. I requested that ALL of my policies be cancelled in November of 2018. I was assured by the agent who originally started my policies that they were cancelled. I logged on to the website and they all still said active so I emailed him again and he forwarded me an email from another agent also stating that they had been cancelled. I was uneasy at this point so I called into the customer service line and spoke to someone over the phone (I recorded the conversation for my sake because of how I felt about the situation) and the agent assured me once more that everything had been cancelled. I felt better about it and trusted that it had been done. However, I never received any sort of notice via mail that my policies had been stopped. Which I found odd because almost any company will send out a notice. I paid it no mind thinking it was just another clue that this company was not professional what so ever and that I was very happy to have been done with them and find a much more reliable company. Yesterday I was going through my bank statements and noticed I was charged December of 2018 AND January of 2019 for a policy with Liberty National. I was furious because at this point they did not have approval to withdraw anything from my account! I tried calling into the customer service line 4 times yesterday just for it to hang up on me instead of connecting me to an agent. I decided to email the agent I went though before and I have yet to hear a word from him. Not surprising at this point, I guess. So I tried again today with the customer service line. FINALLY after 3 tries, I got through to an agent who said they failed to cancel one of my policies but that he would make sure it was done today. I asked for a refund of the money that was ILLEGALLY taken from me and I was told they can't!!! I requested a supervisor and was transferred to one. I requested again that my money be refunded and she is supposedly "seeking approval" to refund me. This is such a disappointing company! Not only have I wasted money on unusable policies for the last 2 years, they have STOLEN money from me and are stalling on giving it back to me. To anyone who may be thinking about getting policies with this company or using this company for their employees, DON'T. I recommend Aflac, they have more coverage for less and are much, much easier to contact. They also assist in filing claims and make sure that you are able to actually utilize their policies unlike Liberty National. Liberty National truly is a fraud.

They kept things clear and easy to understand and did the math in front of me to help understand what I would be paying for the years to come. Since it was my first time dealing with insurance, I felt nervous about settling on things without fully understanding what I was doing. After they explained my plan, I finally felt comfortable setting up my life insurance plan thanks to how efficiently they explained it for me.
