I was referred by a formal colleague. Due to merge I lost my old position (layoff), so I decided to give it a try. At first they were very responsive and I had a call scheduled after few days. I talked with Gena Haley and we covered my background and what I am interested in. She had a specific position in mind and asked me if she can coordinate with her colleagues. This was 3 weeks ago. I sent a few follow up emails but she never responded to any of them, so I added Janet Shanesy in case Gena is out of the office. No response again. I find this unprofessional and I am very disappointed from my experience with true source.
