I have been doing the IT consultant thing for about 12 years now. During that time, I've worked with several recruiting firms--some of these associations have been less than acceptable, others varied from so-so to very good.

True Source just recently hooked me up with my current client, and the transition from that first phone call through the interview process to getting the closure has been mostly flawless!

And, what has impressed me mostly, is that they care. All of my interactions, from the original recruiter and with the HR staff, has been very smooth and accommodating.
