Great for band practice and great value for money....
Great for band practice and great value for money. Parking can be a problem.

Great vibe here, the rooms sound great and the equipment is high quality. The bar is also a real plus!
I love these practise rooms! First choice whenever we're in Brighon. Well maintained equipment and good sized rooms. Also there's a spares shop on site, and nice cafe, and friendly staff.
Great studio. Good atmosphere and working bar. Lots of friendly people. But! Nowhere to park your car nearby
Booking on line is super easy. The staff are great and having a bar onsite is brilliant
Been rehearsing here for years. Recorded our debut album just a couple weeks ago and they were very accomodating to any needs we had. And also a tremendous bar.
It was quite an experience...we went for an exam. No signage, there is a bar, which is also a reception area..
Fantastic rehearsal space, including a bar which is a bonus. Friendly staff, great equipment and all round one of the best in Brighton.
A bar?! In a music practice facility?! And a beer garden?! And vegan food! And they recycle! And a decent back line! And it's CLEAN! (I could go on all day...) Head-and-shoulders above any other practice room I've been to, BUT loses a star because there is just no easy way to load in and out, and a parking space without carrying risk of a ticketing even slightly nearby is feckin' gold dust.
Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic equipment, facilities, and rehearsal rooms
Brilliant facilities. Some great bands have created here.
Nice place, good equipment. Most of the staff are very friendly.
Professional rehearsal studio that's been doing its thing for ages and hasn't disappeared like a lot of similar businesses.
Great studio. For a rehearsal studio the gear in the rooms is always in pretty good condition. As a drummer the Yamaha kits are all in good nick and skins are usually quite fresh. Use it to rehearse with 2 different bands and to give drum lessons to kids. Good selection of snacks and they have their own bar too! Staff are always really helpful and friendly. Wouldn't use anywhere else in Brighton & Hove.
Good to record here today, and cello sounded lush in the acoustic. Personally found the photos of a naked woman with a toilet, in the mixed-sex loos, disrespectful and degrading to women using them which kind of spoiled it for me.
Great rehearsal studios. Small and large rooms available. One of the more pricey places in Brighton, but I has very good equipment. All sort of amps and cabs. There's also breakables for hire which actually are good. Friendly staff. Little bar and cafe. Little outside space out back.
The engineers are really friendly and helpful. the Wi-Fi doesn't work inside the control room.
Excellent place and great value.
I used to use this for drum and singing practice, the staff are always incredibly accommodating and will help you get the sound and help you need.
Equipment hire is super reasonable and drum hire in a private room is a STEAL
Equipment is good and the front desk can help with any issues. You can also buy and rent anything else that's not supplied.
Good equipment, nice sizeable rooms. Friendly helpful staff.
Very good & affordable rehearsal space. Bar & outside area. Knowlegable & helpful staff. Would recommend.
Always amazing service and facilities and an absolutely killer price - easily the best recording and practice spaces in the UK. I thoroughly enjoyed my many times here :)
The best rehearsal/recording joint outside London. It even has a surf shop!!!
Excellent stewart Mac and Dean Roberts upstairs and The Cure.downstairs fabulous Night
Awesome studio, friendly and extremely helpful staff which is great, high end equipment and awesome sounding rooms.
Went for a meet up singing group her. Nice cafe downstairs and great facilities for music recording and practice
Top quality studio, been going here for years.
Great selection of equipment, friendly staff, beers on tap and they even host gigs. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Brighton.
Dope rehearsal studio, really nice staff, great gig venue and it's got a bar! What more could you want.
Best studio in Brighton, huge amount of rooms, great equipment and the bar/cafe gets better and better.
Totally awesome staff and crazy helpful! Me and my band use them for repairs, pat testing and van rental.... Always superb
What a fantastic place for a drink and a gig. Can't say much more other than the music is eclectic and great and bar staff are lovely. Ooh ~ lovely garden too
The thing that differentiates this place isn't the well equipped rooms, the lovely old building, the cafe or outside area, it's the staff, always friendly and happy to help. Without a doubt the best rehearsal space in Brighton.
Quite a cool place .
Looking forward to going back again .
Bit difficult to locate .
Could do with a sign or two outside.
Excellent blink 2 gig .
I've been rolling around in these studios for many years . Great team.. Fantastic place
One of the best practice studios in Brighton, almost always well equipped (you can ask for equipment when you book too). Only criticism is the price is quite high but supply and demand! The staff are always friendly and if something isn't working they are quick to sort it
Good gear and pleasant atmosphere... thanks for a chilled out recording sesh'.
Great venue with great staff, attended a party which was brilliant and hired a rehearsal room for an hour to let loose on the drumkit.
Brighton Electric were excellent and really helped make our party great. Josh was an excellent engineer who not only got everything set up quickly he also really worked with the band to get the sound they wanted. He worked well with the DJ and seemed to enjoy the party. The equipment was also really high quality and the sound excellent. I would certainly recommend Brighton Electric and will be using them again
Great venue for bands to perform and practice, friendly people and a great bar.
Great facilities, friendly staff, good coffee and beer selection
Best rehearsal studio around, great amps and great beer
Outstanding value for money, excellent gear and live rooms and friendly talented people, special thanks to John Harrison and Jimi, we will return!
Used their rehearsal spaces twice now and both times its been super easy and convenient. They have so many rooms to choose from and there is usually something available, even last minute. Thankfully there is no deposit to use the rehearsal rooms either which makes using Brighton Electric a no-brainer.
The collection of tube amps available in the rooms is amazing, its always a treat to see what they have set up and you can request certain amps in advance if youre early enough.
The employees behind the reception/bar are lovely as far we've experienced and are always happy to help if we have any issues.
10/10 will rent rooms to scream at each other in again.
Excellent service, for bookings it is a joy to deal with the friendly efficient staff. A high level of artistic integrity mixed with a quality "of service attitude" just what I like for Vocal Coaching.
Fantastic rehearsal space, with a bar and beer garden!
What can I say about Brighton electric that hasn't already been said? Classic rehearsal parlour
Great Atmosphere, great staff. Umm something something this review isn't paid for, Honest. Get one of the peanut butter flapjacks!
Incredible studio, great staff, the front of house has everything you would ever need in a studio.
Good rehearsal studio! Good selection of well maintained kit with friendly staff on hand!
Professional grade studio with great rehearsal setup. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Good rehearsal studios, good facilities, nice people. On street parking can be a bit of a mission.
Decent studio complex, parking is a bit of an issue hence 4 stars. Helpful staff, loos are clean and they have a cafe.
Always class for recording and rehearsal, great food and drinks, strings, helpful staff and a lovely smoking area.
Saw a gig rather than rehearsed here. Unusual venue, but nice and intimate. A little pricey, but that's Brighton and the offerings were good and staff affable enough.
The best place not just for bands but for music itself. The very hub of Brighton's music scene. Without it Brighton wouldn't be the place it is. If you're thinking of rehearsing or recording anywhere else in Brighton you're making a bad decision. The staff are the best, gear the best, studio the best... I think you've got my point; they are the best. GLUM x
These place rocks, it is one of the most widely respected rehearsal rooms in the UK with many famous artists grancing it's rooms.
It comes complete with recording facilities and live rooms. Stocks of famous amps, and classic instruments. A repair shop with spares, an amazing bar that stocks vegan food, has beer on tap and a coffee machine. There is a great outdoor area with heaters and to top it off, it operates as a live venue with a late license.
Oh and it has an arrangement with BIMM / Sussex University.
I love this place! Always great music in the bar!
Super friendly staff and great equipment.
The sound in most rehearsal rooms is really good.
Best rehearsal studio in Brighton.
Also met Simon Phillips in the hallway !
The best equipment in Brighton. The rooms are large for the price and the staff are excellent
Terrible service. Overpriced and no common measure when it comes to cancellation (full price of the booking or nothing)
