I had recently found myself in the job market when John reached out to me. We talked about my experience and goals and he looked into the many openings that were available at True Source. John was an excellent communicator and really kept me up to the minute on all the different opportunities that fit me as an individual. Many recruiters focus in on the first job/client which presents some interest, and tend to quit supporting the candidate and their individual needs; not John. He kept me engaged with every offer and presented any opportunities that opened up. He seems to support the motto that more choices are best for the employer and the potential employee. And his level of timely communication is far superior to other professionals in the field.
