A bar?! In a music practice facility?! And a beer garden?! And vegan food! And they recycle! And a decent back line! And it's CLEAN! (I could go on all day...) Head-and-shoulders above any other practice room I've been to, BUT loses a star because there is just no easy way to load in and out, and a parking space without carrying risk of a ticketing even slightly nearby is feckin' gold dust.

Great studio. For a rehearsal studio the gear in the rooms is always in pretty good condition. As a drummer the Yamaha kits are all in good nick and skins are usually quite fresh. Use it to rehearse with 2 different bands and to give drum lessons to kids. Good selection of snacks and they have their own bar too! Staff are always really helpful and friendly. Wouldn't use anywhere else in Brighton & Hove.

Good to record here today, and cello sounded lush in the acoustic. Personally found the photos of a naked woman with a toilet, in the mixed-sex loos, disrespectful and degrading to women using them which kind of spoiled it for me.

Great rehearsal studios. Small and large rooms available. One of the more pricey places in Brighton, but I has very good equipment. All sort of amps and cabs. There's also breakables for hire which actually are good. Friendly staff. Little bar and cafe. Little outside space out back.

Excellent place and great value. I used to use this for drum and singing practice, the staff are always incredibly accommodating and will help you get the sound and help you need. Equipment hire is super reasonable and drum hire in a private room is a STEAL

Top quality studio, been going here for years. Great selection of equipment, friendly staff, beers on tap and they even host gigs. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Brighton.

The thing that differentiates this place isn't the well equipped rooms, the lovely old building, the cafe or outside area, it's the staff, always friendly and happy to help. Without a doubt the best rehearsal space in Brighton.

Quite a cool place . Looking forward to going back again . Bit difficult to locate . Could do with a sign or two outside. Excellent blink 2 gig .

One of the best practice studios in Brighton, almost always well equipped (you can ask for equipment when you book too). Only criticism is the price is quite high but supply and demand! The staff are always friendly and if something isn't working they are quick to sort it

Brighton Electric were excellent and really helped make our party great. Josh was an excellent engineer who not only got everything set up quickly he also really worked with the band to get the sound they wanted. He worked well with the DJ and seemed to enjoy the party. The equipment was also really high quality and the sound excellent. I would certainly recommend Brighton Electric and will be using them again

Used their rehearsal spaces twice now and both times its been super easy and convenient. They have so many rooms to choose from and there is usually something available, even last minute. Thankfully there is no deposit to use the rehearsal rooms either which makes using Brighton Electric a no-brainer. The collection of tube amps available in the rooms is amazing, its always a treat to see what they have set up and you can request certain amps in advance if youre early enough. The employees behind the reception/bar are lovely as far we've experienced and are always happy to help if we have any issues. 10/10 will rent rooms to scream at each other in again.

Excellent service, for bookings it is a joy to deal with the friendly efficient staff. A high level of artistic integrity mixed with a quality "of service attitude" just what I like for Vocal Coaching.

The best place not just for bands but for music itself. The very hub of Brighton's music scene. Without it Brighton wouldn't be the place it is. If you're thinking of rehearsing or recording anywhere else in Brighton you're making a bad decision. The staff are the best, gear the best, studio the best... I think you've got my point; they are the best. GLUM x

These place rocks, it is one of the most widely respected rehearsal rooms in the UK with many famous artists grancing it's rooms. It comes complete with recording facilities and live rooms. Stocks of famous amps, and classic instruments. A repair shop with spares, an amazing bar that stocks vegan food, has beer on tap and a coffee machine. There is a great outdoor area with heaters and to top it off, it operates as a live venue with a late license. Oh and it has an arrangement with BIMM / Sussex University.

I love this place! Always great music in the bar! Super friendly staff and great equipment. The sound in most rehearsal rooms is really good. Best rehearsal studio in Brighton. Also met Simon Phillips in the hallway !
